As shown in fig. 1 to 22D of the drawings, the softening cartridge 20 of the water treatment device 1 of a faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an outer housing 21, an inner housing 22 and a softening material 23, wherein the outer housing 21 forms a first accommodating chamber 210, the inner housing 22 forms a second accommodating chamber 220, the inner housing 22 is disposed in the first accommodating chamber 210 of the outer housing 21, and the outer housing 21 and the inner housing 22 form a first softening chamber 2101 therebetween, wherein the softening material 23 is disposed in the first softening chamber 2101, and the first softening chamber 2101 is communicated with the second accommodating chamber 220 of the inner housing 22. Preferably, the softening material 23 is disposed in both the first softening chamber 2101 and the second receiving chamber 220. Further, the purification cartridge 30 has a raw water port 3101 and a purified water port 3102, wherein the raw water port 3101 allows raw water to flow into the purification cartridge 30 from it under the action of water pressure, and is purified by the purification cartridge 30 to process and generate purified water, and the purified water generated by the purification cartridge 30 flows out from the purified water port 3102 and is supplied under the action of water pressure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 22D of the drawings, the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention forms a first communicating opening 301 and a second communicating opening 302, wherein the first communicating opening 301 is communicated with the first softening cavity 2101, and the second communicating opening 302 is communicated with the second accommodating chamber 220 of the inner housing 22. Preferably, the softening cartridge 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention forms a communication channel 200, wherein the communication channel 200 is respectively communicated with the first softening chamber 2101 and the second accommodating chamber 220, thereby communicating the first softening chamber 2101 and the second accommodating chamber 220 with each other. More preferably, the first softening chamber 2101 and the second accommodating chamber 220 are communicated by and only by being respectively communicated with the communication passage 200. Further, the communication channel 200 is disposed away from the first communication opening 301 and the second communication opening 302, so that when the tap water is softened, as shown by the arrows in fig. 16 of the drawings, the water flows through the first communication opening 301, the first softening chamber 2101, the communication channel 200, the second accommodating chamber 220 and the second communication opening 302 in sequence. Accordingly, the first softening chamber 2101 and the second receiving chamber 220 are communicated only by the communication passage 200 far from the first and second communication openings 301 and 302, thereby lengthening a path through which tap water flows during the softening process, thereby enhancing the softening effect on the tap water. It can be understood that when tap water is supplied through the first communication opening 301, the first hose 31 is communicated with the first communication opening 301, and the second hose 32 is communicated with the second communication opening 302; when tap water is supplied through the second communication opening 302, the first hose 31 communicates with the second communication opening 302, and the second hose 32 communicates with the first communication opening 301.
As shown in fig. 19 to 20B of the drawings, the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a base 24, wherein the outer shell 21 and the inner shell 22 are both disposed on the base 24. Preferably, the first communication opening 301 and the second communication opening 302 are both provided at the base 24.
As shown in fig. 1 to 22D of the drawings, the base 24 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention forms a first diversion cavity 2401 and a second diversion cavity 2402, wherein the first diversion cavity 2401 of the base 24 is respectively communicated with the first softening cavity 2101 and the first communication opening 301 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1, and the second diversion cavity 2402 is respectively communicated with the second communication opening 302 and the second accommodating chamber 220. Correspondingly, when the tap water is softened by the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener of the present invention, the water flows through the first communicating opening 301, the first diversion cavity 2401, the first softening cavity 2101, the communicating channel 200, the second accommodating chamber 220, the second diversion cavity 2402 and the second communicating opening 302 in sequence, or flows through the second communicating opening 302, the second diversion cavity 2402, the second accommodating chamber 220, the communicating channel 200, the first softening cavity 2101, the first diversion cavity 2401 and the first communicating opening 301 in sequence.
As shown in fig. 1 to 22D of the drawings, the base 24 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a first guiding portion 241, a second guiding portion 242 and a base portion 243, wherein the first guiding portion 241 and the second guiding portion 242 extend from the base portion 243 respectively, the first guiding cavity 2401 is formed between the first guiding portion 241 and the second guiding portion 242, and the second guiding portion 242 forms the second guiding cavity 2402. Preferably, the first flow guiding part 241 and the second flow guiding part 242 are both annular.
As shown in fig. 16 of the drawings, when the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention softens the tap water, the tap water sequentially flows through the first communication opening 301, the first diversion cavity 2401 (if any), the first softening cavity 2101, the communication channel 200, the second accommodating chamber 220, the second diversion cavity 2402 (if any) and the second communication opening 302, so that the tap water is softened by the softening material 23 in the first softening cavity 2101 and the second accommodating chamber 220, and the softened water flows out of and is provided through the second communication opening 302.
As shown in fig. 1 to 22D of the drawings, the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a downstream control valve 10, wherein the downstream control valve 10 is configured to control the flow of water, such as controlling raw water (or tap water) to be provided to the water treatment device 1, controlling the supply of softened water generated by the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 to treat, generate or generate raw water, and controlling the purification filter element 30 of the water treatment device 1 to purify raw water. It can be understood that the downstream control valve 10 of the faucet water softener of the present invention is in communication with a tap water source, such as a faucet, one end of the first hose 31 is disposed at the downstream control valve 10, and the other end is disposed in communication with the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1. In other words, the forward flow control valve 10 controls raw water (or tap water) to be supplied to the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment apparatus 1 through the first hose 31. Further, the forward flow control valve 10 also controls raw water (or tap water) to be supplied to the purification cartridge 30 of the water treatment apparatus 1. As shown in fig. 16 of the drawings, when the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention is regenerated, under the control of the downstream control valve 10, a regeneration solution, such as a salt solution (a sodium chloride solution), flows to the first communicating opening 301 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener of the present invention, the regeneration solution flows through the first diversion cavity 2401, the first softening cavity 2101, the communicating passage 200, the second accommodating chamber 220, the second diversion cavity 2402 and the second communicating opening 302 in sequence, and the softening material 23 of the faucet water softener is regenerated in the process. The waste liquid produced in the regeneration process of the softening material 23 of the faucet water softener of the utility model is discharged from the second communicating opening 302.
As shown in fig. 1 and 22A to 22D of the drawings, the purification cartridge 30 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a filtering portion 311 and a base 312, wherein the filtering portion 311 is disposed on the base 312 of the purification cartridge 30. Preferably, the raw water port 3101 is formed in the filter 311, and the purified water port 3102 is formed in the base 312. Exemplarily, the purification filter 3112 of the purification filter cartridge 30 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener of the embodiment of the present invention is made of ceramic. It is understood that the purification filter 3112 of the purification cartridge 30 can also be made of other purification materials, such as carbon fiber, PP cotton, activated carbon particles, or ultrafiltration, or a composite material formed of multiple materials, such as any two or more of ceramic, carbon fiber, PP cotton, activated carbon particles, and ultrafiltration.
As shown in fig. 2A to 9G of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a valve body 11 and a valve core 12, wherein the valve body 11 forms a valve chamber 110, a first opening 1101, a second opening 1102, a third opening 1103, a raw water inlet 1104, a soft water inlet 1107, a soft water outlet 1108 and a water flow opening 1115, wherein the valve core 12 is rotatably disposed in the valve chamber 110, wherein the first opening 1101 of the valve body 11 is adapted to communicate with the first communication opening 301 of the softening filter core 20 of the water treatment device 1, the soft water inlet 1107 of the valve body 11 is adapted to communicate with the second communication opening 302 of the softening filter core 20 of the water treatment device 1, the raw water inlet of the valve body 11 is adapted to communicate with a raw water source (e.g., a tap water outlet), the water flow opening 1115 of the valve body 11 is adapted to communicate with the raw water port 3101 of the purification cartridge 30. Further, the first hose 31 communicates with the first opening 1101 of the valve body 11 and the first communication opening 301 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1, respectively; the second hose 32 is respectively communicated with the soft water inlet 1107 of the valve body 11 and the second communication opening 302 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1. In other words, one end of the first hose 31 communicates with the first opening 1101 of the valve body 11, and the other end communicates with the first communication opening 301 of the softening cartridge 20 of the water treatment apparatus 1; one end of the second hose 32 is communicated with the soft water inlet 1107 of the valve body 11, and the other end is communicated with the second communication opening 302 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1. As shown in fig. 7E of the drawings, the spool 12 is preferably cylindrical, and the spool 12 is arranged to be rotatable about its central axis a. As shown in fig. 2A to 9G of the drawings, preferably, the first opening 1101, the second opening 1102, the third opening 1103, the raw water inlet 1104, the soft water inlet 1107, the soft water outlet 1108 and the water flow opening 1115 of the valve body 11 of the forward flow control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention are formed at the valve body 11 at intervals. Preferably, the first and third openings 1101 and 1103 of the valve body 11 are adjacent, and the soft water inlet 1107 and the soft water outlet 1108 of the valve body 11 are adjacent. As shown in fig. 2A to 9G of the drawings, preferably, the valve body 11 of the forward flow control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further forms a drain opening 1106, wherein the drain opening 1106 is adjacent to the soft water inlet 1107. As shown in fig. 2A to 9G of the drawings, more preferably, the valve body 11 of the forward flow control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further forms a raw water outlet 1109. As shown in fig. 2A to 9G of the drawings, preferably, the first opening 1101, the second opening 1102, the third opening 1103, the raw water inlet 1104, the water flow opening 1115, the sewage opening 1106, the soft water inlet 1107, the soft water outlet 1108 and the raw water outlet 1109 of the valve body 11 of the forward flow control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention are formed in the valve body 11 at intervals.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2G of the drawings, the downstream flow control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes an ejector 18, wherein the ejector 18 includes an outlet 182 adapted to communicate with the second opening 1102 of the valve body 11, an inlet 183 adapted to communicate with the third opening 1103 of the valve body 11, and a salt-absorbing port 181 respectively communicating with the outlet 182 and the inlet 183, and when a water flow, such as a tap water flow, flows from the outlet 182 of the ejector 18 to the inlet 183 of the ejector 18, a negative pressure occurs in the salt-absorbing port 181 of the ejector 18, so that a regeneration solution can flow from the salt-absorbing port 181 of the ejector 18 to the inlet 183 of the ejector 18. Accordingly, the salt absorption port 181 of the ejector 18 communicates with the ejection port 182 and the ejection port 183 of the ejector 18, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2G of the drawings, the ejector 18 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a jet main body 180, wherein the jet main body 180 forms a nozzle 1804, a suction chamber 1805 and a liquid mixing chamber 1806, the nozzle 1804 is communicated with the ejection outlet 182, the suction chamber 1805 is communicated with the salt suction port 181, the liquid mixing chamber 1806 is communicated with the ejection port 183, and the nozzle 1804, the suction chamber 1805 and the liquid mixing chamber 1806 form a three-way structure. Further, the ejection outlet 182 and the ejection inlet 183 are formed on the surface of the jet body 180, and the nozzle 1804, the suction chamber 1805 and the liquid mixing chamber 1806 are formed inside the jet body 180. Preferably, the jet body 180 is plate-shaped. The plate-shaped jet body 180 effectively reduces the diameter of the forward flow control valve 10, thereby making the forward flow control valve 10 more convenient to install in a faucet.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2G of the drawings, the jet body 180 of the jet device 18 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a flexible plate 1801, a rigid plate 1802, a first forming portion 1807 and a second forming portion 1808, wherein the first forming portion 1807 and the second forming portion 1808 are both disposed between the flexible plate 1801 and the rigid plate 1802, wherein the flexible plate 1801, the first forming portion 1807, the second forming portion 1808 and the rigid plate 1802 form the suction chamber 1805 and the liquid mixing chamber 1806, and the flexible plate 1801, the first forming portion 1807 and the rigid plate 1802 form the nozzle 1804. It will be appreciated that the flexible plate 1801 is made of a flexible material, such as rubber, and the rigid plate 1802 is made of a rigid material, such as a rigid plastic. Preferably, the first formation 1807 and the second formation 1808 are integrally formed with the rigid plate 1802. The first formation 1807 and the second formation 1808 are also made of a rigid material, such as a rigid plastic. Optionally, the first forming portion 1807 and the second forming portion 1808 are integrally formed with the flexible board 1801. The first formation 1807 and the second formation 1808 are also made of a flexible material, such as rubber. Accordingly, when the flexible board 1801 is pressed against the first forming portion 1807 and the second forming portion 1808, a seal can be achieved between the flexible board 1801 and the first forming portion 1807 and the second forming portion 1808.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2G of the drawings, the ejector 18 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a salt absorption pipe 184, wherein one end of the salt absorption pipe 184 is communicated with the salt absorption port 181, so that salt liquid can be supplied through the salt absorption pipe 184.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2G of the drawings, the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further has a salt liquid hose 33, wherein one end of the salt liquid hose 33 (e.g., through the salt suction pipe 184) is connected to the salt suction port 181 of the ejector 18, and the other end is configured and adapted to be connected to a container for holding salt liquid, e.g., a salt liquid tank 34, so that the salt liquid can flow to the salt suction port 181 of the ejector 18 through the salt liquid hose 33. That is, one end of the salt absorption pipe 184 of the ejector 18 is communicated with the salt absorption port 181, and the other end of the salt absorption pipe 184 is communicated with the salt liquid hose 33. One end of the salt liquid hose 33 is connected to the salt absorption port 181 of the ejector 18 through the salt absorption pipe 184, and the other end of the salt liquid hose 33 is connected to a container for containing salt liquid, so that a user can communicate the salt liquid hose 33 with the salt absorption port 181 of the ejector 18 and detach the salt liquid hose 33 from the ejector 18 without using tools. As shown in fig. 2A of the drawings, the downstream control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further has a sealing element 19, wherein the sealing element 19 is adapted to detachably seal the salt suction port 181 of the ejector 18, so as to seal the salt suction port 181 of the ejector 18 when the faucet water softener is in the non-regeneration state, thereby preventing the salt suction port 181 of the ejector 18 from being contaminated. Preferably, the sealing element 19 is provided at the ejector 18 so as to seal the salt-sucking port 181 of the ejector 18. More preferably, the sealing element 19 is arranged at the salt suction pipe 184 of the ejector 18. It will be appreciated that the sealing element 19 may be a sealing cap or a sealing plug.
As shown in fig. 7A to 7E of the drawings, the valve core 12 of the forward flow control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention forms a communicating chamber 120, a first channel 101, a second channel 102 and a third channel 103, wherein the communicating chamber 120 is respectively communicated with the raw water inlet 1104 and the first channel 101 of the valve body 11. Further, the second channel 102 is not communicated with the conducting cavity 120, the first channel 101 and the third channel 103, and the third channel 103 is not communicated with the conducting cavity 120 and the first channel 101. Further, the softened water generated by the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 flows out from the second communication opening 302 under the action of the water pressure, and then flows through the soft water inlet 1107, the second passage 102 and the soft water outlet 1108 in sequence, so that the generated softened water can be provided through the soft water outlet 1108. Preferably, when the forward flow control valve 10 is controlled to be in the softening working position, the second opening 1102, the third opening 1103, the sewage discharge opening 1106, the raw water outlet 1109 and the water flow opening 1115 of the valve body 11 of the faucet water softener of the present invention are respectively blocked by the valve core 12. As shown in fig. 1 to 9G and 15 to 22D of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further has a regeneration operation position, wherein when the forward flow control valve 10 is in the regeneration operation position, the first channel 101 of the valve element 12 is communicated with the second opening 1102 of the valve body 11, the second channel 102 of the valve element 12 is respectively communicated with the first opening 1101 and the third opening 1103 of the valve body 11, and the third channel 103 of the valve element 12 is respectively communicated with the soft water inlet 1107 and the sewage opening 1106 of the valve body 11. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1 to 9G and fig. 15 to 22D of the drawings, the soft water inlet 1107 (or the soft water outlet 1108 or the sewage discharge opening 1106), the first opening 1101 (or the third opening 1103), the second opening 1102, the raw water outlet 1109 and the water flow opening 1115 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention are disposed on the inner wall of the valve body 11 (as viewed from the first side 1111 to the valve cavity opening 1100 of the second side 1112 of the valve body 11) in this order in a counterclockwise manner, so that the four working states of the faucet water softener of the present invention, including the softening working state, the regeneration working state, the raw water supply working state and the water supply working state, are distributed counterclockwise, especially, when the faucet water softener is switched between the softening working state and the regeneration working state, between the regeneration working state and the raw water supply working state, and the adjacent working states between the raw water supply working state and the water supply working state, this can be achieved by rotating the spool 12 by only one station angle. Fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings show an alternative implementation of the downstream control valve 10 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the downstream control valve 10A is configured to control the flow of water, such as controlling the raw water (or tap water) to be supplied to the water treatment device 1, controlling the supply of softened water generated by or treated by the softened filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1, and controlling the purification filter element 30 of the water treatment device 1 to purify the raw water. It can be understood that the downstream control valve 10A of the faucet water softener of the present invention is in communication with a tap water source, such as a faucet, one end of the first hose 31 is disposed at the downstream control valve 10A, and the other end is disposed in communication with the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1. In other words, the forward flow control valve 10A controls raw water (or tap water) to be supplied to the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment apparatus 1 through the first hose 31. Further, the forward flow control valve 10A also controls raw water (or tap water) to be supplied to the purification cartridge 30 of the water treatment apparatus 1. As shown in fig. 16 of the drawings, when the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention is regenerated, under the control of the downstream control valve 10A, a regeneration solution, such as a salt solution (a sodium chloride solution), flows to the first communicating opening 301 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener of the present invention, the regeneration solution flows through the first diversion cavity 2401, the first softening cavity 2101, the communicating channel 200, the second containing chamber 220, the second diversion cavity 2402 and the second communicating opening 302 in sequence, and the softening material 23 of the faucet water softener is regenerated in the process. The waste liquid generated during the regeneration process of the softening material 23 of the faucet water softener is discharged from the second communication opening 302.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a valve body 11A and a valve core 12A, wherein the valve body 11A forms a valve cavity 110A, a first opening 1101A, a second opening 1102A, a third opening 1103A, a raw water inlet 1104A and a water flow opening 1115A, wherein the valve core 12A is rotatably disposed in the valve cavity 110A, wherein the first opening 1101A of the valve body 11A is adapted to communicate with the first communication opening 301 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1, the raw water inlet 1104A of the valve body 11A is adapted to communicate with a raw water source (e.g., a tap water outlet), and the water flow opening 1115A of the valve body 11A is adapted to communicate with the raw water port 3101 of the purifying filter element 30. Further, the first hose 31 communicates with the first opening 1101A of the valve body 11A and the first communication opening 301 of the softening cartridge 20 of the water treatment apparatus 1, respectively. In other words, one end of the first hose 31 communicates with the first opening 1101A of the valve body 11A, and the other end communicates with the first communication opening 301 of the softening cartridge 20 of the water treatment apparatus 1. As shown in fig. 12D of the drawings, the spool 12A is preferably cylindrical, and the spool 12A is provided rotatably about its central axis a. As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, preferably, the first opening 1101A, the second opening 1102A, the third opening 1103A, the raw water inlet 1104A and the water flow opening 1115A of the valve body 11A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention are separately formed in the valve body 11A. Preferably, the first opening 1101A and the third opening 1103A of the valve body 11A are adjacent. As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, preferably, the valve body 11A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further forms a raw water outlet 1109A. As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, preferably, the first opening 1101A, the second opening 1102A, the third opening 1103A, the raw water inlet 1104A, the raw water outlet 1109A and the water flow opening 1115A of the valve body 11A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention are formed at the valve body 11A at intervals.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, preferably, the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further has a soft water inlet 1107A and a soft water outlet 1108A, the soft water inlet 1107A and the soft water outlet 1108A are disposed at the valve body 11A of the forward flow control valve 10A, and the soft water inlet 1107A of the valve body 11A is adapted to communicate with the second communication opening 302 and the soft water outlet 1108A of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1, respectively. Further, the second hose 32 is respectively communicated with the soft water inlet 1107A of the valve body 11A and the second communication opening 302 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1, in other words, one end of the second hose 32 is communicated with the soft water inlet 1107A of the valve body 11A, and the other end is communicated with the second communication opening 302 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2G and fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes an ejector 18, wherein the ejector 18 includes an outlet 182 adapted to communicate with the second opening 1102A of the valve body 11A, an inlet 183 adapted to communicate with the third opening 1103A of the valve body 11A, and a salt-absorbing opening 181 respectively communicating with the outlet 182 and the inlet 183, and when a water flow, such as a tap water flow, flows from the outlet 182 of the ejector 18 to the inlet 183 of the ejector 18, a negative pressure occurs in the salt-absorbing opening 181 of the ejector 18, so that a regeneration solution can flow from the salt-absorbing opening 181 of the ejector 18 to the inlet 183 of the ejector 18. Accordingly, the salt absorption port 181 of the ejector 18 communicates with the ejection port 182 and the ejection port 183 of the ejector 18, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2G and fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the ejector 18 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a jet main body 180, wherein the jet main body 180 forms a nozzle 1804, a suction chamber 1805 and a liquid mixing chamber 1806, the nozzle 1804 is communicated with the ejection outlet 182, the suction chamber 1805 is communicated with the salt suction port 181, the liquid mixing chamber 1806 is communicated with the ejection port 183, and the nozzle 1804, the suction chamber 1805 and the liquid mixing chamber 1806 form a three-way structure. Further, the ejection outlet 182 and the ejection inlet 183 are formed on the surface of the jet body 180, and the nozzle 1804, the suction chamber 1805 and the liquid mixing chamber 1806 are formed inside the jet body 180. Preferably, the jet body 180 is plate-shaped. The plate-shaped jet body 180 effectively reduces the diameter of the forward flow control valve 10A, thereby making the forward flow control valve 10A more convenient to install on a faucet.
As shown in fig. 2A to 2G, 10A to 14F of the accompanying drawings, the jet body 180 of the jet device 18 of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a flexible plate 1801, a rigid plate 1802, a first forming portion 1807 and a second forming portion 1808, wherein the first forming portion 1807 and the second forming portion 1808 are both disposed between the flexible plate 1801 and the rigid plate 1802, wherein the flexible plate 1801, the first forming portion 1807, the second forming portion 1808 and the rigid plate 1802 form the suction chamber 1805 and the liquid mixing chamber 1806, and the flexible plate 1801, the first forming portion 1807 and the rigid plate 1802 form the nozzle 1804. It will be appreciated that the flexible plate 1801 is made of a flexible material, such as rubber, and the rigid plate 1802 is made of a rigid material, such as a rigid plastic. Preferably, the first formation 1807 and the second formation 1808 are integrally formed with the rigid plate 1802. The first formation 1807 and the second formation 1808 are also made of a rigid material, such as a rigid plastic. Optionally, the first forming portion 1807 and the second forming portion 1808 are integrally formed with the flexible board 1801. The first formation 1807 and the second formation 1808 are also made of a flexible material, such as rubber. Accordingly, when the flexible board 1801 is pressed against the first forming portion 1807 and the second forming portion 1808, a seal can be achieved between the flexible board 1801 and the first forming portion 1807 and the second forming portion 1808.

One end of the salt liquid hose 33 is connected to the salt absorption port 181 of the ejector 18 through the salt absorption pipe 184, and the other end of the salt liquid hose 33 is connected to a container for containing salt liquid, so that a user can communicate the salt liquid hose 33 with the salt absorption port 181 of the ejector 18 and detach the salt liquid hose 33 from the ejector 18 without using tools. Preferably, the sealing element 19 is provided at the ejector 18 so as to seal the salt-sucking port 181 of the ejector 18. More preferably, the sealing element 19 is arranged at the salt suction pipe 184 of the ejector 18. It will be appreciated that the sealing element 19 may be a sealing cap or a sealing plug.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the valve core 12A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention forms a communicating chamber 120A, a first channel 101A and a second channel 102A, wherein the communicating chamber 120A is respectively communicated with the raw water inlet 1104A and the first channel 101A of the valve body 11A. Further, the second channel 102A is not communicated with the conducting cavity 120A and the first channel 101A. As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the first channel 101A of the valve core 12A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention is a channel or through hole disposed inside the valve core 12A and having two channel openings, one channel opening of the first channel 101A is disposed to communicate with the communicating chamber 120A, and the other channel opening faces the inner wall of the valve body 11A. According to the present invention, the first channel 101A of the valve core 12A of the downstream control valve 10A of the faucet water softener of the embodiment of the present invention can also be an open slot, and the opening thereof is disposed towards the inner wall of the conducting cavity 120A and the inner wall of the valve body 11A, respectively. As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the second channel 102A of the valve core 12A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention may be an open groove opening toward the inner wall of the valve body 11A. The second channel 102A of the valve core 12A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention may also be a channel or through hole disposed inside the valve core 12A and having two channel openings disposed on the outer surface of the valve core 12A.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the first opening 1101A, the second opening 1102A, the third opening 1103A, the raw water inlet 1104A, the raw water outlet 1109A and the water flow opening 1115A of the valve body 11A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention are respectively disposed at suitable positions of the valve body 11A, so that when the forward flow control valve 10A is at the softening position, the valve core 12A can be rotated to the first passage 101A to communicate with the first opening 1101A; when the forward flow control valve 10A is in the regeneration operating position, the spool 12A can be rotated until the first passage 101A communicates with the second opening 1102A, and the second passage 102A communicates with the first opening 1101A and the third opening 1103A of the valve body 11A, respectively; when the forward flow control valve 10A is at the raw water supply operating position, the valve core 12A can be rotated to communicate the first passage 101A with the raw water outlet 1109A; when the forward flow control valve 10A is in the supply position, the spool 12A can be rotated to place the first passage 101A in communication with the water flow opening 1115A.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the first opening 1101A, the second opening 1102A, the third opening 1103A, the raw water outlet 1109A and the water flow opening 1115A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention are separately disposed on the inner wall of the valve body 11A, and the first opening 1101A, the second opening 1102A, the raw water outlet 1109A and the water flow opening 1115A are located at the same height position of the inner wall of the valve body 11A, and the third opening 1103A is located at another height position of the inner wall of the valve body 11A. As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the first channel 101A and the second channel 102A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention are located at different height positions of the valve core 12A.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a set of sealing members 131A, the valve body 11A has a set of sealing grooves 1010A, wherein the sealing grooves 1010A are disposed on the inner wall of the valve body 11A and respectively surround the first opening 1101A, the second opening 1102A, the third opening 1103A, the raw water outlet 1109A and the water flow opening 1115A of the valve body 11A, and the sealing members 131A are disposed and adapted to engage in the sealing grooves 1010A to achieve the sealing between the valve core 12A and the inner wall of the valve body 11A.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the valve body 11A of the downstream control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further forms a first through hole 111A, a second through hole 112A, a third through hole 113A, a water inlet through hole 114A, a water outlet through hole 115A, and a raw water outlet through hole 119A, wherein the first through hole 111A is adapted to communicate with the first opening 1101A and the first communication opening 301, respectively, the second through hole 112A is adapted to communicate with the second opening 1102A and the outlet 182 of the ejector 18, respectively, the third through hole 113A is adapted to communicate with the third opening 1103A and the injector port 183 of the ejector 18, respectively, the water inlet through hole 114A is adapted to communicate with the raw water inlet 1104A and a raw water source, respectively, the water outlet through hole 115A is adapted to communicate with the water outlet 1115A and the raw water source 3101 of the purification cartridge 30, respectively, the raw water outlet hole 119A communicates with the raw water outlet 1109A. In other words, the first opening 1101A of the valve body 11A communicates with the first communication opening 301 through the first through hole 111A, the second opening 1102A of the valve body 11A communicates with the ejection outlet 182 of the ejector 18 through the second through hole 112A, the third opening 1103A of the valve body 11A communicates with the ejection inlet 183 of the ejector 18 through the third through hole 113A, the raw water inlet 1104A of the valve body 11A communicates with a raw water source through the water inlet through hole 114A, the water flow opening 1115A of the valve body 11A communicates with the raw water port 3101 of the purification cartridge 30 through the water flow opening through hole 115A, and the raw water outlet 1109A of the raw water valve body 11A is provided through the raw water outlet through hole 119A. Preferably, the first opening 1101A, the second opening 1102A, the third opening 1103A, the raw water inlet 1104A, the water flow opening 1115A and the raw water outlet 1109A are all disposed on the inner wall of the valve body 11A of the forward flow control valve 10A. More preferably, the first opening 1101A can be regarded as a through hole opening of the first through hole 111A, the second opening 1102A can be regarded as a through hole opening of the second through hole 112A, the third opening 1103A can be regarded as a through hole opening of the third through hole 113A, the raw water inlet 1104A can be regarded as a through hole opening of the water inlet through hole 114A, the water flow opening 1115A can be regarded as a through hole opening of the water flow opening through hole 115A, and the raw water outlet 1109A can be regarded as a through hole opening of the raw water outlet through hole 119A. Most preferably, the first aperture 1101A and the third aperture 1103A are adjacent.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a first communicating pipe 141, wherein the first communicating pipe 141 forms a first communicating opening 1401, the first communicating pipe 141 is respectively communicated with the first opening 1101A (or the first through hole 111A) and the first communicating opening 1401, and the first communicating opening 1401 is suitable for being communicated with the first communicating opening 301 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1. In other words, the first communication opening 1401 facilitates the installation of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 of the faucet water softener on the forward flow control valve 10A and facilitates the communication between the first communication opening 301 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment device 1 and the first opening 1101A (or the first through hole 111A) of the valve body 11A. Accordingly, the first opening 1101A (or the first through hole 111A) of the valve body 11A communicates with the first communication opening 301 of the softening filter element 20 of the water treatment apparatus 1 through the first communication line 141 and the first communication opening 1401. Preferably, the forward flow control valve 10A further comprises a second communication line 142, wherein the second communication line 142 communicates with the soft water inlet 1107A and the soft water outlet 1108A, respectively, the soft water inlet 1107A being adapted to communicate with the second communication opening 302 of the softening cartridge 20 of the water treatment device 1.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the downstream control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a filter element connector 14, wherein the water flow opening through hole 115A is disposed on the filter element connector 14, the filter element connector 14 further includes at least one first fastening portion 145, wherein the first fastening portion 145 is disposed outside the valve body 11A of the downstream control valve 10A, so that the valve body 11A of the downstream control valve 10A is fastened to the purification filter element 30. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the first fastening portion 145 of the filter element connector 14 can be a snap-fit structure for snap-fitting the valve body 11A of the forward flow control valve 10A and the purification filter element 30 together, or a screw structure or other connection for screw-fitting the valve body 11A of the forward flow control valve 10A and the purification filter element 30 together.
As shown in fig. 6A and 6B of the drawings, the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a flow guide plate 30, wherein the flow guide plate 30 is disposed between the filter core connector 14 of the forward flow control valve 10A and the purification filter core 30, preferably, the flow guide plate 30 is disposed between the filter core connector 14 of the forward flow control valve 10A and the base 312 of the purification filter core 30, wherein the flow guide plate 30 has a first flow guide through hole 301, the first flow guide through hole 301 has a first flow guide port 3011 and a second flow guide port 3012, wherein the flow guide plate 30 further has a first side 31 and a second side 32, wherein the first flow guide port 3011 is disposed on the first side 31 of the flow guide plate 30, the second flow guide port 3012 is disposed on the second side 32 of the flow guide plate 30, wherein the first side 31 of the flow guide plate 30 is disposed toward the filter core connector 14 of the forward flow control valve 10A, the second side 32 is disposed toward the base 312 of the purification cartridge 30. Further, the first flow guide port 3011 is disposed to be suitable for communicating with the water flow opening through hole 115A, and the second flow guide port 3012 is disposed to be suitable for communicating with the raw water port 3101 of the purification cartridge 30. In other words, the first flow guiding through hole 301 of the flow guiding plate 30 is respectively communicated with the water flow opening through hole 115A (the water flow opening 1115A) and the raw water port 3101 of the purifying filter element 30. Preferably, the baffle 30 is made of a sealing material to be able to be water-tightly disposed between the base 312 of the purification cartridge 30 and the forward flow control valve 10A, thereby serving to water-tightly seal between the base 312 of the purification cartridge 30 and the cartridge connector 14 of the forward flow control valve 10A.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention forms a first side 1111A and a second side 1112A of the valve body 11A, the valve chamber 110A has a valve chamber opening 1100A, and the valve chamber opening 1100A is disposed on the second side 1112A of the valve body 11A. Preferably, the first side 1111A and the second side 1112A of the valve body 11A are disposed opposite to each other.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the valve body 11A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a valve body 1113A, a sealing portion 1114A and an opening portion 1117A, wherein the valve body 1113A is disposed between the sealing portion 1114A and the opening portion 1117A, and the valve body 1113A, the sealing portion 1114A and the opening portion 1117A enclose the valve chamber 110A, and the opening portion 1117A forms the valve chamber opening 1100A. Accordingly, the seal 1114A of the valve body 11A forms the first side 1111A of the valve body 11, and the opening 1117A of the valve body 11A forms the second side 1112A of the valve body 11A. Preferably, the valve body 1113A and the seal 1114A are integrally formed. More preferably, the valve body 1113A, the seal portion 1114A, and the opening portion 1117A are integrally molded. Preferably, the first opening 1101, the second opening 1102A, the third opening 1103A, the raw water inlet 1104A, the water flow opening 1115A and the raw water outlet 1109A are provided on the inner wall of the valve body main body 1113A of the valve body 11A. More preferably, the raw water inlet 1104A is provided at the top of the valve body 1113A of the valve body 11A.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a faucet connector 15, wherein the faucet connector 15 includes an adaptor 151 and a fastener 152, wherein the adaptor 151 has a connecting end 1511 adapted to be connected to a faucet and an adaptor end 1512 extending from the connecting end 1511, the fastener 152 has a holding end 1521 and a fastening end 1522 adapted to be fixedly connected to the top of the valve body 11A, wherein the adaptor 151 forms a communicating cavity 1510 adapted to be respectively communicated with the faucet and the raw water inlet 1104A of the valve body 11A, the holding end 1521 of the fastener 152 forms a socket opening 15210, the fastening end 1522 of the fastener 152 forms a fastening cavity 15220 communicated with the socket opening 15210, wherein the inner diameter of the fastening cavity 15220 of the fastener 152 is larger than the inner diameter of the socket opening 15210, and the outer diameter of the connecting end 1511 of the adaptor 151 is not greater than the inner diameter of the socket opening 15210 of the fastener 152, and the outer diameter of the adaptor 1512 of the adaptor 151 is not greater than the inner diameter of the fastening cavity 15220 and is greater than the inner diameter of the socket opening 15210, so that the adaptor 1512 of the adaptor 151 can be retained in the fastening cavity 15220 of the fastener 152 when the connecting end 1511 of the adaptor 151 passes out of the socket opening 15210 of the fastener 152. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the fastening end 1522 of the fastening member 152 of the faucet connector 15 of the present invention can be screwed, plugged or any other way that facilitates the communication between the raw water inlet 1104A of the downstream control valve 10A of the faucet water softener and the tap water faucet, and is installed or fixed on the top of the valve body 11A. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that, between the connection end 1511 of the adaptor 151 of the faucet connector 15 and the faucet, a sealing gasket or a sealing ring is disposed between the adaptor 1512 of the adaptor 151 of the faucet connector 15 and the raw water inlet 1104A of the valve body 11A to prevent water from leaking.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the valve element 12A of the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an operation end 121A and a control end 122A extending from the operation end 121A, wherein the control end 122A of the valve element 12A is adapted to be disposed in the valve cavity 110A formed by the valve body 11A, and the control end 122A of the valve element 12A forms the connection cavity 120A, the first passage 101A and the second passage 102A. It is understood that when the second channel 102A has a channel opening, the channel opening of the second channel 102A is adapted to communicate with both the first opening 1101A and the third opening 1103A. At this time, the second passage 102A is formed at the outer surface of the control end 122A of the spool 12A. When the second channel 102A has two channel openings, the channel openings of the second channel 102A are adapted to communicate with the first opening 1101A and the third opening 1103A, respectively. At this time, the second passage 102A is formed inside the control end 122A of the spool 12A. It is understood that the control end 122A of the valve element 12A is disposed within the valve chamber 110A and the operation end 121A of the valve element 12A extends out of the valve chamber opening 1100A for easy operation by a user.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a driving member 16, wherein the driving member 16 is disposed at the operation end 121A of the valve core 12A, so that a user can rotate the driving member 16 to rotate the operation end 121A of the valve core 12A and control the forward flow control valve 10A to be at a corresponding working position. It is understood that the driver 16 may be any mechanism or component that can be used to drive the valve spool 12A of the forward flow control valve 10A to rotate relative to the valve body 11A. Illustratively, the drive member 16 may be a knob, a drive handle, or a drive rod.
As shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the forward flow control valve 10A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a positioning assembly 50, wherein the positioning assembly 50 has a limiting element 51 and a reset element 52 disposed on the limiting element 51, a set of arc-shaped limiting grooves 501 disposed on the inner wall of the valve body 11A and an operation chamber 160 disposed at the operation end 121A, wherein the limiting element 51 and the reset element 52 are both disposed in the operation chamber 160, and the reset element 52 is disposed between the limiting element 51 and the operation end 121A, so that when the operation end 121A is rotated and the limiting element 51 faces the limiting groove 501, the limiting element 51 will move into the limiting groove 501 under the action of the reset force (or elastic force) of the reset element 52; at this time, when the operation end 121A is continuously rotated so that the stopper member 51 is pressed by the stopper groove 501 of the valve body 11A to retract the stopper member 51 into the operation chamber 160, the operation end 121A can be easily rotated and the stopper member 51 can be kept retracted into the operation chamber 160 by the pressing of the stopper groove 501 of the valve body 11A. It can be understood that the operation end 121A is rotated so that the position-limiting element 51 is opposite to the position-limiting groove 501, so that when the position-limiting element 51 moves into the position-limiting groove 501, the forward flow control valve 10A is maintained at a corresponding operation position, and the faucet water softener of the present invention is in a corresponding operation state. It will be appreciated that the return element 52 is a return spring. Optionally, the reset element 52 is a reset spring. Preferably, the position-limiting element 51 is configured to engage with the position-limiting groove 501, so that the position-limiting element 51 can be stably retained in the position-limiting groove 501 when the driving member 16 is driven to rotate in the absence of proper external force.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 10A to 14F of the drawings, the first opening 1101A (or the third opening 1103A), the second opening 1102A, the raw water outlet 1109A and the water flow opening 1115A of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention are disposed on the inner wall of the valve body 11A (as viewed from the first side 1111A of the valve body 11A to the valve cavity opening 1100A of the second side 1112A) counterclockwise in this order, so that the four working states of the faucet water softener of the present invention, namely the softening working state, the regeneration working state, the raw water supply working state and the water supply working state, are distributed counterclockwise, especially the switching between the softening working state and the regeneration working state, the regeneration working state and the raw water supply working state, and the adjacent working states between the water supply working state and the water supply working state, this can be achieved by rotating the spool 12A by only one station angle. When a user needs to switch the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention from the softening operation state to the regeneration operation state, only one station angle of the valve core 12A needs to be rotated counterclockwise, so that the first channel 101A (or its communication opening) of the valve core 12A faces the second opening 1102A of the valve body 11A, and the second channel 102A of the valve core 12A faces the third opening 1103A and the first opening 1101A of the valve body 11A; when a user needs to switch the self-regeneration working state to the raw water supply working state of the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention, the valve element 12A needs to be rotated counterclockwise again by a station angle, so that the first channel 101A of the valve element 12A is directly opposite to the raw water outlet 1109A of the valve body 11A; when the user needs to switch the faucet water softener according to the embodiment of the present invention from the raw water supply working state to the water supply working state, the valve element 12A needs to rotate counterclockwise again by a station angle, so that the first channel 101A of the valve element 12A is just opposite to the water flow opening 1115A of the valve body 11A. It will be appreciated that each station angle of the cartridge 12A of the present invention may preferably be set to 45 degrees.
It is noted that the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and/or sixth are only used herein to name and distinguish between different components (or elements) of the present invention, which in itself does not have any order or number of meanings.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention as described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the present invention.
The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.

Claims (80)

1. A faucet water softener, comprising:
a softening cartridge, wherein the softening cartridge defines a first communication opening and a second communication opening;
a purification cartridge, wherein the purification cartridge has a raw water port and a clean water port; and
a forward flow control valve, wherein the forward flow control valve comprises a valve body and a valve core, wherein the valve body forms a valve cavity, a first opening, a second opening, a third opening, a water flow opening, a soft water inlet, a soft water outlet and a raw water inlet, wherein the valve core comprises an operating end and a control end extending from the operating end, wherein the control end of the valve core is suitable for being arranged in the valve cavity formed by the valve body, wherein the first opening of the valve body is adapted to communicate with the first communication opening of the softening cartridge, the soft water inlet of the valve body is suitable for being communicated with the second communication opening of the softening filter element, the raw water inlet of the valve body is suitable for being communicated with a raw water source, the water flow opening of the valve body is suitable for being communicated with the raw water port of the purification filter element, wherein the valve core can rotate around the central shaft of the valve core.
2. The faucet water softener of claim 1 wherein the forward flow control valve further has an ejector, wherein the ejector has an outlet adapted to communicate with the second opening of the valve body, an inlet adapted to communicate with the third opening of the valve body, and a salt intake in communication with the outlet and the inlet, respectively.
3. The faucet water softener of claim 2 wherein the valve core of the forward flow control valve forms a first communication channel and a second communication channel when the forward flow control valve is in a softening operating position, wherein the first communication channel is in communication with the first opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, and the second communication channel is in communication with the soft water inlet and the soft water outlet of the valve body, respectively; when the downstream control valve is in a water supply working position, the valve core of the downstream control valve forms a water supply communicating channel, wherein the water supply communicating channel is respectively communicated with the water flow opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet.
4. The faucet water softener of claim 3 wherein the valve body further defines a blowdown opening, wherein when the forward flow control valve is in a regeneration operating position, the valve spool of the forward flow control valve defines a third communication passage, a fourth communication passage and a fifth communication passage, wherein the third communication passage communicates with the second opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, the fourth communication passage communicates with the first opening and the third opening, respectively, and the fifth communication passage communicates with the soft water inlet and the blowdown opening of the valve body, respectively.
5. The faucet water softener of claim 4 wherein the valve body further defines a raw water outlet, wherein the valve spool of the forward flow control valve defines a sixth communication passage when the forward flow control valve is in a raw water supply operating position, wherein the sixth communication passage communicates with the raw water outlet and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively.
6. The faucet water softener of claim 3 wherein the valve core forms a communication chamber, a first passage, a second passage and a third passage, wherein the communication chamber is in communication with the raw water inlet and the first passage of the valve body, respectively, wherein the communication chamber and the first passage of the valve core form the first communication passage in communication with the first opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, and the second passage forms the second communication passage in communication with the soft water inlet and the soft water outlet of the valve body, respectively, when the forward flow control valve is in the softening operating position; when the downstream control valve is at the water supply working position, the communicating cavity and the first channel form the water supply communicating channel which is respectively communicated with the water flow opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet.
7. The faucet water softener of claim 6 wherein the valve body further defines a blowdown opening, wherein when the forward flow control valve is in a regeneration operating position, the communication chamber of the valve core and the first passage define a third communication passage in communication with the second opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, the second passage define a fourth communication passage in communication with the first opening and the third opening of the valve body, respectively, and the third passage define a fifth communication passage in communication with the soft water inlet and the blowdown opening of the valve body, respectively.
8. The faucet water softener of claim 7 wherein the valve body further defines a raw water outlet, wherein the communication chamber of the valve core and the first passage define a sixth communication passage respectively communicating with the raw water outlet and the raw water inlet of the valve body when the forward flow control valve is in a raw water supply operating position.
9. The faucet water softener of claim 6 wherein the second, third and water flow openings of the valve body are blocked by the valve spool when the forward flow control valve is in the softening position.
10. The faucet water softener of claim 7 wherein the soft water outlet and the water flow opening of the valve body are blocked by the valve spool, respectively, when the forward flow control valve is in the regeneration operating position.
11. The faucet water softener of claim 8, wherein the soft water inlet, the soft water outlet, the drain opening, the third opening and the water flow opening of the valve body are respectively blocked by the valve spool when the forward flow control valve is in the raw water supply operation position.
12. The faucet water softener according to claim 8, wherein the soft water inlet, the first opening, the second opening, the raw water outlet, the third opening, the water flow opening, the soft water outlet and the sewage opening of the valve body are provided at an inner wall of the valve body with a space therebetween, wherein the soft water inlet, the first opening, the second opening, the raw water outlet and the water flow opening are located at a same height position of the inner wall of the valve body, the third opening and the soft water outlet are located at another same height position of the inner wall of the valve body, the sewage opening is located at another height position of the inner wall of the valve body, and the first opening and the third opening of the valve body are adjacent, the soft water inlet of the valve body is adjacent to the sewage opening and the soft water outlet, respectively.
13. The faucet water softener according to claim 12, wherein the soft water inlet, the first opening, the second opening, the raw water outlet and the water flow opening of the valve body are disposed counterclockwise on an inner wall of the valve body in this order.
14. The faucet water softener of claim 12 wherein the second passage is not in communication with the breakover chamber, the first passage and the third passage, and the third passage is not in communication with the breakover chamber and the first passage.
15. The faucet water softener of claim 13 wherein the through-cavity of the valve core forms a cavity main body, an annular groove and at least one through-hole, wherein the annular groove communicates with the raw water inlet, the through-hole communicates with the cavity main body and the annular groove, respectively, and the cavity main body of the through-cavity communicates with the first passage and the through-hole, respectively.
16. The faucet water softener of claim 15 wherein the annular groove is provided on an outer side wall of the valve core to maintain communication between the annular groove and the raw water inlet.
17. The faucet water softener of any one of claims 1-16 wherein the softening cartridge comprises an outer housing, an inner housing, and softening material, wherein the outer housing forms a first receiving chamber, the inner housing forms a second receiving chamber, wherein the inner housing is disposed within the first receiving chamber of the outer housing, and the outer housing and the inner housing form a first softening chamber therebetween, wherein the softening material is disposed within the first softening chamber, wherein the first softening chamber is in communication with the second receiving chamber of the inner housing.
18. The faucet water softener of claim 17 wherein the first communication opening communicates with the first softening chamber and the second communication opening communicates with the second receiving chamber of the inner housing, the first and second receiving chambers each having the softening material disposed therein, wherein the total volume of the softening material is not greater than 2L.
19. The faucet water softener of claim 18 wherein the softening cartridge further comprises a base, wherein the outer housing and the inner housing are both disposed at the base, and the first communication opening and the second communication opening are both formed at the base.
20. The faucet water softener according to claim 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16, the valve body further forming a first through hole adapted to communicate with the first opening and the first communication opening, respectively, a second through hole adapted to communicate with the second opening and the ejection outlet of the ejector, respectively, a third through hole adapted to communicate with the raw water inlet and the source raw water, a water flow opening through hole adapted to communicate with the blowdown opening, a water inlet through hole adapted to communicate with the water flow opening and the raw water outlet of the purification cartridge, respectively, the soft water inlet through hole is suitable for being respectively communicated with the soft water inlet and the second communication opening, the soft water outlet through hole is communicated with the soft water outlet, and the raw water outlet through hole is communicated with the raw water outlet.
21. A forward flow control valve for a faucet water softener, comprising:
a valve body; and
a valve core, wherein the valve body forms a valve cavity, a first opening, a second opening, a third opening, a water flow opening, a soft water inlet, a soft water outlet and a raw water inlet, wherein the valve core comprises an operation end and a control end extending from the operation end, wherein the control end of the valve core is suitable for being arranged in the valve cavity formed by the valve body, and wherein the valve core is arranged to rotate around the central shaft thereof.
22. A forward flow control valve according to claim 21 further comprising a jet ejector, wherein the jet ejector has an outlet adapted to communicate with the second opening of the valve body, an inlet adapted to communicate with the third opening of the valve body, and a salt intake in communication with the outlet and the inlet, respectively.
23. The forward flow control valve of claim 22 wherein when the forward flow control valve is in a softened operating position, the spool of the forward flow control valve forms a first communication passage and a second communication passage, wherein the first communication passage communicates with the first opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, and the second communication passage communicates with the soft water inlet and the soft water outlet of the valve body, respectively; when the downstream control valve is at a water supply working position, the valve core of the downstream control valve forms a water supply communicating channel, wherein the water supply communicating channel is respectively communicated with the water flow opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet.
24. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 23 wherein, the valve body further defines a drain opening, wherein when the forward flow control valve is in a regeneration position, the valve spool of the forward flow control valve defines a third communication passage, a fourth communication passage and a fifth communication passage, wherein the third communication passage is in communication with the second opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, the fourth communication passage is in communication with the first opening and the third opening, respectively, and the fifth communication passage is in communication with the soft water inlet and the drain opening of the valve body, respectively.
25. The forward flow control valve of claim 24 further defining a raw water outlet, wherein the valve body defines a sixth communication passage when the forward flow control valve is in a raw water supply operating position, wherein the sixth communication passage is in communication with the raw water outlet and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively.
26. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 23, further comprising a driving member, wherein the driving member is disposed at the operating end of the valve spool, wherein the valve spool forms a communication chamber, a first passage, a second passage and a third passage, wherein the communication chamber communicates with the raw water inlet and the first passage of the valve body, respectively, wherein the communication chamber and the first passage of the valve spool form the first communication passage communicating with the first opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, and the second passage forms the second communication passage communicating with the soft water inlet and the soft water outlet of the valve body, respectively, when the forward flow control valve is in the softening operation position; when the downstream control valve is at the water supply working position, the communicating cavity and the first channel form the water supply communicating channel which is respectively communicated with the water flow opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet.
27. The forward flow control valve of claim 26 wherein the valve body further defines a blowdown opening, wherein when the forward flow control valve is in a regeneration position, the communication chamber of the valve spool and the first passage define a third communication passage in communication with the second opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, the second passage define a fourth communication passage in communication with the first opening and the third opening of the valve body, respectively, and the third passage define a fifth communication passage in communication with the soft water inlet and the blowdown opening of the valve body, respectively.
28. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 27 wherein the valve body further defines a raw water outlet, and wherein the through-chamber of the valve spool and the first passage define a sixth communication passage respectively communicating with the raw water outlet and the raw water inlet of the valve body when the forward flow control valve is in a raw water supply operating position.
29. The forward flow control valve of claim 26 wherein the second opening, the third opening, and the water flow opening of the valve body are blocked by the valve spool when the forward flow control valve is in the softening operating position.
30. The forward flow control valve of claim 27 wherein the soft water outlet and the water flow opening of the valve body are blocked by the valve spool when the forward flow control valve is in the regeneration operating position.
31. The forward flow control valve of claim 28 wherein the soft water inlet, the soft water outlet, the blowdown opening, the third opening and the water flow opening of the valve body are blocked by the valve spool when the forward flow control valve is in the raw water supply operating position.
32. The forward flow control valve of claim 28, wherein the soft water inlet, the first opening, the second opening, the raw water outlet, the third opening, the water flow opening, the soft water outlet and the sewage opening of the valve body are separately disposed on the inner wall of the valve body, wherein the soft water inlet, the first opening, the second opening, the raw water outlet and the water flow opening are located at one same height position of the inner wall of the valve body, the third opening and the soft water outlet are located at another same height position of the inner wall of the valve body, the sewage opening is located at another height position of the inner wall of the valve body, and the first opening and the third opening of the valve body are adjacent, and the soft water inlet of the valve body is adjacent to the sewage opening and the soft water outlet, respectively.
33. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 32, wherein the soft water inlet, the first opening, the second opening, the raw water outlet and the water flow opening of the valve body are disposed counterclockwise in this order on an inner wall of the valve body.
34. The forward flow control valve of claim 32 wherein the second passageway is not in communication with the feed-through chamber, the first passageway and the third passageway, and the third passageway is not in communication with the feed-through chamber and the first passageway.
35. The forward flow control valve of claim 33 wherein the feed through chamber of the spool defines a chamber body, an annular channel, and at least one feed through hole, wherein the annular channel is in communication with the raw water inlet, the feed through holes are in communication with the chamber body and the annular channel, respectively, and the chamber body of the feed through chamber is in communication with the first passageway and the feed through hole, respectively.
36. The forward flow control valve of claim 35 wherein the annular groove is provided on an outer sidewall of the valve spool to maintain communication between the annular groove and the raw water inlet.
37. Forward flow control valve according to any of claims 22 to 36, wherein the ejector comprises a jet body, wherein the jet body is plate-shaped, wherein the jet body forms a nozzle, a suction chamber and a mixing chamber, wherein the nozzle communicates with the ejection opening, the suction chamber communicates with the salt suction opening, the mixing chamber communicates with the ejection opening, and the nozzle, the suction chamber and the mixing chamber form a three-way connection.
38. The forward flow control valve of claim 37 wherein the jet body comprises a flexible plate, a rigid plate, a first formation and a second formation, wherein the first formation and the second formation are both disposed between the flexible plate and the rigid plate, wherein the flexible plate, the first formation, the second formation and the rigid plate form the suction chamber and the mixing chamber, the flexible plate, the first formation and the rigid plate form the nozzle.
39. The forward flow control valve according to claim 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 or 36, the valve body further defining a first through-hole communicating with the first opening, a second through-hole communicating with the second opening and the outlet of the ejector respectively, a third through-hole communicating with the blowdown opening, the water flow opening through-hole communicating with the water flow opening, a water inlet through-hole communicating with the soft water outlet through-hole, the raw water outlet through hole is communicated with the raw water outlet.
40. The forward flow control valve of claim 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 or 36 further comprising a set of seals, the valve body having a set of seal grooves, wherein the seal grooves are disposed on an inner wall of the valve body and surround the first opening, the second opening, the third opening, the soft water inlet, the soft water outlet, the raw water outlet, the water flow opening and the sewage discharge opening of the valve body, respectively, the seals being disposed to engage in the seal grooves.
41. A faucet water softener, comprising:
a softening cartridge, wherein the softening cartridge defines a first communication opening and a second communication opening;
a purification cartridge, wherein the purification cartridge has a raw water port and a clean water port; and
a forward flow control valve, wherein the forward flow control valve comprises a valve body and a valve core, wherein the valve body forms a valve cavity, a first opening, a second opening, a water flow opening, a third opening and a raw water inlet, wherein the valve core comprises an operation end and a control end extending from the operation end, wherein the control end of the valve core is suitable for being arranged in the valve cavity formed by the valve body, wherein the first opening of the valve body is suitable for being communicated with the first communication opening of the softening filter element, the raw water inlet of the valve body is suitable for being communicated with a raw water source, the water flow opening of the valve body is suitable for being communicated with the raw water port of the purifying filter element, and the valve core is arranged to be capable of rotating around a central axis thereof.
42. The faucet water softener of claim 41 wherein the forward flow control valve further has an ejector, wherein the ejector has an outlet adapted to communicate with the second opening of the valve body, an inlet adapted to communicate with the third opening of the valve body, and a salt intake in communication with the outlet and the inlet, respectively.
43. The faucet water softener of claim 42 wherein the valve core of the forward flow control valve forms a first communication channel when the forward flow control valve is in a softening operating position, wherein the first communication channel is in communication with the first opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet, respectively; when the downstream control valve is at a water supply working position, the valve core of the downstream control valve forms a water supply communicating channel, wherein the water supply communicating channel is respectively communicated with the water flow opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet.
44. The faucet water softener of claim 43, wherein the valve core of the forward flow control valve forms a second communication channel and a third communication channel when the forward flow control valve is in a regeneration operation position, wherein the second communication channel is respectively communicated with the second opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, and the third communication channel is respectively communicated with the first opening and the third opening.
45. The faucet water softener of claim 44 wherein the valve body further defines a raw water outlet, wherein the valve spool of the forward flow control valve defines a fourth communication passage when the forward flow control valve is in a raw water supply operative position, wherein the fourth communication passage communicates with the raw water outlet and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively.
46. The faucet water softener of claim 43 wherein the valve core forms a communication chamber, a first passage and a second passage, wherein the communication chamber is in communication with the raw water inlet and the first passage of the valve body, respectively, wherein the communication chamber and the first passage of the valve core form the first communication passage in communication with the first opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, when the forward flow control valve is in the softening position; when the downstream control valve is at the water supply working position, the communicating cavity and the first channel form the water supply communicating channel which is respectively communicated with the water flow opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet.
47. The faucet water softener of claim 46 wherein the communication chamber of the valve core and the first passage form a second communication passage respectively communicating with the second opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body and the second passage forms a third communication passage respectively communicating with the first opening and the third opening of the valve body when the forward flow control valve is in a regeneration operation position.
48. The faucet water softener of claim 47, wherein the valve body further forms a raw water outlet, wherein the communication chamber of the valve core and the first passage form a fourth communication passage respectively communicating with the raw water outlet and the raw water inlet of the valve body when the forward flow control valve is in a raw water supply operation position.
49. The faucet water softener of claim 46 wherein the second, third and water flow openings of the valve body are blocked by the valve spool when the forward flow control valve is in the softening position.
50. The faucet water softener of claim 47 wherein the water flow opening of the valve body is blocked by the valve spool when the forward flow control valve is in the regeneration operating position.
51. The faucet water softener of claim 48 wherein the first, third and water flow openings of the valve body are blocked by the valve spool, respectively, when the forward flow control valve is in the raw water supply operating position.
52. The faucet water softener according to claim 48, wherein the first opening, the second opening, the third opening, the raw water outlet and the water flow opening of the valve body are provided at the inner wall of the valve body at a distance, wherein the first opening, the second opening, the raw water outlet and the water flow opening are located at a same height position of the inner wall of the valve body, the third opening is located at another height position of the inner wall of the valve body, and the first opening and the third opening of the valve body are adjacent.
53. The faucet water softener according to claim 52, wherein the first opening, the second opening, the raw water outlet and the water flow opening of the valve body are disposed counterclockwise on the inner wall of the valve body in this order.
54. The faucet water softener of claim 52 wherein the second passage is not in communication with both the communication chamber and the first passage.
55. The faucet water softener of claim 53, wherein the through cavity of the valve core forms a cavity main body, an annular groove and at least one through hole, wherein the annular groove is communicated with the raw water inlet, the through holes are communicated with the cavity main body and the annular groove, respectively, and the cavity main body of the through cavity is communicated with the first channel and the through hole, respectively.
56. The faucet water softener of claim 55 wherein the annular groove is provided on an outer sidewall of the valve core to maintain communication between the annular groove and the raw water inlet.
57. The faucet water softener of any one of claims 41-56 further having a soft water inlet and a soft water outlet, wherein the soft water inlet and the soft water outlet are disposed in the valve body, wherein the soft water inlet is adapted to communicate with the second communication opening and the soft water outlet of the softening cartridge, respectively.
58. The faucet water softener of any one of claims 41-56, wherein the softening filter element comprises an outer housing, an inner housing, and softening material, wherein the outer housing forms a first receiving chamber, the inner housing forms a second receiving chamber, wherein the inner housing is disposed within the first receiving chamber of the outer housing, and the outer housing and the inner housing form a first softening chamber therebetween, wherein the softening material is disposed within the first softening chamber, wherein the first softening chamber is in communication with the second receiving chamber of the inner housing, the first communication opening is in communication with the first softening chamber, and the second communication opening is in communication with the second receiving chamber of the inner housing.
59. The faucet water softener of claim 58 wherein the softening cartridge further comprises a base, wherein the outer housing and the inner housing are both disposed at the base, and the first communication opening and the second communication opening are both formed at the base.
60. The faucet water softener of claim 48, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 or 56, the valve body further forming a first through hole adapted to communicate with the first opening and the first communication opening, a second through hole adapted to communicate with the second opening and the ejection opening of the ejector, respectively, a third through hole adapted to communicate with the third opening and the ejection opening of the ejector, respectively, a water inlet through hole adapted to communicate with the raw water inlet and the raw water source, respectively, a water outlet through hole adapted to communicate with the raw water outlet and the raw water opening, respectively.
61. A forward flow control valve for a faucet water softener, comprising:
a valve body; and
a valve core, wherein the valve body forms a valve cavity, a first opening, a second opening, a water flow opening, a third opening and a raw water inlet, wherein the valve core comprises an operation end and a control end extending from the operation end, wherein the control end of the valve core is suitable for being arranged in the valve cavity formed by the valve body, and the valve core is arranged to rotate around the central shaft of the valve core.
62. A forward flow control valve according to claim 61 further comprising a jet ejector wherein said jet ejector has an outlet adapted to communicate with said second opening of said valve body, an inlet adapted to communicate with said third opening of said valve body and a salt intake communicating with said outlet and said inlet, respectively.
63. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 62, wherein when the forward flow control valve is in a softening position, the valve spool of the forward flow control valve forms a first communication passage, wherein the first communication passage is respectively communicated with the first opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet; when the downstream control valve is at a water supply working position, the valve core of the downstream control valve forms a water supply communicating channel, wherein the water supply communicating channel is respectively communicated with the water flow opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet.
64. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 63, wherein when the forward flow control valve is in a regeneration mode, the valve spool of the forward flow control valve defines a second communication passage and a third communication passage, wherein the second communication passage is in communication with the second opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, and the third communication passage is in communication with the first opening and the third opening, respectively.
65. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 64 wherein, the valve body further defines a raw water outlet, wherein when the forward flow control valve is in a raw water supply operating position, the valve spool of the forward flow control valve defines a fourth communication passage, wherein the fourth communication passage is respectively in communication with the raw water outlet and the raw water inlet of the valve body.
66. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 63 wherein, the valve spool defines a communication chamber, a first passage and a second passage, wherein the communication chamber is in communication with the raw water inlet and the first passage of the valve body, respectively, and wherein when the forward flow control valve is in the softening position, the communication chamber and the first passage of the valve spool define the first communication passage in communication with the first opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively; when the downstream control valve is at the water supply working position, the communicating cavity and the first channel form the water supply communicating channel which is respectively communicated with the water flow opening of the valve body and the raw water inlet.
67. The forward flow control valve of claim 66 wherein the forward flow control valve is in a regeneration mode, the through cavity of the spool and the first passage form a second communication passage in communication with the second opening and the raw water inlet of the valve body, respectively, and the second passage forms a third communication passage in communication with the first opening and the third opening of the valve body, respectively.
68. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 67 wherein, the valve body further defines a raw water outlet, and wherein when the forward flow control valve is in a raw water supply operating position, the through-chamber of the valve spool and the first passage define a fourth communication passage respectively communicating with the raw water outlet and the raw water inlet of the valve body.
69. The forward flow control valve of claim 66 wherein the second opening, the third opening, and the water flow opening of the valve body are blocked by the valve spool, respectively, when the forward flow control valve is in the softening operating position.
70. The forward flow control valve of claim 67 wherein the water flow opening of the valve body is blocked by the valve spool when the forward flow control valve is in the regeneration operating position.
71. The forward flow control valve of claim 68 wherein the first, third and water flow openings of the valve body are blocked by the valve spool when the forward flow control valve is in the raw water supply operating position.
72. The forward flow control valve of claim 68 wherein the first, second, third, raw water outlet and water flow opening of the valve body are spaced apart from each other on the inner wall of the valve body, wherein the first, second, raw water outlet and water flow opening are located at the same height position on the inner wall of the valve body, the third opening is located at another height position on the inner wall of the valve body, and the first and third openings of the valve body are adjacent to each other.
73. The forward flow control valve of claim 72 wherein the first opening, the second opening, the raw water outlet and the water flow opening of the valve body are disposed counterclockwise in that order on the inner wall of the valve body.
74. The forward flow control valve of claim 72 wherein the second passage is not in communication with both the communication chamber and the first passage.
75. The forward flow control valve of claim 73 wherein the feed through chamber of the spool forms a chamber body, an annular groove and at least one feed through hole, wherein the annular groove communicates with the raw water inlet, the feed through holes communicate with the chamber body and the annular groove, respectively, and the chamber body of the feed through chamber communicates with the first passageway and the feed through hole, respectively.
76. The forward flow control valve of claim 75 wherein the annular groove is provided in an outer side wall of the valve spool to maintain communication between the annular groove and the raw water inlet.
77. The forward flow control valve according to any one of claims 62 to 76 wherein the ejector comprises a jet body, wherein the jet body is plate-shaped, wherein the jet body defines a nozzle, a suction chamber and a mixing chamber, wherein the nozzle is in communication with the ejection port, the suction chamber is in communication with the salt suction port, the mixing chamber is in communication with the ejection port, and the nozzle, the suction chamber and the mixing chamber define a three-way communication structure.
78. Concurrent control valve according to claim 77, wherein the injection outlet, the salt intake and the injection inlet are formed on a surface of the jet body and the nozzle, the suction chamber and the mixing chamber are formed inside the jet body.
79. The forward flow control valve of claim 77, wherein the jet body comprises a flexible plate, a rigid plate, a first formation and a second formation, wherein the first formation and the second formation are both disposed between the flexible plate and the rigid plate, wherein the flexible plate, the first formation, the second formation and the rigid plate form the suction chamber and the mixing chamber, the flexible plate, the first formation and the rigid plate form the nozzle.
80. The forward flow control valve as defined in claim 68, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75 or 76, the valve body further defining a first throughbore adapted to communicate with the first opening, a second throughbore adapted to communicate with the second opening and the outlet of the ejector respectively, a third throughbore adapted to communicate with the third opening and the inlet of the ejector respectively, a water inlet throughbore adapted to communicate with the raw water inlet and a raw water source respectively, and a raw water outlet throughbore adapted to communicate with the raw water outlet.
