Detailed Description
For a further understanding of the utility model, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the utility model by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the utility model, and not to limit the scope of the claims.
Referring to fig. 1-5, there is shown an embodiment of the replaceable paste storage container of the present invention, which comprises a housing 1 and a core 2 disposed inside the housing 1. The core 2 includes a cylindrical case 21 having an open end, and a piston 22 provided at the open end of the cylindrical case 21. The cylindrical housing 21 stores paste to be extruded, and a paste extrusion port 210 is provided at the other end away from the opening end. The shell 1 is provided with a detachable protective cap 3 at one end close to the core piston, the other end is provided with an opening corresponding to the paste extrusion port 210, and an end cover 4 is arranged at the opening. The whole container is in a cylindrical shape with two hemispherical ends, and the appearance is attractive.
Referring to fig. 3, in an illustrated embodiment, the front end surface of the piston 22 of the core 2 is provided with a curved surface matching the shape of the end surface of the cylindrical housing 21 at the end provided with the paste extrusion port 210, so that the paste in the cylindrical housing 21 can be completely extruded when the piston is pushed to the end, thereby avoiding waste.
On the other hand, a cylindrical extension 220 extends outward at the center of the back of the piston 22 to interface with the electric extrusion mechanism. The cylindrical extension 220 is provided at the periphery thereof with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 221 to reinforce the structural strength of the piston 22.
Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the paste outlet 210 at the front end of the core 2 is elongated and is disposed on a circular boss 211 at the end of the cylindrical housing 21. Meanwhile, an annular flange 212 is disposed around the circular boss 211, and an annular circular groove 213 is formed therebetween.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 5, the side of the end cap 4 facing the paste outlet 210 is provided with an annular boss 41 sized to match the annular circular groove 213. Therefore, the end cap 4 can be fitted to the opening of the housing 1 via the annular boss 41 and the annular circular groove 213, and serves to seal and protect the paste outlet 210 before use. When in use, the end cap 4 is taken off, and the paste can be extruded from the paste extrusion port 210.
In an embodiment, the protective cap 3 is detachably connected to the housing 1 or the core 2 by a snap-fit structure or a screw structure, which is not limited in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment of the present invention, the protective cap 3 has a hemispherical shape and is provided with a pull ring 31 at the top. Referring to fig. 1 and 7, in other embodiments of the present invention, the protective cap 3 is designed to be of an animal or cartoon head type, which is more attractive.
When the replaceable paste storage container is used, the protective cap 3 and the end cover 4 are taken off (the core body can be taken out for use independently if necessary), and the replaceable paste storage container is put into the electric extrusion device, so that paste can be automatically extruded by the electric extrusion mechanism, manual extrusion operation of a user is avoided, and the replaceable paste storage container is more convenient to use. When the stored paste is used up, a new container can be independently purchased for replacement, so that the use cost is effectively reduced.
The above description of the embodiments is only intended to facilitate the understanding of the method of the utility model and its core idea. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
