Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the air conditioner internal unit 100 provided in this embodiment when operating normally, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the air conditioner internal unit 100 provided in this embodiment when cleaning the impeller 111. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination, the present embodiment provides an air conditioner internal unit 100, and accordingly, an air conditioner (not shown) is provided.
The air conditioner comprises an air conditioner indoor unit 100 and an air conditioner outdoor unit (not shown) which is communicated with the air conditioner indoor unit 100 to form a heat exchange medium circulation flow channel, so that heat exchange between the indoor and the outdoor is realized through circulation flow of the heat exchange medium, and indoor heating or cooling is performed according to requirements.
The air conditioner indoor unit 100 includes a cross flow fan 110, a cleaning member 120, and a collecting box 130. The cleaning piece 120 and the collecting box 130 are both mounted on the casing 112 of the cross flow fan 110, and the cleaning piece 120 is used for cleaning the impeller 111 of the cross flow fan 110, so that the impeller 111 can be cleaned without disassembling the machine, and the cleaning process is more convenient. Meanwhile, the impurities can be collected while being cleaned through the collecting box 130, the impurities which are cleaned are prevented from being blown into the room along with the airflow, and the cleanness of the indoor air is ensured.
The air conditioner internal unit 100 provided in the present embodiment is further described below:
with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the casing 112 includes an upper flow guiding portion 113 and a lower flow guiding portion 114 that are oppositely disposed, an airflow channel 115 that is communicated with the impeller 111 is defined between the upper flow guiding portion 113 and the lower flow guiding portion 114, accordingly, an air outlet 116 of the casing 112 is defined between an end of the upper flow guiding portion 113 away from the impeller 111 and an end of the lower flow guiding portion 114 away from the impeller 111, and the airflow generated by the impeller 111 is blown out of the cross flow fan 110 from the air outlet 116 along the airflow channel 115.
The cleaning member 120 and the collecting case 130 are installed at the lower drain part 114, and impurities such as dust cleaned are collected in the collecting case 130 after flowing along the lower drain part 114. Specifically, the cleaning member 120 is rotatably mounted on a side of the lower drain 114 facing the upper drain 113, i.e., the cleaning member 120 is rotatably disposed in the housing 112. When the air conditioner indoor unit 100 normally operates, the cleaning piece 120 rotates to a position where the inner wall of the lower drainage part 114 is attached, so that the blocking influence of the cleaning piece 120 on the air flow is reduced, and the air outlet effect is ensured.
When the air conditioner indoor unit 100 performs a cleaning operation, the cleaning member 120 rotates clockwise (as viewed in fig. 1 and 2) to contact with the impeller 111, and the slow rotation of the impeller 111 causes the cleaning member 120 to move relative to the impeller 111, so as to sweep away impurities at various positions of the impeller 111. Also, since the air flow flowing through the air flow path 115 is generated by the rotation of the impeller 111 in this process, the cleaned impurities are carried away from the impeller 111 by the air flow and collected in the collecting box 130 while flowing to the collecting box 130 along with the air flow.
Optionally, a driving part such as a motor may be provided to drive the cleaning part 120 to rotate relative to the housing 112, and it can be understood that, in some other embodiments, a structure that drives the cleaning part 120 to move may also be provided as required, so that when the air conditioner indoor unit 100 operates normally, the cleaning part 120 is located in the position shown in fig. 1 and attached to the inner wall of the lower drainage part 114, and when the air conditioner performs a cleaning operation, the cleaning part 120 is located in the position shown in fig. 2 and contacts with the impeller 111, so as to clean the impeller 111.
In this embodiment, the collection box 130 is movably disposed on the outer wall of the casing 112, so that the collection box 130 is switched between a dust collection position and an avoidance position, that is, when the air conditioner internal unit 100 normally operates to generate wind, the collection box 130 moves to the avoidance position, the collection box 130 is located on the outer wall of the casing 112 at this time, that is, the casing 112 deviates from one side of the airflow channel 115, thereby avoiding the influence on the gas flow in the airflow channel 115, and meanwhile, the opening of the collection box 130 is shielded by the outer wall of the casing 112, thereby avoiding the impurities such as dust in the collection box 130 from overflowing from the collection box 130 under the influence of the airflow. When the air conditioning indoor unit 100 performs the cleaning operation, the collection box 130 slides to the dust collection position, in which the opening of the collection box 130 is positioned on the side of the casing 112 away from the impeller 111, thereby collecting the foreign substances such as dust blown out from the casing 112.
Specifically, collecting box 130 is a square box with an open upper end, and is installed on the outer wall of lower flow guiding portion 114, that is, on the side of lower flow guiding portion 114 away from airflow channel 115, so that collecting box 130 is located outside air outlet 116 of casing 112 when collecting box 130 moves along lower flow guiding portion 114 to the end of lower flow guiding portion 114 far away from one end of impeller 111 and extends out of the outer wall of lower flow guiding portion 114. Since the impeller 111 rotates slowly during the cleaning operation, the speed of the air flow generated at this time is low, and impurities such as dust carried in the air flow blown out from the outlet 116 can naturally fall into the collection box 130 from the opening of the collection box 130 (as shown in fig. 2).
Further, the collection box 130 extends in the axial direction of the impeller 111, and one end of the air outlet 116 of the housing 112 extends to the other end. Specifically, the collection box 130 is a long strip, the extending direction of the collection box 130 is parallel to the axial direction of the impeller 111, and the collection box 130 extends from one end of the downward flow guiding part 114 to the other end, so that impurities such as dust blown from the air outlet 116 defined by the downward flow guiding part 114 can be collected, and the collection effect is ensured.
Optionally, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 further includes a rack-and-pinion mechanism 150, where the rack-and-pinion mechanism 150 is a structure including a gear 151 and a rack 152 engaged with each other, and the sliding of the rack 152 can drive the gear 151 to rotate, or the rotating of the gear 151 can drive the rack 152 to slide. A gear 151 is rotatably provided on the housing 112, and the collection cassette 130 is fixedly coupled to an end of the rack 152. Thus, when the gear 151 rotates, the cartridge 130 slides with the rack 152 relative to the housing 112, thereby sliding the cartridge 130 on the outer wall of the drain duct 114.
It should be noted that the structure and the movement manner for moving the collection box 130 are not limited herein, and it is understood that in some other embodiments, the collection box 130 may be configured to be rotatably connected to the drainage pipe 114, or the linear movement of the collection box 130 relative to the drainage pipe 114 may be realized by a structure such as an air cylinder.
Specifically, the indoor unit 100 further includes a driving member (not shown) for driving the gear 151 to rotate, and since the collecting box 130 and the cleaning member 120 are moved relative to the drainage channel 114 to switch positions before the cleaning operation is performed, and the collecting box 130 and the cleaning member 120 are moved relative to the drainage channel 114 to be reset after the cleaning operation is completed, the same driving member driving gear 151 and the cleaning member 120 can be used to simultaneously rotate synchronously. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, two separate drive members may be used to drive the cleaning members 120 and the gear 151.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the air conditioner internal unit 100 provided in this embodiment at another viewing angle. Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, further, gear and rack mechanisms 150 are respectively disposed at two ends of the casing 112 along the axial direction of the impeller 111, and two ends of the collecting box 130 are respectively fixed to ends of a rack 152 of the gear and rack mechanism 150.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the number of the rack and pinion mechanisms 150 is two, and the two rack and pinion mechanisms 150 are a first rack and pinion mechanism 153 and a second rack and pinion mechanism 154, respectively. The first rack and pinion mechanism 153 and the second rack and pinion mechanism 154 are both disposed on the outer wall of the lower drainage portion 114 and located at two axial ends of the lower drainage portion 114 along the impeller 111, and two ends of the collection box 130 are respectively fixed at the end of the rack 152 of the first rack and pinion mechanism 153 and the end of the rack 152 of the second rack and pinion mechanism 154. The first rack and pinion mechanism 153 and the second rack and pinion mechanism 154 have the same parameters and operation characteristics, so that when the first rack and pinion mechanism 153 and the second rack and pinion mechanism 154 operate synchronously, the two ends of the collecting box 130 can be driven to move synchronously relative to the lower drainage part 114.

And one end of the plate body 121 in the width direction is rotatably connected with the lower drainage part 114, and the other end of the plate body 121 in the width direction is provided with bristles 124, so that the bristles 124 are driven to contact with the impeller 111 by the rotation of the plate body 121 during cleaning operation, and so that under the condition of slow rotation of the impeller 111, the bristles 124 brush out impurities such as dust on the impeller 111. Meanwhile, the bristles 124 are soft bristles, so that damage to the surface of the impeller 111 is avoided.
In order to avoid the problem that the impurities falling into the plate body 121 on the side away from the air outlet 116 cannot be discharged due to the space division of the plate body 121, the plate body 121 is provided with a communication hole 122 for the impurities to pass through, so that the impurities can pass through the communication hole 122 under the driving of the air flow to be discharged from the housing 112 along the air flow channel 115 and collected in the collection box 130.
Fig. 5 is a schematic partial sectional view of a plate 121 of the air conditioner indoor unit 100 according to this embodiment. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, further, the number of the communication holes 122 is multiple, and a plate 123 is disposed between two adjacent communication holes 122. The side surface of the plate member 123 is streamlined to guide the air flow into the communication hole 122, further reducing the blocking effect of the plate body 121 on the air flow.
Specifically, the communication holes 122 are square, and the plate member 123 formed between adjacent two of the communication holes 122 is also square. The side surface of the plate 123 is streamlined to guide the air current acting at the plate 123 toward the communication hole 122, so that the air current can flow more smoothly. Specifically, the plate member 123 as a whole has a structure in which the middle is thick and both sides near the communication hole 122 are thin.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in the present embodiment, the air conditioner internal unit 100 further includes an ash baffle 140 movably connected to the casing 112, the ash baffle 140 is located in the airflow channel 115, and the ash baffle 140 is used for guiding the airflow to flow toward the collecting box 130.
