Detailed Description
In order to make the technical features, objects and effects of the utility model more clearly understandable, embodiments of the utility model will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which like reference numerals refer to identical or structurally similar but functionally identical components.
"exemplary" means "serving as an example, instance, or illustration" herein, and any illustration, embodiment, or steps described as "exemplary" herein should not be construed as a preferred or advantageous alternative. For the sake of simplicity, the drawings only schematically show the parts relevant to the present exemplary embodiment, and they do not represent the actual structure and the true scale of the product.
In one embodiment of the utility model, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an easy-to-operate self-generating switch is provided, the switch having a switch circuit, the switch circuit having a first operating state and a second operating state. The first operating state is an on state. The second operating state is an off state. The self-generating switch easy to operate comprises: a switch base 10, a lever shaft 20, a switch panel 30 and an extension piece 40. The self-generating switch in the utility model is like a popular self-generating switch K9.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the switch base 10 can be mounted on one mounting surface 90. The lever shaft 20 is rotatably connected to the switch base 10. The axial direction of the lever shaft is parallel to the mounting surface 90. The switch panel 30 is fixed to the lever shaft 20. The plate surface 33 of the switch panel 30 has a panel direction that can be parallel to the mounting surface 90. And a first panel end 31 and a second panel end 32 are included along the panel direction. As shown in fig. 3, the second panel end 32 is capable of rotating with the lever shaft to a first position 81 and a second position 82 (shown in phantom).
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the extension piece 40 has an extending direction. The extension piece 40 has a first extension end 41 and a second extension end 42 in the extension direction. The extending direction is parallel (as shown in fig. 2) or inclined (as shown in fig. 4) to the plate surface 33 of the switch panel 30. The first extended end 41 is fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the second panel end 32 (as shown in fig. 8). The position of the second extended end 42 corresponds to a position between the first panel end 31 and one second panel end 32 of the switch panel 30.
Wherein, when the switch panel 30 is located at the first position 81, the switch is in the first working state or the second working state. When the switch panel 30 is in the second position 82, the switch can be switched from the first operating state to the second operating state or from the second operating state to the first operating state.
As shown in fig. 3, when the user 91 touches the second extending end 42 of the extending member 40, the extending member 40 drives the second panel end 32 of the switch panel 30 to move around the lever shaft 20 toward the direction of the diagram a, and drives the switch panel 30 to move from the first position 81 to the second position 82 (the portion indicated by the dotted line). Therefore, the trigger of the switch is realized, and the structure of the utility model is simple and easy to realize.
In another embodiment of the utility model, an easy-to-operate self-generating switch is provided, and the first working state is a normally open state of the switch. The second working state is the normally closed state of the switch. The normally open state is the off state of the switching circuit. The normally closed state is a closed state of the switch circuit.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided a self-generating switch which is easy to operate, and the extension piece 40 includes an extension surface 43 disposed along the extension direction. The extension face 43 can be parallel to the plate face 33 of the switch panel 30.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, there is provided a self-generating switch which is easy to operate, and a plurality of parallel strip-shaped protrusions 44 are formed at the position of the extending surface 43 at the second extending end 42. Thereby facilitating the triggering of the switch at night.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a self-generating switch which is easy to operate, and the extension piece 40 includes a first outer face 51 and a second outer face 52. One end of the first outer face 51 is a first extended end 41. The other end of the first outer face 51 is inclined away from the switch panel 30. One end of the second outer face 52 engages the other end of the first outer face 51. The other end of the second outer surface 52 is inclined in a direction toward the switch panel 30. The other end of the second outer face 52 is a second extended end 42.
Thus, when the switch is positioned higher than the height of the human body, the switch can be activated by pressing the first outer face 51. When the switch is positioned below body level, the switch may be activated by pressing the second outer face 52. Thereby facilitating the operation.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a self-generating switch which is easy to operate, and a plurality of parallel bar-shaped protrusions 53 are formed on the second outer face 52.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, an easy-to-operate self-generating switch is provided, and the position of the second extending end 42 corresponds to the center position of the plate surface 33 of the switch panel 30. The second extended end 42 corresponds in position to a position near the first panel end 31 or the second extended end 42 corresponds in position to a position near the second panel end 32. Thus, the position of the second extension end 42, i.e., the extension length of the extension piece 40, can be adjusted according to the size of the switch.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, there is provided a self-generating switch which is easy to operate, and the junction of the first extending end 41 and the second panel end 32 is arc-shaped. Thereby further facilitating the application of force to the second panel end 32.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, there is provided a self-generating switch which is easy to operate, and a rectangular through hole 61 is formed on the extension surface 43 of the extension member 40. The length direction of the rectangular through-hole is parallel to the extending direction of the extension piece 40. Thereby effectively reducing the weight of the extension piece.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a self-generating switch which is easy to operate, and the width from the first extension end 41 to the second extension end 42 is gradually reduced on the extension face 43 of the extension piece 40, so that the weight of the extension piece can be effectively reduced.
It should be understood that although the present description is described in terms of various embodiments, not every embodiment includes only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity purposes only, and those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments described herein as a whole may be suitably combined to form other embodiments as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art.
The above-listed detailed description is only a specific description of a possible embodiment of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent embodiments or modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
