S104: a second adhesive layer 5 is provided on the third surface or the fourth surface of the second base material layer 4.
The second substrate layer 4 peeled off from the adhesive bandage 10 is re-adhered to the skin by the second adhesive layer 5 and fixed at the wound.
As shown in fig. 1, the second adhesive layer 5 may be disposed on the third surface of the second substrate layer 4, so that the second substrate layer 4 may be fixed to the second surface of the first substrate layer 1 by the second adhesive layer 5, so that the overall thickness of the adhesive bandage 10 is small.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the second adhesive layer 5 may also be disposed on the fourth surface of the second substrate layer 4, and since the second adhesive layer 5 is exposed, the wound covering 10 may further include a release paper layer 7 on the upper surface of the second adhesive layer 5 to ensure the adhesion of the second adhesive layer 5.

The wound covering 10 of the embodiment shown in fig. 4 is modified such that the third adhesive layer 6 is provided on the second surface of the first substrate layer 1, and the release paper layer 7 is provided between the second adhesive layer 5 and the third adhesive layer 6, so that the adhesiveness of the second adhesive layer 5 is not affected after the second substrate layer 4 is peeled off.
The wound dressing 10 of the embodiment of the present invention may be classified into a general type, a pox type, a finger type, and a heel type according to the position of use. The product specifications may be adapted to different wound sizes, for example 45mm × 42mm, 50mm × 50mm, 55mm × 37mm, 60mm × 20mm, 62mm × 42mm, 65mm × 20mm, 65mm × 25mm, 69mm × 44mm, 70mm × 18mm, 72mm × 25mm, 76mm × 19mm, Φ 8mm, Φ 10mm, Φ 12mm, Φ 14mm, etc.
After the adhesive bandage 10 provided by the embodiment of the utility model is prepared, the appearance is smooth and flat, no wrinkles and cracking phenomenon exists, the back surface is not penetrated with adhesive, no fiber falls off, and the product is free from foreign matters and peculiar smell. The viscosity of the product should be less than or equal to 2.5mm, and the peel strength of the product should be greater than or equal to 1.0N/cm. The product is adhered to a stainless steel plate at 37 ℃, and no residual viscous substances are left on the stainless steel plate after 30min of peeling.

Claims (10)

1. A wound covering, comprising:
a layer of haemostatic material for covering a wound;
the base material layer is used for arranging the hemostatic material layer and fixing the wound plaster on a wound;
wherein the substrate layer comprises a transparent breathable medical material layer, and the transparent breathable medical material layer and the hemostatic material layer can be torn off to fix the transparent breathable medical material layer on the wound independently.
2. The wound covering of claim 1, wherein the substrate layers include a first substrate layer and a second substrate layer, the wound covering comprising:
the first base material layer comprises a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, and the hemostatic material layer is fixed on the first surface;
the second substrate layer is fixed on the second surface in a tearing way and is a transparent breathable medical material layer, and the second substrate layer comprises a third surface fixed on the second surface and a fourth surface opposite to the third surface;
the adhesive bandage is fixed on a wound through the first base material layer or the second base material layer, and the second base material layer is torn off from the adhesive bandage and then is independently fixed on the wound.
3. The wound covering of claim 2, further comprising:
the first adhesive layer is arranged on the first surface of the first base material layer and used for fixing the wound covering on a wound;
and the second adhesive layer is arranged on the third surface or the fourth surface of the second substrate layer and is used for independently fixing the second substrate layer which is torn off from the wound cover on the wound.
4. A wound covering according to claim 3, characterised in that the second adhesive layer is provided on a third surface of the second substrate layer, the second substrate layer being releasably secured to the second surface by the second adhesive layer.
5. The wound covering of claim 4, further comprising:
the third adhesive layer is arranged on the second surface of the first base material layer;
a first release paper layer that conforms to the second adhesive layer and the third adhesive layer.
6. The wound covering of claim 3 in which the layer of haemostatic material is secured to the first surface by the first layer of adhesive.
7. The wound covering of claim 2 in which the wound covering is secured to the wound by the second substrate layer and the second substrate layer is detached from the wound covering and secured separately to the wound.
8. The wound covering of claim 1 in which the substrate layer is a transparent, air-permeable medical material layer, the wound covering further comprising:
the adhesive layer A is arranged on one side of the transparent breathable medical material layer and is used for fixing the transparent breathable medical material layer on a wound;
a second release paper layer disposed on the A adhesive layer;
a B adhesive layer disposed on the second release paper layer, the hemostatic material layer disposed on the B adhesive layer.
9. The wound covering of any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
and the uncovering device is oppositely arranged at two ends of the base material layer and used for covering the base material layer and the wound cover is used for fixing one surface of a wound and covering the hemostatic material layer.
10. A wound covering according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the layer of transparent, air-permeable medical material comprises any one of polyurethane-based plastics, copolyether ester film, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene and polypropylene blends.
