Description

Point reading machine for acquiring content on line
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of learning machines, in particular to a point reading machine for acquiring contents online.
Background
To develop self-learning abilities of infants and children, intelligence-improving products are produced. The intelligence-developing products comprise book reading machines, picture-reading and character-learning machines, picture-reading and object-learning machines, acoustooptic and electric intelligence-developing toys and the like. When the book point-reading machine is used, the book is opened, relevant characters or patterns in the book are clicked, and the point-reading machine arranged below the pages can make sounds of contents relevant to the clicked characters or patterns, so that the aims of quickly correcting and learning for children are fulfilled.
In the prior art, a pointing book used with a point reading machine is in a book form, and the following types are roughly available:
1) the book is bound with the point reading machine and cannot be detached, one point reading machine is matched with one book, and the point reading machine is arranged at the bottom of the whole book. When the click-to-read machine is used, a page to be read is covered on the identification panel on the surface of the click-to-read machine shell, corresponding character patterns in the page are clicked, the corresponding identification module in the identification panel senses the click force and then the relevant circuit is connected, and the content (such as correct pronunciation, correct explanation and related dialect or story and the like) which is stored in the click-to-read machine control circuit and is related to the click content is output through the onboard loudspeaker, the display component or the light prompting component.
2) Another is a hard front or back cover pointing book, such as application No. 201921941295.7, entitled: the book and the point reading machine are of a separated structure, when the book and the point reading machine are used, a front cover or a back cover of a pointing book is inserted into a slot arranged at the bottom of the point reading machine, then a page is covered on an identification panel on the surface of a shell of the point reading machine, corresponding character patterns in the page are clicked, and then a voice player of the point reading machine sends out a text related to the clicked character patterns.
The product has great help for children to learn quickly, but the two structures have the following defects:
1) the pages of the pages in a book are not suitable to be too many, if the pages are too many, when the last page in the pointing book is covered on the identification panel, the pages are stacked thickly under the page, and thus, the identification capability of the identification panel on the character pattern on the last page is greatly reduced.
2) The cost of manufacturing and materials for the pointing book is high.
3) The style is single, and the learning experience and excitement of children are weak.
Based on the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, chinese patent publication No. CN113160628A discloses a click-to-read machine for children learning, which can be used with roll-type pointing books, each roll of pointing book can have several pages with different text and pattern contents. The pointing book is of a roll type structure, an unwinding bin and a winding bin are arranged in a machine shell, an identification panel is arranged between the unwinding bin and the winding bin, and each page in the pointing book can sequentially move on the identification panel through a left rotating handle or a right rotating handle which is arranged outside the machine shell and connected with the end part of a left scroll shaft and the end part of a right scroll shaft. The pointing book matched with the point reading machine for children to learn is designed into a roll product, a plurality of pages are arranged on one roll of pointing book, and each page of page is printed with a character pattern.
The number of the roll-type pointing books which can be matched with the point reading machine can be a plurality, and the point reading machine can be used for elementary education; not only convenient storage, but also lower replacement cost.
When the point reading machine is used, a pointing book is put into the point reading machine with an unwinding bin and a winding bin, and a relevant rotary handle is rotated according to the wish of a learner, so that each page of the pointing book can fall on an identification panel of the point reading machine, and a page code and a book code are arranged on a roll type point reading book and can be identified by a page code hole and a book code hole on the identification panel. Clicking the character pattern on the page, the voice player of the click-to-read machine can play the voice explanation related to the clicked character pattern.
The point reading machine has the following two disadvantages:
1, one point reading machine in the scheme can be matched with a plurality of volumes of pointing books with different learning contents, but point reading data corresponding to the pointing books, such as audio information and calling position information of the audio information, need to be stored in the point reading machine in advance. Therefore, the pointing book adapted to the point reading machine is generally bound for sale, and a user cannot update story content in subsequent use and does not have expansibility. As known, a touch and talk pen in the market can acquire and download touch and talk data from a cloud, but the touch and talk pen is required to press and touch a corresponding identifier; however, the current products do not have the function of downloading and reading data from the cloud based on the rolling type point-to-read machine.
2, in this scheme, the rolling type point reading book is manually driven by the rotary handle, when the book rolling shaft is manually rotated, it is difficult to ensure that the page codes and the book rolling codes on the rolling type point reading book are aligned with the page code holes and the book code holes on the identification panel, and it is also difficult to ensure that the positions of characters or patterns on the rolling type point reading book correspond to the contacts on the identification panel. Therefore, the reading accuracy of the roll type reading book is not high, and the reading data is not matched with the reading data or the reading data cannot be identified.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a point reading machine for online obtaining content, wherein when a roll type point reading is replaced, even if the point reading data corresponding to the roll type point reading is not stored in the host, the point reading data corresponding to the roll type point reading can be obtained from the cloud. Based on the structure, a manufacturer can iterate and update the contents of the point reading machine, and a user can automatically acquire a point reading data packet from a cloud end when the point reading machine is used based on the requirement of late-stage additional purchase and matching of roll type point reading books.
In order to achieve the purpose, the utility model adopts the following technical scheme:
a point reading machine for acquiring contents on line comprises a host, a point reading system and two groups of power components, wherein the point reading system and the two groups of power components are arranged in the host; the main machine is internally detachably provided with a roll type point reading book with characters or patterns recorded on the surface, two end parts of the roll type point reading book are wound on two reels, and the output ends of two groups of power assemblies are respectively connected with and drive the reels; the method is characterized in that: the roll type reading system comprises a reading core plate, a recognizer, a control unit and a player, wherein the recognizer is used for reading the content identification, the control unit is connected with cloud data, and the player is used for playing audio information; in the running process of driving the roll type reading book by the power assembly, the roll type reading book passes through the upper part of the reading core body plate, and the content identification passes through the upper part of the recognizer; after the identifier reads the content identification, the control unit can acquire the point reading data corresponding to the content identification from the cloud.
The utility model adopts the technical scheme, and relates to a point reading machine for acquiring contents on line. In addition, a content identifier for representing book information is arranged on the roll type reading book, and the reading system in the host comprises a control unit connected with cloud data and an identifier for reading the content identifier. When the scroll type touch reading device is used, the power assembly drives the scroll type touch reading book to run through the upper side of the touch reading core body plate, and after the recognizer reads the content identification, the control unit can acquire touch reading data corresponding to the content identification from the cloud.
Therefore, when the roll type reading book is replaced, the corresponding reading data can be obtained from the cloud even if the reading data corresponding to the roll type reading book is not stored in the host in advance. Based on the structure, a manufacturer can iterate and update the contents of the point reading machine, and a user can automatically acquire a point reading data packet from a cloud end when the point reading machine is used based on the requirement of late-stage additional purchase and matching of roll type point reading books.
It should be noted that, after the identifier reads the content identifier, the control unit downloads the point reading data from the cloud-side accurate positioning server audio library. The contents of the parts are the prior art, do not belong to the innovation point of the scheme, and are not expanded here.
In one scheme, the point reading machine adopts a cloud point reading technology, namely a memory is not equipped in the point reading machine, and the control unit acquires point reading data corresponding to the content identification from a cloud end and temporarily caches the point reading data in a buffer. The touch-and-talk machine is required to be networked for use, and has a function similar to that of the traditional audio player 'Tianmaoling'.
In another embodiment, the read-on-demand system further comprises a memory for storing read-on-demand material; after the identifier reads the content identification, the control unit searches corresponding point reading data from the memory; and under the condition that the corresponding reading data is not found in the memory, the control unit downloads the reading data corresponding to the content identification from the cloud to the memory. In the scheme, after the identifier reads the content identifier, the point reading machine firstly judges whether the corresponding point reading data is stored in the terminal, and if the corresponding point reading data exists, point reading learning can be directly carried out. However, under the condition that no corresponding point reading data exists in the terminal, the control unit downloads the point reading data corresponding to the content identification from the cloud to the memory, and point reading learning can be performed only after downloading is completed.
In a further scheme, page identifiers for representing the page numbers of the pictures are uniformly distributed on each frame of picture of the roll type point reading book, the roll type point reading book passes through the upper part of the point reading core body plate, the page identifiers of the roll type point reading book pass through the upper part of the identifier, and the identifier acquires the page identifiers and feeds the page identifiers back to the control unit. In the scheme, children can read the roll type reading book, the control unit searches the voice explanation text related to the clicked character and pattern in the memory by taking the page number information and the click information as search conditions, and finally the voice explanation text is played through the player.
Preferably, the content id is the same as a page number id on a first frame screen of the roll type point reading book. When the roll type point reading book is replaced, the roll type point reading book is adjusted to a first frame picture through the work of the motive component, and when the identifier identifies the identifier, the control unit judges the information of the roll type point reading book and whether the point reading data of the roll type point reading book is available or not on one hand, and if the point reading data is not available, the point reading data is downloaded from a cloud end; on the other hand, whether the first frame picture (namely the first page) of the roll type reading book is reached is also judged.
In a further aspect, the power assembly includes a drive motor; when the driving motor drives the reel to rotate, the recognizer obtains the page identifier and feeds the page identifier back to the control unit, and meanwhile the control unit can send a stop signal to the driving motor. The power component in the scheme adopts the driving motor, and the driving motor drives the scroll to rotate through the output shaft, so that the rolling of the roll type point reading book is controlled. Meanwhile, according to the scheme, when the recognizer obtains the page number identification and feeds back the page number identification to the control unit, the control unit can send a stop signal to the driving motor, so that the driving motor can be accurately stopped. When carrying out the page number and switching like this, driving motor can accurately drive roll formula point reading and switch to corresponding page number, makes the picture of this page number can be accurate, complete lay on the core board of reading, and then ensures that characters and pattern in the picture can correspond with the contact in the core board of reading, can not produce the dislocation, the problem of reading the content incorrectly.
Of course, it is conceivable that the manual driving mode is driven by the motor driving mode, and the operation is more convenient and labor-saving.
Preferably, the main machine is further provided with a command input component for respectively controlling the two groups of power assemblies. The command input component can respectively control the two groups of power components to work, and further realizes the control of the feeding or rewinding of the roll type point reading book. The instruction input part can be a touch screen, a key or an induction mode, and the specific scheme is that the instruction input part comprises a forward key and a backward key which respectively control the two groups of power assemblies.
In the above solution, the roll type point reading book with characters or patterns recorded on the surface is detachably mounted in the main machine, and the dismounting manner of the roll type point reading book can adopt the solution recorded in the chinese patent publication with publication number "CN 113160628A", but the more preferable solution is: the reading card belt is characterized by further comprising a reading card belt, the two scroll shafts and the roll type reading book are arranged inside the reading card belt, the scroll shafts are sleeved with transmission components, and at least part of the transmission components are exposed out of the card belt shell; the host comprises a host shell, a clamping belt cavity with an opening at one end is formed in the host shell, and output shafts of the two groups of power assemblies extend into the clamping belt cavity; the point-reading clamping belt can be installed in or withdrawn from the clamping belt cavity from the opening of the main body shell, and when the point-reading clamping belt is completely installed in the clamping belt cavity, output shafts of the two groups of power assemblies are connected with a transmission part on the outer side of the clamping belt shell.
This technical scheme adopts and can dismantle the point of connecting on the host computer and read the cassette tape, and the cassette tape chamber of main part casing is used for placing the point and reads the cassette tape. The host computer and the click-to-read card band are separately arranged, and the roll type click-to-read book is arranged in the click-to-read card band; when a user needs to replace the point reading content, the user only needs to directly replace the point reading clamping belt, and compared with a mode that a book scroll needs to be disassembled and the book is read in a winding manner in the background technology, the scheme is obviously convenient and efficient. The user can conveniently disassemble, assemble and replace the click-to-read card belt, and the operation is convenient; moreover, click-to-read cassettes with different contents can be randomly selected and matched, and the expansibility is strong. Furthermore, the structure does not need to independently disassemble the roll type point reading book, the two ends of the roll type point reading book can be clamped or adhered and fixed on the scroll, the situation that the scroll shaft on one side is emptied can not exist, and the single point reading clamping belt can be used for carrying out tape feeding or rewinding operation at will.
Finally, on the basis of convenient replacement of the point-reading cassette, a user can be willing to purchase a new point-reading cassette, and for the new point-reading cassette, the host can obtain the corresponding point-reading data packet from the cloud.
Preferably, a pressing type rebounder facing to the opening is arranged in the clamping belt cavity, and a clamping hook used for clamping the pressing type rebounder is further arranged on the outer side wall of the clamping belt shell; when the point-reading clamping belt is completely installed in the host, the clamping hook is clamped with the pressing type rebounder. In the technical scheme, based on the push type rebounder and the clamping hook, the clamping fixing or unlocking of the point-reading clamping belt and the host can be realized, and the use is very convenient. When the clamping belt is installed, the point-reading clamping belt is pushed into the clamping belt cavity from the opening, so that the clamping hook is clamped with the pressing type rebounder; when the clamping belt is dismounted, the clamping hook and the pressing type rebounding device can be unlocked by continuously pressing, and the click-to-read clamping belt can exit from the opening for a certain distance through the pressing type rebounding device, so that the click-to-read clamping belt is convenient to hold and take down.
Preferably, when the read-point cassette is loaded into the cassette cavity, the opening is closed; or the opening of the main body shell is provided with a cover plate, and when the click-to-read cassette is loaded into the cassette cavity from the opening, the cover plate can cover and close the opening. When the scheme is installed, the click-to-read cassette tape is completely wrapped inside the cassette tape cavity, the click-to-read cassette tape is directly sealed, the opening or the cover plate covers the opening to be sealed, the hidden assembly effect is achieved, and the click-to-read cassette tape and the cover plate are more integrated in appearance.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the present embodiment relates to a point reading machine for children learning, which includes a host 1 and a point reading cassette 2 detachably connected to the host 1.
The click-to-read cassette 2, as shown in fig. 3-6, includes a cassette housing 21 and a roll-type click-to-read book 22 disposed inside the cassette housing 21 and having characters or patterns recorded on the surface thereof. These characters and patterns on the roll type reading book 22 include characters such as single characters, words, idioms, poems and the like of the native language and/or foreign languages, and also include printed figures such as various animals, mountains and waters, scenic spots and historical sites and the like. In addition, the roll type point reading book 22 is arranged with a content identifier representing the information of the roll and a page identifier representing the page number of the picture on each frame, the content identifier and the page identifier may be different identifiers and are identified by different identifiers, or the content identifier may be the same as the page identifier on the first frame of the roll type point reading book 22, i.e. the same identifier and share the same identifier for identification. Thus, when the point-reading cassette 2 is replaced, the roll-type point-reading book 22 needs to be adjusted to the first frame, and when the identifier identifies the identifier, the control unit determines whether the information of the roll-type point-reading book 22 is provided with the point-reading data of the roll-type point-reading book 22; on the other hand, it is also determined whether the above-mentioned first frame picture [ i.e., the first page ] of the roll reading book 22 is reached.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, at least a first winding bin 23 and a second winding bin 24 are formed inside the cartridge housing 21, a winding shaft 25 is disposed in each of the first winding bin 23 and the second winding bin 24, the winding shaft 25 is rotatably positioned in the first winding bin 23 and the second winding bin 24, a transmission component is sleeved on the lower end of the winding shaft 25, and at least part of the transmission component is exposed outside the cartridge housing 21 for connecting a power assembly on the host 1. In a specific embodiment, the transmission component is a transmission sleeve 26 sleeved on the end of the winding shaft 25, and the input end of the transmission sleeve 26 is exposed outside the cassette housing 21. In the scheme, the driving sleeve 26 is sleeved on the end part of the reel 25 and partially exposed out of the clamping belt shell 21, so that a power component on the point reading machine can be connected. In another embodiment, the transmission component is a transmission gear sleeved on the end portion of the winding shaft 25, the transmission gear is sleeved on the end portion of the winding shaft 25, the end portion of the winding shaft can be extended out of the cassette housing 21, and then the transmission gear is integrally arranged on the cassette housing 21. In a more preferable scheme, the gear ring part of the transmission gear is exposed outside the cassette housing 21, so that the transmission gear is integrally hidden in the cassette housing 21 to avoid damage.
The two end parts of the roll type point reading book 22 are wound on the winding shafts 25 of the first winding bin 23 and the second winding bin 24, the cartridge housing 21 forms a point reading window 211 between the first winding bin 23 and the second winding bin 24, and the middle part of the roll type point reading book 22 passes through the point reading window 211. Thus, the solution installs the roll type point reading book 22 inside the cassette housing 21 to form the point reading cassette 2 which is complete and independent of the point reading machine. When the point reading cassette 2 is disassembled and replaced, the point reading cassette can be integrally taken down from the point reading machine. When the touch reading card belt is installed and used, the touch reading card belt 2 is arranged in the touch reading machine and is connected with a power assembly on the host machine 1 based on a transmission part, and then the roll type touch reading book 22 can be driven to switch page numbers. The reading window 211 in the above scheme may be hollowed, but a more preferable scheme is that a transparent reading panel 27 is disposed on the reading window 211 of the cassette housing 21, and the reading panel 27 closes the reading window 211. The click-to-read panel 27 closes the click-to-read window 211, so that the roll type click-to-read book 22 can be completely closed in the inner cavity of the shell, the roll type click-to-read book 22 is protected, damage or dust falling is avoided, and meanwhile, the click-to-read panel 27 is a transparent panel, so that the children cannot be influenced to observe contents on the roll type click-to-read book 22. In a specific embodiment, the cassette housing 21 includes a lower housing 21a and an upper housing 21b, the reading window 211 is opened on the upper housing 21b, and the reading panels 27 on the upper housing 21b, the lower housing 21a and the reading window 211 are constructed as a closed housing inner cavity.
In addition, a flat area 28 is formed at the bottom of the cartridge housing 21 to correspond to the reading window 211, and when the roll type point reading book 22 passes through the reading window 211, the flat area 28 supports the roll type point reading book 22. In this embodiment, the flat plate area 28 is arranged to provide a certain support for the roll type point reading book 22, so that when a child reads a point, the child can transmit a local pressure to the point reading core plate of the point reading machine through the flat plate area 28. As shown in fig. 4, the housing portions of the cartridge housing 21 forming the first roll magazine 23 and the second roll magazine 24 are protruded compared to the flat plate portion 28, the flat plate portion 28 and the housing portions on both sides thereof form a recess 281, and the flat plate portion 28 is located at the bottom of the recess 281. In the technical scheme, the first roll bin 23 and the second roll bin 24 are used for storing the roll 25 and the rolled point reading book 22 on the roll, and the space is relatively large. The flat plate region 28 is located at the bottom of the notch 281, so that the thickness of the cassette housing 21 between the flat plate region 28 and the corresponding reading window 211 is thinner, so that the reading window 211 is closer to the reading core plate of the reading machine, and the reading is more accurate. In addition, driving rollers 29 are rotatably provided inside the cassette housing 21 on both sides of the flat area 28, the roll type point reading 22 passes through the driving rollers 29, and the driving rollers 29 are used for guiding the roll type point reading 22 into between the flat area 28 and the point reading window 211. In this embodiment, the driving roller 29 is used to guide the roll type point reading 22, so that the roll type point reading 22 is attached to the flat area 28, and the roll type point reading 22 is turned more smoothly.
Finally, the outer side wall of the clamping belt shell 21 is also provided with a clamping hook 20 for clamping and fixing the host 1. The connection fixation of the point reading cassette 2 and the point reading machine can be realized based on the hook 20, so that the point reading cassette 2 and the point reading machine are ensured not to be loosened when in use, and the specific connection mode is described in combination with the host 1 below.
As shown in fig. 7-10, the main body 1 includes a main body housing 11, and a pointing and reading system and two sets of power components disposed in the main body housing 11. The point reading system comprises a point reading core body plate 12, a control unit connected with cloud data, a memory used for storing point reading data, a player 13 used for playing audio information, and a recognizer 14 used for reading page number identification and content identification.
The main housing 11 includes a handle housing 11a and a plug housing 11b detachably connected to the handle housing 11 a. The two groups of power assemblies are arranged inside the handle part shell 11a, and a clamping belt cavity 101 with an opening at one end is constructed inside the insertion part shell 11 b. The two groups of power components are respectively used for connecting two reels 25 in the point reading cassette 2, and each power component comprises a driving motor 15 and an output shaft 16 in transmission connection with the output end of the driving motor 15. As shown, the motor shaft of the driving motor 15 is coupled with the output shaft 16 through the gear set 17, wherein the driving motor 15 is installed inside the handle portion housing 11a, and the output shaft 16 passes through the handle portion housing 11a and extends into the clamping band cavity 101 of the insertion portion housing 11 b. In the above scheme, the transmission component on the reel 25 is a transmission sleeve 26 or a transmission gear sleeved on the end of the reel 25, and the input end of the transmission sleeve 26 or the gear ring part of the transmission gear is exposed outside the cassette housing 21; the output shaft 16 of the power unit here drives the reel 25 either by direct engagement with the driving sleeve 26 or by engagement of the output gear with the driving gear.
In other alternatives, the power assembly may be a structure that inputs power by means of a rocker, a knob, etc. and drives the scroll and the roll-type point reading 22 thereon to move in a manual driving manner, but as indicated in the background art, there may be a case where the position of the text or pattern on the roll-type point reading does not correspond to the contact point on the identification panel.

Based on the above structure, the main body 1 and the click-to-read cartridge 2 are separately provided, and the roll type click-to-read book 22 is provided inside the click-to-read cartridge 2. When a user needs to replace the click-to-read content, the user only needs to directly replace the click-to-read cassette 2, and compared with the mode that a book scroll needs to be disassembled and the click-to-read book 22 is wound, the scheme is obviously more convenient and efficient. The user can very convenient dismouting, change point and read cassette 2, convenient operation. The click-to-read cassette 2 with different contents can be selected and matched at will, and the expansibility is strong. Furthermore, the structure does not need to disassemble the roll type point reading book 22 independently, the two ends of the roll type point reading book 22 can be clamped or adhered and fixed on the scroll 25, the situation that the scroll shaft on one side is emptied can not occur, and the single point reading clamping belt 2 can be fed or rewound freely.
In a further embodiment, when the point-reading cartridge 2 is installed in the host 1 and the driving motor 15 drives the winding shaft 25 to rotate, the rolled point-reading book 22 passes over the point-reading core plate 12, and the page number of the rolled point-reading book 22 passes over the identifier 14. The identifier 14 obtains the page number identification and feeds back to the control unit, and the control unit can send a stop signal to the driving motor 15. The power assembly in this scheme employs a driving motor 15, and the driving motor 15 drives a winding shaft 25 to rotate through an output shaft 16, so as to control the winding of the roll type point reading book 22. Further, according to the scheme, while the identifier 14 acquires the page identifier and feeds the page identifier back to the control unit, the control unit can send a stop signal to the driving motor 15, so that the driving motor 15 can be accurately stopped. When the page is switched, the driving motor 15 can accurately drive the roll type point reading book 22 to be switched to the corresponding page, so that the picture of the page can be accurately and completely laid on the point reading core plate 12, and further, the characters and patterns in the picture can be ensured to correspond to the contacts in the point reading core plate 12, and the problems of dislocation and incorrect point reading content can not be caused.
As shown in the figure, the main machine 1 is also provided with a command input component for respectively controlling the two groups of power assemblies.
