Further, a sealing ring is arranged between the atomizing device 41 and the smoke inlet. The power unit 5 and the reservoir 42 are also mounted on the mounting block 15. A seal may also be provided between the reservoir 42 and the mount 15.
In an exemplary embodiment, the adjustment member 14 comprises a flexible sealing member disposed opposite the smoke outlet 12 and configured to be elastically deformed in a direction toward or away from the smoke outlet 12 by the power unit 5 to adjust the volume of the smoke storage chamber 11.
The adjustment member 14 comprises a flexible sealing member which is elastically deformable under the action of the power unit 5, so that the volume of the smoke storage chamber 11 is suddenly changed, i.e. the flexible sealing member can make the volume of the smoke storage chamber 11 change suddenly through the elastic deformation of the flexible sealing member. The flexible sealing member is arranged opposite to the smoke outlet 12, and when the flexible sealing member is suddenly deformed, the smoke near the smoke outlet 12 can be driven to rapidly pass through the smoke outlet 12, so that a smoke ring is formed. The elastic deformation speed of the flexible sealing element in the scheme is high, the efficient formation of the smoke ring is favorably improved, the structure is simple, and the product cost is favorably reduced.
Moreover, the flexible sealing element only elastically deforms in the using process, and cannot integrally shift, so that a good sealing effect can be achieved, the sealing performance of the smoke storage cavity 11 is improved, the risk of smoke leakage is reduced, and the using reliability of the smoke ring generating device 100 is improved.
The flexible sealing member may be, but is not limited to, a silicone member or a rubber member. The shape of the flexible seal may be, but is not limited to, sheet, plate.
It will be appreciated that the adjustment member 14 may take other configurations besides the form of the flexible seal described above to vary the volume of the aerosol storage chamber 11, such as: the adjustment member 14 comprises a piston slidably connected to the smoke reservoir 13 and arranged to slide relative to the smoke reservoir 13 to adjust the volume of the smoke reservoir 11.
The adjusting piece 14 is in sliding connection with the smoke storage cover 13 in a piston mode, the piston does not need to deform like a flexible sealing piece, and the piston is good in working stability and not prone to damage. And, the piston changes the position through sliding connection's mode, can be more quick, change the volume of smog storage chamber 11 in the wider range, improves the stability of cigarette circle, avoids the too fast dissipation of cigarette circle.
In an exemplary embodiment, the flexible seal is provided with a crimp deformation.
When the power device 5 drives the adjusting piece 14, the fold deformation part of the flexible sealing piece can be expanded or contracted to deform. The pleat deformation may comprise a plurality of pleats to improve the deformability of the flexible seal.
Compared with the scheme without the fold deformation part, the scheme is favorable for reducing the deformation difficulty of the flexible sealing part, so that the power requirement on the power device 5 is reduced, the power device 5 is favorable for being simplified, and the cost of the power device 5 is reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the power unit 5 includes: a magnetic member 52 and an electromagnet 51. Wherein the magnetic member 52 is fixedly connected to the adjustment member 14. The electromagnet 51 is disposed opposite to the magnetic member 52, and is located on a side of the magnetic member 52 away from the smoke outlet 12, for attracting the magnetic member 52 to move toward the electromagnet 51.
The power device 5 comprises a magnetic part 52 fixedly connected with the adjusting part 14 and an electromagnet 51 arranged opposite to the magnetic part 52. The adjustment element 14 is deformed or moved by the electromagnet 51 being switched on and off: when the electromagnet 51 is powered on, the magnetic member 52 is attracted, and the magnetic member 52 drives the adjusting member 14 to elastically deform or move towards the direction close to the electromagnet 51; when the electromagnet 51 is powered off, the force between the electromagnet 51 and the magnetic member 52 disappears, and the adjusting member 14 is deformed or moved to the direction away from the electromagnet 51. The volume change of the smoke storage cavity 11 can be realized by switching on and off the electromagnet 51, the operation is simple and convenient, the working reliability of the electromagnet 51 is high, the electromagnet can be used repeatedly, and the manufacturing and using cost is low. The magnetic member 52 may be a metal member with magnetic property, such as an iron sheet or a magnet.
Alternatively, the electromagnet 51 may also drive the adjusting element 14 to deform or move by changing the current direction, and the magnetic element 52 is a permanent magnet: when the current of the electromagnet 51 is in the first direction, the permanent magnet is attracted, and the permanent magnet drives the adjusting piece 14 to elastically deform or move towards the direction close to the electromagnet 51; when the electromagnet 51 changes the current direction, the magnetic field direction of the electromagnet 51 changes, repelling the permanent magnet, and the permanent magnet drives the adjusting member 14 to elastically deform or move in the direction away from the electromagnet 51. The volume change of the smoke storage cavity 11 can be realized by changing the current direction of the electromagnet 51, the operation is simple and convenient, the working reliability is high, the smoke storage cavity can be used repeatedly, and the manufacturing and using costs are low.
It should be understood that the power unit 5 may have other configurations than the above-described "electromagnet 51+ magnetic member 52", such as: the power device 5 comprises an electromagnetic push rod, the electromagnetic push rod is connected with the adjusting piece 14, and the adjusting piece 14 is driven to deform or move through the electromagnetic push rod so as to change the volume of the smoke storage cavity 11.
The electric push rod has the advantages of rapid action, simple and convenient operation, high working reliability and repeated use.
In an exemplary embodiment, the power plant 5 further comprises: and the elastic resetting piece 53 is arranged between the magnetic piece 52 and the electromagnet 51 and is used for driving the magnetic piece 52 to move and reset in the direction away from the electromagnet 51 by utilizing the resetting elasticity of the elastic resetting piece 53.
The setting of elasticity piece 53 that resets can increase the power that resets of flexible sealing member, makes flexible sealing member warp more fast and resets to the high efficiency of the cigarette circle of being convenient for forms. The elastic restoring member 53 is disposed between the magnetic member 52 and the electromagnet 51, and the adjusting member 14 is deformed or moved against the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 53 during the operation of the power unit 5. After the adjusting member 14 moves after being deformed, the elastic restoring member 53 provides power for restoring the adjusting member 14 and the magnetic member 52 by means of its own elastic force.
The elastic restoring member 53 may be, but is not limited to, a spring.
In an exemplary embodiment, the adjusting member 14 is provided with a sealing groove, and the magnetic member 52 is embedded in the sealing groove.
The magnetic piece 52 is installed in the sealing groove, so that the installation mode is simple and the fixation is reliable. The sealing groove is arranged, so that the magnetic part 52 can be fixed and reliable no matter the magnetic part 52 is fixed by clamping, or the magnetic part 52 is clamped by a clamping structure arranged in the sealing groove, and the influence on the use reliability of the power device 5 caused by the displacement and even falling off of the magnetic part 52 is avoided.
It should be understood that the magnetic member 52 can be fixed to the adjusting member 14 by other means than the above-mentioned manner of providing the sealing groove, such as: when the magnetic member 52 is an iron piece, it can be fixed to the adjusting member 14 by means of screws.
In an exemplary embodiment, the smoke ring generating apparatus 100 further comprises a water level detecting device 44, the water level detecting device 44 cooperating with the liquid storage chamber for detecting the water level in the liquid storage chamber.
The water level detection device 44 can prompt the water level in the liquid storage cavity, so that timely liquid supplement of the liquid storage cavity is facilitated, the phenomenon that the water level in the liquid storage cavity is too low to influence the formation of smoke is prevented, and the use reliability of the smoke generation device 4 is improved.
The source of the liquid in the reservoir is not particularly limited in this application.
In one example, the reservoir 42 is provided with a fluid refill port through which a user can manually refill the fluid.
In another example, the cooking appliance 200 further includes a water adding device in communication with the reservoir 42 and configured to add water to the reservoir 42. Wherein, the water adding device can be a telescopic water adding mechanism and can extend into the cooking cavity of the cooking main body 210, and part of water in the cooking cavity is input into the liquid storage device 42. Alternatively, the water adding device may also include a water storage tank and a water pump, and the water pump is used to pump the liquid in the water storage tank into the liquid storage device 42.
In yet another example, the cooking appliance 200 further includes a condensing means, and the cooking body 210 is provided with a steam passage. The condensing unit cooperates with the steam channel and the liquid storage device 42, and can condense the steam in the steam channel into water and deliver the water to the liquid storage device 42.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a cooking appliance 200, including: a cooking body 210 and a smoke ring generating device 100 as in any one of the above embodiments, the smoke ring generating device 100 being connected to the cooking body 210.
The cooking appliance 200 provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes the smoke ring generating device 100 in any one of the above embodiments, so that all the beneficial effects of any one of the above embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
The cooking appliance 200 may be, but is not limited to, an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric steamer, an electric saucepan, etc.
One embodiment is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment provides a cooking appliance 200, in particular an electric rice cooker. The cooking appliance 200 includes: cooking body 210, smoke ring generation device 100. The cooking body 210 includes a pot 2104 and a cover 2102. The smoke ring generating apparatus 100 is provided on the cover 2102.
As shown in fig. 1, the smoke ring generating apparatus 100 includes: the device comprises a device body 1, a plurality of smoke ring hole covers 2, an aerosol forming device, a power device 5 and a water level detection device 44.
As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus main body 1 includes: a smoke storage enclosure 13, a mounting 15 and an adjustment member 14. The top end of the smoke storage cover 13 is provided with a smoke outlet 12, and the bottom end of the smoke storage cover 13 is fixedly connected with the mounting seat 15. The mounting seat 15 is provided with an adjusting gap. The adjustment member 14 is a sheet-like flexible seal. The adjusting piece 14 is arranged at the adjusting notch and fixedly connected with the mounting seat 15. The smoke storage cover 13, the mounting seat 15 and the adjusting piece 14 enclose to form a smoke storage cavity. The mounting 15 is also provided with a smoke inlet.
As shown in fig. 3, the smoke ring escutcheon 2 includes an end plate 21 and a side gusset plate 22. The end plate 21 is provided with a smoke ring outlet 211, and the area of the smoke ring outlet 211 is smaller than or equal to the area of the smoke outlet 12. Different cigarette ring escutcheons 2 have different area specifications for their cigarette ring outlets 211. The bottom end of the inner side wall of the side wall 22 is fixedly connected with a sealing ring, as shown in fig. 4, for sealing engagement with the smoke storage enclosure 13.
As shown in fig. 2, the aerosol generating device 4 comprises an atomising device 41 and a reservoir 42. The atomizing device 41 includes an atomizing plate 45 and a liquid guide tube 43. One end of the liquid guide pipe 43 is inserted into the liquid storage device 42, and the other end of the liquid guide pipe 43 is connected with the atomizing plate 45. The atomizing plate 45 is disposed at the smoke inlet of the mounting seat 15, and is used for atomizing water in the liquid storage device 42 into smoke and sending the smoke into the smoke storage cavity through the smoke inlet. A sealing ring can be arranged between the atomizing sheet 45 and the mounting seat 15 to improve the sealing performance of the smoke storage cavity.
As shown in fig. 2, the power unit 5 includes an electromagnet 51, a magnetic member 52, and an elastic restoring member 53. The magnetic member 52 may be an iron piece. The magnetic member 52 is fixedly connected to the adjustment member 14. The electromagnet 51 is fixedly connected with the mounting seat 15. The elastic restoring member 53 may be a spring, and is located between the magnetic member 52 and the electromagnet 51. When the electromagnet 51 is energized, the magnetic member 52 is attracted, and the adjusting member 14 is elastically deformed downward. When the electromagnet 51 is de-energized, the magnetic member 52 is reset upward by the reset spring force of the adjusting member 14 and the spring. This process can make the volume of storing up the smog chamber change suddenly, and then makes smoke ring export 211 spout the cigarette circle.
The cigarette ring hole cover 2 arranged at the smoke storage cover 13 is replaced, so that the size of the cigarette ring can be changed, and the purpose of controlling the size of the cigarette ring can be realized.
