Claims (10)

1. A roller is characterized by comprising a mandrel, a roller sleeve, a bearing, an auxiliary sealing element and a sealing end cover; the roller sleeve is sleeved on the bearing and the mandrel and is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the bearing; the sealing end cover is sleeved at the end part of the mandrel and is butted with the roller sleeve, and the sealing end cover and the roller sleeve surround to form a closed lubricating cavity; the bearing with auxiliary seal spare is established respectively the cover the spindle, just the bearing with auxiliary seal spare all encapsulate in the lubrication cavity, auxiliary seal spare sets up the bearing with between the end cover, auxiliary seal spare is sealed the dabber with the clearance of roller shell, auxiliary seal spare includes rotating ring and quiet ring, the rotating ring with the roller shell is connected, the fixed cover of quiet ring is established the spindle.

The roller according to claim 1, characterized in that said rotating ring and said stationary ring are axially butted, and a butt end face of said rotating ring and a butt end face of said stationary ring are respectively provided with a matching embedding boss and a matching annular groove, and said rotating ring is connected with said stationary ring through said embedding boss and said annular groove.
3. The roller according to claim 2 wherein said rotating ring is provided with a projection projecting from said sleeve, said projection being interposed between said end cover and said sleeve so that said rotating ring is axially retained by said projection.

The roller according to claim 3 wherein said secondary seal further comprises a retaining member, said retaining member fitting over said mandrel, said retaining member being disposed between said stationary ring and said end cap, said stationary ring being axially retained by said movable ring and said retaining member.
5. The roller according to claim 3 wherein said end cover has a butt flange and said end cover is butt-joined to said sleeve by said butt flange, and corresponding attachment holes are provided in said end surface of said sleeve, said nose and said butt flange.
6. The roller according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein said end seal covers have an interference fit with said mandrel.
7. The roller according to claim 6 wherein an oil delivery channel is provided in said mandrel, an inlet of said oil delivery channel being located on a surface of an end of said mandrel, and an outlet of said oil delivery channel being located in said lubrication cavity and adjacent to an inner ring of said bearing.
8. The roller according to claim 7 wherein said end of said mandrel is further provided with a mounting hole communicating with said oil delivery passage, said roller further comprising an oil nipple, said oil nipple being disposed on said mandrel through said mounting hole.
9. The roller according to claim 8 wherein said mounting hole is provided between an inlet and an outlet of said oil transfer channel and said inlet of said oil transfer channel is provided with a plug.
10. A rolling mill tension measuring system comprising a roll and a pinch roll, the roll and/or the pinch roll being constructed as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
