Description

Electric heating appliance
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of liquid heaters and cooking appliances, in particular to an electric heating appliance.
Background
The electric heating appliance is also called as an electric boiling pot, an electric frying pot, an electric steaming pot and the like, and structurally comprises a pot body and a handle assembly connected to the side part of the pot body, wherein a heating element is arranged at the bottom of the pot body, and two power supply modes are provided, namely, a power supply wire is connected to the handle assembly and comprises a socket connection or a fixed connection; and the power supply lead is connected to the pot body and comprises a socket connection or a fixed connection. The electric heating appliance is convenient to use, is suitable for heating liquid, cooking food and the like, and is popular with consumers.
Because the handle assembly is relatively long, if the handle is accidentally stumbled and pressed in the use process, the pot body is easy to overturn, food materials, liquid and the like are easy to pour out, and a user stumbles a power supply wire, so that the pot body is easier to raise and fall, and potential safety hazards are caused.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims to solve the problem that a pot body is easy to overturn when a handle assembly or a power supply lead of the existing electric heating appliance is stumbled, and the problem is solved by arranging a foldable auxiliary bracket at a preset distance position of the handle assembly from the side part of the pot body and extending the lower end of the auxiliary bracket to be flush with or close to a supporting part at the lower end of the pot body when the auxiliary bracket is opened to increase a supporting point for the electric heating appliance.
The technical scheme of the utility model is as follows:
an electrically heated appliance comprising: a pan body having a heating space; a handle assembly connected to the side of the pan body; the heating element is arranged on the pot body and is used for providing heat for the heating space; the auxiliary support is foldably connected to the position, away from the side part of the pot body, of the handle assembly by a preset distance, when the auxiliary support is opened, the lower end of the auxiliary support extends to be flush with or close to the supporting part at the lower end of the pot body, and when the auxiliary support is stored, the lower end of the auxiliary support is upwards overturned and attached to the handle assembly.
Because at handle components apart from pot body lateral part preset distance position configuration auxiliary stand, the lower extreme extends to and flushes or is close to and increases the strong point for electric heating utensil with the supporting part of pot body lower extreme when auxiliary stand opens for electric heating utensil places the steadiness better, and the pot body is difficult to overturn when handle components or power supply wire are stumbled, and the auxiliary stand lower extreme upwards overturns when not using and pastes and lean on handle components makes things convenient for the utensil to place and pack the transportation.
In the patent, the handle assembly is away from the side part of the pot body by a preset distance position, the preset distance position is preferably more than 1/2 of the length of the handle assembly, but can be properly adjusted according to actual requirements; the auxiliary support is preferably mounted near the distal end of the handle assembly for improved stability of the support.
In the first folding connection scheme, a rotating shaft is arranged at the upper end of the auxiliary bracket, a rotating groove is formed in the lower side of the handle assembly, the rotating shaft is rotatably assembled in the rotating groove, and the rotating shaft is rotatably fixed to the lower side of the handle assembly through a rotating pressing sheet.
Preferably, the outer side of the rotating shaft is provided with a first damping line, at least one of the rotating pressing sheet and the rotating groove is provided with a second damping line, and the first damping line and the second damping line are matched to enable the rotating shaft to have a damping effect when the rotating shaft is opened or stored relative to the handle assembly. The first damping lines and the second damping lines are configured, so that the auxiliary bracket can keep a positioning state when being opened and stored, and the stability of the supporting and storing state is ensured.
And in the second folding connection scheme, the auxiliary support comprises an auxiliary joint, wherein the support body is hinged to the upper end of the support body, and the auxiliary support is detachably connected with the handle assembly through the auxiliary joint. The scheme is convenient for production, manufacture, packaging and storage.
The utility model provides a can dismantle folding joint scheme, the auxiliary stand includes that the support body articulates in the attach head of support body upper end, attach the head and be equipped with the upside open-ended and attach the draw-in groove with handle assembly adaptation, attach the head and can dismantle the joint on handle assembly through attaching the draw-in groove. The structure is simple and quick. By adopting the structure, the auxiliary joint can be directly inserted upwards or inserted from the tail end of the lower side of the handle assembly during connection, the operation is convenient and simple, and even if the handle assembly is connected with a power supply lead, the auxiliary joint can also be inserted upwards or the tail end of the auxiliary joint penetrates through the power supply lead to be inserted, so that the installation is not influenced.
