In order to avoid serious scattering of the leached wet pulp falling from the second valve 24 to the sampling container 6 during sampling, a collecting pipe 12 is arranged at one end of the sampling pipe 1, the diameter of one end of an outlet of the collecting pipe 12 is smaller than that of the other end, the leached wet pulp is gathered together due to the reduction of the diameter of the collecting pipe 12 when passing through the collecting pipe 12, and the leached wet pulp falls into the sampling container 6 more intensively.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to make the sampling more convenient, the first valve 23 and the second valve 24 both use pneumatic valves, and the two pneumatic valves are connected with a PLC pneumatic valve control box 25, and when the sampling is needed, the opening and closing time of the first valve 23 and the second valve 24 is controlled by controlling the PLC pneumatic valve control box 25, so that the sampling amount can be controlled, the phenomenon that the leached wet meal is flushed in a large amount is avoided, and the operation safety is ensured.
Compared with the first embodiment, the advantages are that: and operating the PLC pneumatic valve control box 25 to open the first valve 23 to enable the leached wet meal to fall to the intermediate body 11, closing the first valve 23, opening the second valve 24 to enable the leached wet meal to fall into the sampling container 6, and closing the second valve 24 to finish sampling.
