Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application discloses an air purifier 100 with a humidifying function, which includes a housing 10, a purifying assembly 20, and a humidifying assembly 30. The housing 10 is substantially cubic, at least one air inlet 11 having a plurality of small holes arranged in a certain rule is disposed on a side wall of the housing 10, and a plurality of air outlets 12 and atomization outlets 13 having a plurality of small holes arranged in a certain rule are disposed on a top of the housing 10. The purifying assembly 20 includes at least one filter screen mechanism 21 and an impeller mechanism 22, the filter screen mechanism 21 is used for purifying air, is detachably connected to the housing 10, and is disposed opposite to the air inlet 11, the impeller mechanism 22 is installed in the cavity of the housing 10, an air duct 221 and a humidifying channel 222 are disposed inside the impeller mechanism 22, and the air outlet 12 is communicated with the air duct 221 of the impeller mechanism for discharging purified air. The humidifying assembly 30 comprises a humidifying module 31 and a water tank 32, wherein the humidifying module 31 is installed at the bottom of the water tank 32 and is used for atomizing liquid water in the water tank 32 to generate mist. The water tank 32 is detachably connected to the housing 10 and disposed near the bottom of the housing 10, one end of the humidifying channel 222 is communicated with the water inlet 321 of the water tank 32, and the other end of the humidifying channel 222 is communicated with the atomizing outlet 13, for discharging the mist generated by the humidifying module 31.
Specifically, the outside air enters the housing 10 from the air inlet 11, is filtered by the filter screen mechanism 21, and then is conveyed through the air duct 221 of the impeller mechanism 22 and discharged from the air outlet 12, so as to achieve the air purification function. The humidifying module 31 atomizes the liquid water in the water tank 32 to generate mist, and the mist enters the humidifying channel 222 from the water inlet 321 of the water tank 32, is conveyed through the humidifying channel 222 of the impeller mechanism 22, and is discharged from the atomizing outlet 13, so that the air humidifying function is realized.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment, the impeller mechanism 22 includes a motor 223, an impeller 224 and a volute 225, the volute 225 is disposed in the cavity of the housing 10, the motor 223 and the impeller 224 are both disposed inside the volute 225, the impeller 224 is connected to a motor shaft of the motor 223, the volute 225 surrounds the impeller 224 to form an air channel 221, and the air channel 221 is substantially in a 6-shape. The motor 223 drives the impeller 224 to rotate, and when the impeller 224 rotates, an air flow is formed in the volute 225, so that the air flowing speed in the air duct 221 is increased, the purified air is discharged at an accelerated speed, and the purification efficiency of the air purifier 100 is improved.
In an embodiment, the side edge of the volute 225 is provided with the humidification channel 222 independent of the air channel 221 in the vertical direction, that is, the air channel 221 and the humidification channel 222 are both disposed inside the impeller mechanism 22, so that the purified air and the humidification mist can be directly discharged through the impeller mechanism 22 by reasonably disposing the internal channel of the impeller mechanism 22 without adding other mechanisms, and the volume of the whole air purifier 100 is not increased. Meanwhile, compared with the common use of the air channel 221 and the humidification channel 222, the humidification channel 222 is separately disposed from the air channel 221 in the embodiment, so that the mist generated by the humidification module 31 can be prevented from entering the air channel 221, and the motor 223 and the impeller 224 are prevented from being damaged due to the damp mist.
In one embodiment, the air duct 221 and one end of the humidification passage 222 are both communicated with the water inlet 321 of the water tank 32. When the impeller 224 rotates, an air flow is formed in the volute 225, a part of the air flow is remained in the air duct 221, the air flow speed in the air duct 221 is increased, and therefore the purified air is accelerated to be discharged from the air duct 221; part of the air flow enters the humidifying channel 222 from the water inlet 321 of the water tank 32, and the air flow speed in the humidifying channel 222 is increased, so that the fog generated by the humidifying module 31 is accelerated to be discharged from the humidifying channel 222.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in one embodiment, the screen mechanism 21 is removably attached to the housing 10 for cleaning or replacing the screen mechanism 21. Specifically, the first cavity 14 is designed in the housing 10, the filter screen mechanism 21 is just accommodated in the first cavity 14, and after being accommodated in the first cavity 14, an outer surface of the filter screen mechanism 21 is exposed and is substantially flush with one side surface of the housing 10, wherein a buckle 213 is designed on an outer frame of the filter screen mechanism 21, the scroll 225 is provided with the first snap-on switch 40, and the buckle 213 is connected with the first snap-on switch 40 in a matching manner, so that the filter screen mechanism 21 is fixed in the first cavity 14, and cannot be separated from the first cavity 14 without external force. When the air purifier 100 is working normally, the latch 213 is locked with the first latch switch 40; when the user presses the filter screen mechanism 21, the spring in the first snap switch 40 is pressed by an external force to eject the filter screen mechanism 21 outwards, the buckle 213 is separated from the first snap switch 40, the filter screen mechanism 21 is ejected from the first cavity 14, and the user can take down the filter screen mechanism 21 for cleaning or replacement.
In one embodiment, the screen mechanism 21 includes a screen 211 and a screen frame 212, the screen 211 is embedded in the screen frame 212, the screen 211 may be a single-layer or multi-layer structure, and may be a coarse-effect or medium-effect or high-efficiency screen 211, and may also be an activated carbon or carbon cloth sandwiched composite screen 211. When desired, the user may remove the old screen 211 from the screen frame 212 and replace the new screen 211 without replacing the entire screen mechanism 21.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in one embodiment, the housing 10 is provided with a second cavity 15 near the bottom thereof, the water tank 32 is slidably accommodated in the second cavity 15, and an outer surface of the water tank 32 accommodated in the second cavity 15 is exposed and is substantially flush with the side surface of the housing 10. The air cleaner 100 further includes a second snap switch 50 disposed on an inner surface of the housing 10, a connecting member 322 engaged with the second snap switch 50 is disposed at a bottom of the water tank 32, and the second snap switch 50 is locked or popped out of the water tank 32 through the connecting member 322. Specifically, when the air purifier 100 operates, the connecting member 322 and the second latch switch 50 are in a locked state; when a user presses the outer surface of the water tank 32, the spring in the second snap switch 50 is pressed by an external force to eject the water tank 32, the connecting member 322 is separated from the second snap switch 50, the water tank 32 is ejected from the second cavity 15 of the housing 10, and the user can take off the water tank 32 for adding water or cleaning.
In one embodiment, to facilitate securing the water tank 32, the end of the second snap switch 50 and the connecting member 322 are magnetically attracted, for example, by a magnet and a metal that can be attracted to the magnet. When the air cleaner 100 is operated, the connecting member 322 disposed at the bottom of the water tank 32 contacts the second snap switch 50, and the second snap switch 50 fixes the water tank 32 in the second cavity of the housing 10 by magnetic force.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, in one embodiment, the air purifier 100 further includes a power module, which includes a power box 61 disposed in the spiral casing 225, and the power box 61 is electrically connected to the household of the user through a power connection wire of the socket to supply power to the purifying component 20 and the humidifying component 30. The top of the housing 10 is provided with a key panel 16, the key panel 16 is electrically connected to the power supply box 61, and a user controls the operation states of the purifying assembly 20 and the humidifying assembly 30 by operating the key panel 16.
In an embodiment, the power module 60 further includes a first elastic pin plate 62 disposed on the volute 225, the first elastic pin plate 62 is electrically connected to the power box 61, an elastic pin 621 is welded on the first elastic pin plate 62, a second elastic pin plate 311 is mounted inside the humidification module 31, and when the water tank 32 is pushed into the second cavity 15 of the housing 10, the second elastic pin plate 311 mounted on the humidification module 31 at the bottom of the water tank 32 contacts the elastic pin 621 to communicate a circuit between the humidification module 31 and the power box 61.
In one embodiment, the water tank 32 is internally provided with an anti-dry heating sensor, the sensor is electrically connected to the controller of the purifier, the sensor can detect the water level through a capacitive sensor to realize anti-dry heating, if the detected water level is lower than a preset value, the sensor transmits a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the humidification module to stop working according to the signal; the dry burning prevention function can be realized through a magnetic reed switch; can also realize that humidification module 31 self takes the dry combustion method function, realize module integral structure through increase a water level detection sensor on humidification module 31.
In one embodiment, the number of the air inlets 11 and the number of the filter screen mechanisms 21 are two, the air inlets 11 are respectively disposed on two opposite sidewalls of the housing 10, and the filter screen mechanisms 21 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the air inlets 11.
In this embodiment, the purification assembly 20 can realize double-sided air intake, increase the air intake area of the filter screen 211 and the dust holding rate of the filter screen 211, and reduce partial wind resistance of the filter screen 211, and this structural manner also reduces the space occupied by the air inlet 11 and the filter screen mechanism 21 in the housing 10, so that the housing 10 and the filter screen mechanism 21 are more compact.
