An exhaust gas treatment device according to claim 3, characterized in that a plurality of said arc plates (18) between one of said rings (16) and said circular base plate (17) are staggered with respect to a plurality of said arc plates (18) between the other of said rings (16) and said circular base plate (17).
5. An exhaust gas treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first scrubber tower (3) and the plurality of fermenters (1) are in communication via a first conduit (11), the first conduit (11) being provided with a second fan (2).
6. An exhaust gas treatment device according to claim 5, characterized in that the second scrubber tower (4) and the first scrubber tower (3) are in communication via a second duct (12), and a third fan (5) is arranged on the second duct (12).

An exhaust gas treatment device according to claim 6, characterized in that the exhaust gas treatment device further comprises a third conduit (13), one end of the third conduit (13) being in communication with the second scrubber tower (4), the other end of the third conduit (13) being in communication with the first plasma equipment (7).
8. The exhaust treatment device of claim 7, further comprising:
a second plasma device (15) having an input end communicating with the air to be supplemented with the air;
and one end of the fourth fan (6) is communicated with the third pipeline (13), and the other end of the fourth fan is connected with the output end of the second plasma equipment (15) and is used for being matched with the second plasma equipment (15) to provide oxygen for the first plasma equipment (7).
