As shown in fig. 1, the main body case 101 is a main body part of the earphone charging box, and a charging and sterilizing management system (shown in fig. 2) is assembled inside thereof. The number of the earphone slots 102 is 2, and the ear plug position of each earphone slot is located at a position close to the middle of the earphone charging box. The charging contacts 103 are located at the bottoms of the two sides of the earphone charging box, and when a corresponding TWS earphone is placed in the earphone charging box, the charging contacts 103 charge the TWS earphone and can detect the charging state of the TWS earphone.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the earphone charging box further comprises: a hall device 108 and a magnet 107; the hall device 108 is located in the host housing 101, and the edge opposite to the hinge 104; the magnet 107 is located in the upper cover 105, opposite the edge where the hinge 104 is located.
For example, the hall device 108 is built in the inside of the main body case 101, and the magnet 107 is built in the inside of the upper cover 105. With the hall device 108 and the magnet 107, it is possible to detect whether the earphone charging box is closed; only when the earphone charging box is in a closed state, the earphone in the earphone charging box is disinfected, so that the deep ultraviolet rays are ensured not to generate adverse effects on human bodies.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the duv LED106 is located on a perpendicular bisector of the host housing 101.
For example, the deep ultraviolet LED and a driving circuit matched with the deep ultraviolet LED are assembled inside the earphone charging box. The earphones in the earphone charging box can be disinfected by utilizing the deep ultraviolet rays emitted by the deep ultraviolet LEDs. In a specific embodiment, the deep ultraviolet LED is located in the middle of the two earphone slots, when the two corresponding earphones are placed in the earphone slots, the earplug portions of the two earphones are both close to the deep ultraviolet LED, and the earplug center positions of the two earphones are flush with the deep ultraviolet LED in the vertical direction. Under the condition, the disinfection work of the two earphones can be realized by only using one deep ultraviolet LED and the driving circuit matched with the deep ultraviolet LED, so that the resources can be saved, and the disinfection cost can be reduced.
In some embodiments, when the corresponding two earphones are placed inside the earphone charging box, the earplugs of the two earphones face a middle position of the host housing; the deep ultraviolet LED is positioned on a connecting wire of the earplugs of the two earphones.
For example, the deep ultraviolet LED may be mounted in the earphone charging box at a position facing an earplug, and simultaneously, an LED driving circuit matched with the deep ultraviolet LED may be integrated in the earphone charging box. When the earphone is used for a period of time and the earphone is installed back again in the earphone charging box for charging, the deep ultraviolet LED driving circuit in the earphone charging box can be utilized to light the deep ultraviolet LED, so that the earphone is disinfected. At this time, since the earphone charging box is in a closed state when charging, the deep ultraviolet rays generated by the deep ultraviolet LED do not have adverse effects on a human body.
In the embodiment of the application, the deep ultraviolet LED is arranged at the position right opposite to the earplug, so that the earplug part of the earphone is convenient to disinfect. Because both earplugs face the middle position of the earphone charging box, the deep ultraviolet LED is also arranged at the middle position of the two earplugs and is level to the center position of the earplugs in height; the two earphones can be disinfected only by using one deep ultraviolet LED, so that resources can be saved, and the disinfection cost is reduced.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is also provided a charging and sterilizing management system of an earphone charging box. As shown in fig. 2, the system includes: the system comprises a micro control unit 201, a battery 202, a power management unit 203 and a deep ultraviolet LED drive circuit 204; the micro control unit 201 is connected to the battery 202, the power management unit 203, and the deep ultraviolet LED driving circuit 204, respectively, and the power management unit 203 is connected to the battery 202; the micro control unit 201 is used for controlling the system to work, and the power management unit 203 is used for managing the charging and discharging of the battery 202.
For example, the Micro Control Unit (MCU) 201 is a main processor of the charging and sterilization management system, and is responsible for charging management and sterilization management. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the headset charging box further comprises a hall device 108; the micro-control unit 201 is connected to the hall device 108.

the host shell is connected with the upper cover through the hinge; the number of the earphone slots is 2, the earphone slots are positioned in the earphone charging box, and the 2 earphone slots are distributed in a bilateral symmetry manner; the charging contact is positioned in the earphone slot; the deep ultraviolet LED is installed inside the earphone charging box.
2. The earphone charging box of claim 1, wherein the earphone charging box further comprises: a Hall device and a magnet;

5. A charging and sterilizing management system of an earphone charging box, wherein the system comprises: the system comprises a micro control unit, a battery, a power management unit and a deep ultraviolet LED drive circuit;
the micro control unit is respectively connected with the battery, the power management unit and the deep ultraviolet LED driving circuit, and the power management unit is connected with the battery;
the micro control unit is used for controlling the system to work, and the power management unit is used for managing the charging and discharging of the battery.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the headset charging box comprises a charging contact and a deep ultraviolet LED;
the power management unit is connected with the charging contact, and the deep ultraviolet LED driving circuit is connected with the deep ultraviolet LED.
