According to the utility model, the lubricating oil circuit between the upper rocker arm chamber and the air filter is provided with the one-way valve which is communicated with the air filter in a one-way manner, when the pressure in the upper rocker arm chamber is greater than the pressure in the air filter, the one-way valve is opened, and oil atomization air flows to the air filter from the upper rocker arm chamber; when the pressure in the upper rocker-arm chamber is less than the pressure in the air filter, the check valve closes and air cannot flow from the air filter to the upper rocker-arm chamber. The one-way valve can improve the threshold of the lubricating oil in the upper rocker arm chamber entering the air filter, and conditionally control the lubricating oil in the upper rocker arm chamber to enter the air filter, so that the excessive consumption of the engine oil by the engine is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a lubrication system for a four-stroke engine.
Background
Currently, as the hand-held engine, a four-stroke engine is preferably used from the viewpoint of exhaust emission control; however, four-stroke engines must use separate lubricating oil. When such a hand-held tool is used, the machine will work at various angles, with a balancing pipe between the upper rocker chamber and the air filter. Along with the continuous operation of the piston of the engine, the balance pipe can continuously spray excessive engine oil into the air filter, and the lubricating oil entering the air filter further enters the engine to be combusted.
Disclosure of Invention
The utility model provides a lubricating system for a four-stroke engine, which aims to solve the problems of lubrication and lubricating oil circulation of the engine and reduce the oil consumption of the engine.
The technical scheme for solving the existing problems is as follows: as an improvement, a lubricating oil path between the upper rocker arm chamber and the air filter is provided with a one-way valve which is communicated with the air filter in a one-way manner.
As a further improvement, the one-way valve is preset with a threshold value for opening into the air filter in one way.
As a further improvement, the one-way valve is arranged in the air filter.
As a further improvement, the one-way valve is arranged in the balance pipe or in the upper rocker arm chamber.
Compared with the prior art, the lubricating oil path between the upper rocker arm chamber and the air filter is provided with the one-way valve which is communicated with the air filter in a one-way mode, when the pressure in the upper rocker arm chamber is higher than the pressure in the air filter, the one-way valve is opened, and oil atomizing air flows to the air filter from the upper rocker arm chamber; when the pressure in the upper rocker chamber is less than the pressure in the air filter, the check valve closes and air cannot flow from the air filter to the upper rocker chamber. The check valve has the advantages that the check valve can improve the threshold of the lubricating oil in the upper rocker arm chamber entering the air filter, and conditionally control the lubricating oil in the upper rocker arm chamber to enter the air filter, so that the excessive consumption of engine oil by an engine is avoided.
The utility model solves the problems of lubrication and lubricating oil circulation of the engine and reduces the oil consumption of the engine.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present embodiment is a lubrication system for a four-stroke engine, comprising a piston 2, a crankcase 5, a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism 4, a cam chamber 3, an upper rocker arm chamber 1, a one-way valve 8, an air filter 9, and a balance pipe 7 connecting the upper rocker arm chamber 1 and the air filter 9, wherein a one-way valve 8 leading into the air filter 9 in a one-way manner is arranged in a lubrication oil path between the upper rocker arm chamber 1 and the air filter 9.
Normally, the lubricating oil path communicates the crank chamber of the crank case 5, the cam chamber 3, the upper rocker arm chamber 1, and the upper rocker arm chamber 1 and the air filter 9 through the balance pipe 7. The crankshaft chamber, the cam chamber 3 and the upper rocker arm chamber 1 of the crankcase 5 can be lubricated by adopting the prior art structure, and independent lubricating oil paths can be arranged among the crankshaft chamber, the cam chamber 3 and the upper rocker arm chamber 1 of the crankcase 5 according to requirements so as to ensure that lubricating oil can circulate in the engine along with the movement of the piston 2 when the engine works. While the lubricating oil can be led via the balancing pipe 7 through the non-return valve 8 into the air filter 9.
The present invention is constructed and operated in such a manner that when the piston 2 is operated downward, pressure is transmitted from the inside of the crank chamber to the inside of the upper rocker arm chamber 1, and when the pressure in the upper rocker arm chamber 1 is greater than the pressure in the air filter 9, the check valve 8 is opened, and the oil atomized air flows from the upper rocker arm chamber 1 to the air filter 9.
When the piston 2 is operated upward, pressure is transmitted from the crank chamber into the upper rocker-arm chamber 1, the pressure in the upper rocker-arm chamber 1 is lower than the pressure in the air filter 9, the check valve 8 is closed, and air cannot flow from the air filter 9 to the upper rocker-arm chamber 1. The check valve 8 is selectively opened and closed according to the pressure in the upper rocker arm chamber 1, so that the entering amount of lubricating oil entering the air filter 9 is relatively controlled, and the consumption of the lubricating oil is effectively reduced.
The one-way valve 8 is preset with a threshold value for opening the air filter 9 in one way, and the threshold value can be set to be 0.10 MPa. And the check valve 8 can be opened only when the pressure in the upper rocker-arm chamber 1 is greater than 0.10 MPa.
The non-return valve 8 may preferably be arranged in the air filter 9 to facilitate installation.
Of course, the check valve 8 may also be provided in the balancing pipe 7 or in the upper rocker-arm chamber 1, as desired.
