As shown in fig. 8 to 13, the bean grinding assembly 32 further includes a rotating shaft 322 connected to the driving assembly 33, a movable grinding wheel member 323 assembled on the rotating shaft 322, and a stationary grinding wheel member 324 matched with the movable grinding wheel member 323 for grinding coffee beans. Preferably, the movable grinding wheel part 323 and the static grinding wheel part 324 are made of ceramic materials, so that the cost is low. Preferably, one end of the rotating shaft 322 passes through the opening of the driving member matching portion 332-2a and is connected to the driving member 331, the rotating shaft 322 is driven by the driving member 331 to rotate, the movable grinding wheel member 323 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 322 and rotates synchronously with the rotating shaft 322, so that the movable grinding wheel member 323 rotates relative to the stationary grinding wheel member 324, and beans placed between the movable grinding wheel member 323 and the stationary grinding wheel member 324 can be ground. Further, the stationary grinding wheel member 324 is housed outside the movable grinding wheel member 323, and a bean grinding gap 325 for grinding coffee beans is formed between the stationary grinding wheel member 324 and the movable grinding wheel member 323. Preferably, the shape of the static grinding wheel piece 324 is a ring shape with an upper opening and a lower opening; the movable grinding wheel part 323 is in a conical shape with a small upper part and a big lower part; so that the space between the static grinding wheel member 324 and the movable grinding wheel member 323 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and a bean grinding gap 325 for grinding beans is formed at the lower ends of the static grinding wheel member 324 and the movable grinding wheel member 323; and the distance of the bean grinding gap 325 is much smaller than the size of the beans. Specifically, in grinding, the beans are ground into powder between the movable grinding wheel member 323 and the stationary grinding wheel member 324. Preferably, the lower end of the movable grinding wheel part 323 is provided with a movable grinding wheel bracket 323-2 in a matching manner, the movable grinding wheel bracket 323-2 comprises a rotating part 323-2a matched with the rotating shaft 322, the lower end of the rotating part 323-2a is provided with a sealing part 323-2b which just seals the lower end opening of the stationary grinding wheel, and the sealing part 323-2b is communicated with the inner cavity of the rotating part 323-2a for the rotating shaft 322 to pass through; the rotating part 323-2a extends outwards to form a clamping part 323-2c, correspondingly, the lower end of the movable grinding wheel part 323 is recessed upwards to form a clamping groove 323-3 matched with the clamping part 323-2c, so that the installation stability between the movable grinding wheel part 323 and the movable grinding wheel is ensured, and the movable grinding wheel support 323-2 is detachably mounted at the lower end of the movable grinding wheel part 323, so that the movable grinding wheel support is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and facilitates subsequent maintenance.
As shown in fig. 9-10 and 13, a swing link 323-1 is connected to a top end of the movable grinding wheel element 323, and the swing link 323-1 includes a rotating shaft 323-1a sleeved outside the rotating shaft 322 and a plurality of swing portions 323-1b formed by extending the outside of the rotating shaft 323-1a outward; wherein, the swinging part 323-1b is obliquely arranged outside the rotating shaft part 323-1 a. The swing parts 323-1b are obliquely arranged outside the rotating shaft part 323-1a, and each swing part 323-1b is in a propeller state; specifically, a swing rod 323-1 through hole matched with the rotating shaft 322 is formed in the center of the rotating shaft part 323-1a, and the assembling stability between the swing rod 323-1 and the rotating shaft 322 is guaranteed. Preferably, the lower end of the rotating shaft part 323-1a is provided with a swing rod mounting part 323-1c with a smaller shaft diameter than the rotating shaft part 323-1a, and the swing rod mounting part 323-1c is just matched and mounted inside the upper end of the movable grinding wheel part 323, so that the swing rod 323-1 can be firmly mounted on the movable grinding wheel part 323, and the synchronous movement between the swing rod 323-1 and the movable grinding wheel part 323 is realized. By adopting the scheme, the swing rod 323-1 is used for throwing the beans falling from the bean box 313 downwards, so that the beans can more smoothly fall into the bean grinding gap 325 at the lower end for grinding, and the working efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 9-12, further, the bean grinding assembly 32 further includes a bean grinding housing 326 covering the movable grinding wheel 323, one end of the rotating shaft 322 is connected to the driving assembly 33, and the other end is rotatably connected to the lower end of the bean grinding housing 326. Preferably, the bean grinding shell 326 comprises an upper bean grinding shell 326-1 and a lower bean grinding shell 326-2 which are detachably mounted, an L-shaped clamping groove 326-21 is formed in the outer wall of the lower bean grinding shell 326-2 close to the opening, and correspondingly, a clamping protrusion 326-11 matched with the clamping groove 326-21 is formed in the inner wall of the upper bean grinding shell 326-1. The L-shaped clamping groove 326-21 comprises a vertical access groove 326-21a and a transverse locking groove 326-21 b; the upper end of the locking groove is provided with locking parts 326-21c, one ends of the locking parts 326-21c close to the locking groove are provided with concave parts 326-21d, and the upper end of the clamping projection 326-11 is provided with a convex part 326-11a matched with the concave parts 326-21 d; when the clamping convex 326-11 is screwed into the locking groove, the concave part 326-21d and the convex part 326-11a are matched to play a limiting role, so that locking installation between the upper bean grinding shell 326-1 and the lower bean grinding shell 326-2 is realized; when the locking protrusion 326-11 is reversely rotated to be separated from the locking groove, the upper bean grinding shell 326-1 and the lower bean grinding shell 326-2 can be separated. The upper bean grinding shell 326-1 and the lower bean grinding shell 326-2 are detachably mounted and can be separated from each other, so that residues in the bean grinding shells can be cleaned conveniently. Preferably, a plurality of first partition plates 326-22 are formed by extending the inner wall of the lower bean grinding shell 326-2 inwards, and a powder outlet 326-23 for the ground powder to fall is formed between every two adjacent first partition plates 326-22; a supporting part 326-24 for matching with the rotating shaft 322 is formed at the intersection of one end of each first partition 326-22 far away from the lower bean grinding shell 326-2, a groove is formed in the supporting part 326-24, a first copper rotating shaft 326-25 is installed in the groove in a matching manner, a rotating groove which is similar to the rotating shaft 322 is formed in the first copper rotating shaft 326-25, and the rotating shaft 322 can rotate relative to the supporting part 326-24; the first copper rotating shafts 326-25 are arranged, so that friction force generated when the rotating shaft 322 rotates can be reduced, vibration generated during operation can be reduced, subsequent maintenance is facilitated, and cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 9-11, further, the grinding wheel bracket 326-3 is disposed on the inner wall of the grinding bean housing 326 for fixing the static grinding wheel 324. Preferably, the grinding wheel bracket 326-3 is formed in the upper bean grinding shell 326-1, and the inner wall of the grinding wheel bracket 326-3 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 326-31, and correspondingly, the outer wall of the static grinding wheel piece 324 is provided with recesses 324-1 matched with the protrusions 326-31, so that the static grinding wheel piece 324 and the upper bean grinding shell 326-1 are in tight fit, thereby not only ensuring the firmness of the two when being installed, but also facilitating subsequent disassembly and assembly maintenance; when the lower bean grinding shell 326-2 is removed, the static grinding member can be removed for cleaning, and the lower bean grinding shell 326-2 can be cleaned. Preferably, the inner wall of the grinding wheel bracket 326-3 extends upwards to form an L-shaped bracket 326-32, and the upper end of the L-shaped bracket 326-32 is provided with a bracket part 326-33; the center of the L-shaped bracket 326-32 is provided with a first rotating shaft part 326-32a, the center of the bracket 326-33 is provided with a second rotating shaft part 326-33a matched with the first rotating shaft part 326-32a, wherein a second copper rotating shaft 326-32b is arranged in the first rotating shaft part 326-32a, and a third copper rotating shaft 326-33b is arranged in the second rotating shaft part 326-33a, so that the rotating smoothness of the rotating shaft 322 can be improved, and the rotating shaft cannot vibrate. More preferably, the grinding wheel bracket 326-3 is provided with a plurality of supporting columns 326-34 for fixing the bracket members 326-33; the bracket members 326-33 comprise a plurality of second partition plates 326-33c, bean outlets 326-33d for beans in the bean box 313 to fall are formed between every two adjacent second partition plates 326-33c, and annular matching portions 326-33e matched with the upper bean grinding shell 326-1 are formed at one ends of the second partition plates 326-33c far away from the second rotating shaft portions 326-33 a.
As shown in fig. 1-2, 14-15, further, the coffee brewing apparatus 2 comprises a funnel support 21 which can accommodate the lower opening of the coffee capsule pocket assembly 4 or the coffee powder pocket assembly 5, and a coffee brewing assembly 22 which is fittingly mounted on the upper end of the funnel support 21, wherein the coffee brewing assembly 22 can be moved toward and away from each other relative to the funnel support 21. Specifically, the coffee capsule pocket assembly 4 comprises a capsule pocket 41 and a capsule pocket cover 42 which are detachably connected, wherein the capsule pocket cover 42 is rotatably clamped at the lower end of the capsule pocket 41, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the interior can be conveniently cleaned by subsequent disassembly; the capsule pocket 41 is opened up and down, and the capsule pocket cover 42 is mounted at the lower end of the capsule pocket 41 in a matching manner to form a containing cavity for containing coffee capsules; the lower end of the capsule cover is provided with a plurality of through holes for coffee to flow out. Specifically, the coffee powder pocket assembly 5 comprises a powder pocket 51 and a powder pocket cover 52 which is rotatably connected with the powder pocket 51, the powder pocket cover 52 can turn relative to the powder pocket 51, and the movable end of the powder pocket cover 52 is connected with the powder pocket 51 through a buckle; the powder pocket cover 52 is provided with a plurality of small holes to be communicated with the inner cavity of the powder pocket 51, and the lower end of the powder pocket 51 is provided with a plurality of through holes for coffee liquid to flow out; the powder bag 51 is internally provided with a filter screen 53 in a matching way and used for filtering coffee liquid formed by brewing coffee powder, and the filtered coffee liquid has finer taste. Further, the coffee brewing assembly 22 is rotatably connected to the coffee body. The upper end and the lower end of the funnel support 21 are both provided with openings, the upper end of the funnel support is provided with an opening for conveniently placing the coffee powder bag component 5 and the coffee capsule bag component 4, and the lower end of the funnel support is provided with an opening for conveniently making coffee liquid flow out smoothly and enter a container at the lower end. The coffee brewing assembly 22 comprises a coffee brewing body 221 and a capsule pricking pin 222 which is arranged at the lower end of the coffee brewing body 221 and can stretch up and down relative to the coffee brewing body, and one end, far away from the funnel support 21, of the capsule pricking pin 222 is connected with a hot water channel 312-1; when coffee capsules need to be brewed, the coffee capsule pocket assembly 4 is placed in the funnel support 21, the coffee brewing assembly 22 is operated to rotate and close on the funnel support 21, at the moment, a certain distance is reserved between the capsule puncture needle 222 and the coffee capsules, the coffee capsules cannot be punctured, after the hot water channel 312-1 is opened and hot water enters the hot water, the hot water pushes the capsule puncture needle 222 downwards and moves downwards, the capsule puncture needle 222 punctures the coffee capsules, and due to the fact that the capsule puncture needle 222 moves downwards, gaps are generated, the hot water can also enter the coffee capsules at the lower end, and therefore the coffee is brewed; after brewing is completed, the hot water channel 312-1 is closed, and the capsule puncture needle 222 is driven to move upwards by the action of restoring force to recover the initial position; specifically, the upper end of the capsule pricking pin 222 is connected with an elastic member, and the other end of the elastic member is connected to the coffee brewing body 221. Preferably, the coffee brewing assembly 22 comprises a handle 223 for driving the coffee brewing assembly 22 to rotate, wherein the lower end of the handle 223 extends into the coffee brewing body 221, and the lower end extends to form an L-shaped clamping portion 223-1, correspondingly, the coffee brewing body 221 is provided with a clamping matching portion 221-1 clamped in the L-shaped clamping portion 223-1, and then the whole coffee assembly can be driven to rotate by the rotation movement of the handle 223; and one end of the handle 223 is detachably mounted on the coffee brewing body 221, so that subsequent disassembly and assembly and maintenance are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1, 3-4, further, the coffee body is provided with a receiving box 6 for receiving the coffee capsule pocket assembly 4 or the coffee grounds pocket assembly 5. The accommodating box 6 comprises a box body 61 and an accommodating box cover 62 which is rotatably connected with the box body 61 and can rotate relative to the box body 61, and an accommodating part 63 for accommodating the coffee capsule pocket assembly 4 or the coffee powder pocket assembly 5 is arranged at the inner end of the accommodating box cover 62; the housing 63 is vertically provided inside the housing case cover 62. Specifically, the lower end of the accommodating box cover 62 is pushed to rotate, and in order to rotate the lower end of the accommodating box cover 62 inwards and rotate the upper end outwards, the accommodating part 63 is driven to rotate out, so that the coffee capsule pocket assembly 4 or the coffee powder pocket assembly 5 can be placed; when the box is stored, the upper end of the storage box cover 62 is pushed to rotate, the upper end of the storage box cover 62 rotates inwards, the lower end of the storage box cover 62 rotates outwards, and the upper end of the storage box cover 62 is clamped on the box body 61. By adopting the scheme, the containing box 6 is of a hidden structure, not only can contain the coffee capsule pocket component 4 and the coffee powder pocket component 5, but also can be hidden in the coffee machine body 1, so that the appearance is more attractive.
The coffee machine of the embodiment has three coffee brewing modes;
the first method comprises the following steps: when a consumer needs to make a coffee capsule, the coffee capsule pocket assembly 4 with the coffee capsule placed inside is placed in the coffee brewing device 2, coffee is brewed through the coffee brewing device 2, and at the moment, the coffee powder pocket assembly 5 is contained in the containing box 6;
and the second method comprises the following steps: when a consumer needs coffee powder, the accommodating box 6 is opened to take out the coffee powder pocket assembly 5, meanwhile, the coffee capsule pocket assembly 4 is accommodated in the accommodating box 6, and the accommodating box 6 is closed; placing a coffee powder pocket assembly 5 below the bean grinding device 3, starting the coffee device, grinding coffee beans into coffee powder, then dropping the coffee powder pocket assembly 5, then placing the coffee powder pocket assembly 5 in the coffee brewing device 2, and brewing coffee through the coffee brewing device 2;
and the third is that: when a consumer makes coffee with the existing coffee powder, the coffee powder bag assembly 5 with the coffee powder placed inside is placed in the coffee brewing device 2, and the coffee is brewed by the coffee brewing device 2.
