an actuator (120);
a moving bar (130) driven by the actuator (120) to move away from or close to the fixed bar (110); and
a shield (140) connected between the fixed rod (110) and the moving rod (130) and deployed or stowed as the moving rod (130) moves away from or toward the fixed rod (110).

7. The vehicle of claim 6, characterized in that the moving bar (130) moves away from the fixed bar (110) to protrude from the opening (210) or the moving bar (130) moves close to the fixed bar (110) to the receiving cavity (200).
8. The vehicle according to claim 6, characterized in that the opening (210) edge is provided with a sealing strip.
9. Vehicle according to claim 8, characterized in that the accommodation chamber (200) is arranged in the upper part of a door of the vehicle.
