Description

在申请号为92239622.1实用新型专利中被处理物品容器在处理过程中会在水中浮动，发生碰撞，不能被固定。
本实用新型的目的是提出一种容器固定装置，使容器在处理过程中不会在水中浮动，不会碰撞，达到保护容器安全的要求。
这种容器固定装置，包括容器安放板和固定框架组成，安放板和固定框架固定在物架板上。它还有固定夹具，活动夹具和固定活动夹具的搭机组成。活动夹具的一端通过铰链安装在固定框架上，另一端通过搭扣固定在固定框架上。把容器放在固定框架中，扣紧搭扣，用固定夹具和活动夹具把容器固定在物架板上。
安放板，固定夹具和活动夹具与容器接触处复盖软性衬垫。

如图1和如图2所示，安放板（2）和固定框架（7）固定在物架板（1）上，被处理物品容器（6）放在安放板（2）上，固定夹具（4）固定在固定框架（7）上，活动夹具（3）一端通过铰链（5）安装在固定框架（7）上可活动，并用固定搭扣把容器（6）固定在夹具中间。
如图3所示，用于固定活动夹具（3）的固定搭扣由搭襻（8），扣环（9），勾子（10）和保险扣（11）组成，勾子（10）固定在固定框架（7）上。
当容器（6）放在夹具（3）、（4）中间后，把扣环（9）套在勾子（10）上，扳紧搭襻（8），再在保险扣（11）中插上梢子、容器（6）即被固定在物架板（1）上。

1、人血白蛋白热处理箱容器固定装置，包括物架板(1)、安放板(2)，其特征在于所述的物架板(1)上有固定框架(7)，它的上面装有固定夹具(4)，活动夹具(3)和搭扣。
2、如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于搭扣包括搭襻（8），扣环（9）、勾子（10）和保险扣（11）。
3、如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于所述的安放板（2）、活动夹具（3）和固定夹具（4）与容器（6）接触的表面上复盖软性衬垫。
