The above arrangement modes can be combined at will, and it is preferable herein to adopt an arrangement mode in which the movable connection component is the sliding plate component 100 and an arrangement mode in which the movable connection structure is the connecting rod 400, at this time, the first forceps group 1 is hinged on the sliding plate component 100, and the second forceps group 2 is hinged on the fixed plate 3, as shown in fig. 1 to 4.
