The sanding layer 22 is coated according to the coating amount of 10-15 g/square meter, and is subjected to pre-curing treatment by using a mercury lamp, so that the formed sanding layer coating has the advantages of low volatilization, low odor, good hardness, good sanding property and easiness in sanding, the formed writing board is more environment-friendly, has wear resistance and is more durable.
In an achievable embodiment, the substrate layer 1 can be a high-density medium density fiberboard with a thickness of 15mm, and has compact texture, good stability and difficult deformation.
In one implementation, referring specifically to fig. 2, the excimer skin-touch metal-faced UV writing board further comprises an iron-containing layer 3 and an adhesion layer 4. The iron-containing layer 3 is positioned between the paint layer 21 and the substrate layer 1, and the iron-containing layer 3 is connected to the side of the substrate layer 1 through the adhesion layer 4.
