The main body 10 mainly includes a water pump 11, a nozzle assembly 12, and a necessary control assembly 13, etc., the water pump 11 and the control assembly 13 are located inside the main body 10, and the control assembly 13 can control the water pump 11 to pump water in the water tank 20 into the nozzle assembly 12, and then spray the water through the nozzle assembly 12.
It should be noted that the more detailed structure and operation of the main body 10 and its water pump 11, spray head assembly 12, and control assembly 13 can be understood by referring to the prior art, and the remaining types of main body 10 will not be described in detail herein except for the detailed description of the changed and updated main body 10.
In the embodiment herein, the improvement is mainly made to the water tank 20, and its structure and operation principle will be described in detail below. In addition, the host 10 is correspondingly designed, and the details will be described later.
In the embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the water tank 20 includes a first container 100, a second container 200, and a fixedly disposed connecting structure 300.
The first container 100 has a first detergent chamber 101 for containing a first detergent, the first container 100 is formed with a mounting site 102 communicating with the first detergent chamber 101, and the second container 200 is detachably mounted at the mounting site 102.
The first container 100 is used as a main containing part of the cleaning agent, the capacity of the first container is generally designed to be large, and the first cleaning agent contained in the first container is generally clear water so as to meet the daily use requirement of the oral cavity cleaner. The mounting location 102 may be located inside the first container 100, but typically, the mounting location 102 is generally configured to be outside the first container 100, such as by being formed by an exterior wall surface of the first container 100, or by providing other structure on the exterior wall surface, to facilitate user manipulation and replacement of the second container 200.
The second container 200 has a second detergent chamber 201 for containing a second detergent, the second detergent chamber 201 communicates with the first detergent chamber 101, and the second detergent flows into the first detergent chamber 101 by applying an external force to the second container 200 or opening a passage between the first detergent chamber 101 and the second detergent chamber 201.
It should be noted here that, during the use of the oral cavity cleaner, when the second cleaning agent needs to be mixed into the first cleaning agent or used alone, the second cleaning agent needs to flow into the first cleaning agent cavity 101, and there may be two situations, the first is that the second cleaning agent cavity 201 is communicated with the first cleaning agent cavity 101 itself, but the channel is small, and the second cleaning agent is difficult to flow into the first cleaning agent cavity 101 under normal conditions, and the second cleaning agent can flow into the first cleaning agent cavity 101 by applying external force to the second container 200, for example, pressing the outer wall of the second container 200; the second is that the second detergent chamber 201 and the first detergent chamber 101 are not communicated, for example, a shut-off valve (not shown) is provided therebetween, and the second detergent is allowed to flow into the first detergent chamber 101 by opening the shut-off valve.
In the first case, the second container 200 is preferably made of a soft material that can be pressed, such as a soft rubber material. At this time, the second container 200 may be made of a soft plastic material as a whole, or may be made of a soft plastic material only partially.
In the second case, the second container 200 may be made of soft material or hard material.
The coupling structure 300 is mainly used to fix the second container 200 to the first container 100, and simultaneously to simplify the mounting and dismounting of the second container 200 by its cooperation with the second container 200.
Referring to fig. 5, the connecting structure 300 is fixedly disposed and connected between the first container 100 and the second container 200, the connecting structure 300 has a clamping mechanism 310 capable of opening and closing, the clamping mechanism 310 has a first stroke and a second stroke alternately switched under an external force, when the clamping mechanism 310 moves along the first stroke, the clamping mechanism 310 is switched from an open state to a close state to clamp the second container 200, and when the clamping mechanism 310 moves along the second stroke, the clamping mechanism 310 is switched from the close state to the open state to release the second container 200.
Here, the movement of the holding mechanism 310 is generated by the action of an external force, which may be generated by the pressing of the second container 200 against the holding mechanism 310 or by the action of other objects on the holding mechanism 310.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the connection structure 300 is used as an intermediate structure for fixing the second container 200 to the first container 100, when the second container 200 is assembled and disassembled, the clamping mechanism 310 can clamp the second container 200 or release the second container 200 only by operating the second container 200 to apply force to the clamping mechanism 310 of the connection structure 300, the operation is simple, the second container 200 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled, the first cleaning agent and the second cleaning agent can be respectively stored in the first container 100 and the second container 200 (for example, the first cleaning agent can be clear water, and the second cleaning agent can be mouthwash), meanwhile, the second cleaning agent can flow into the first cleaning agent cavity 101 by applying external force to the second container 200 or opening a channel between the first cleaning agent cavity 101 and the second cleaning agent cavity 201, thereby realizing the purpose that the rinse liquid can be prepared at any time to rinse the teeth and gums when in use, the oral cavity cleaner is very convenient to use.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific configuration of the second container 200 is not limited too much, and other structures of the second container 200 may be designed according to its attached functions, convenience of operation, difficulty of manufacture, and compatibility between the second container 200 and the main body 100, except before the second detergent chamber 201 capable of containing the second detergent is provided.
For example, in one embodiment, the second container 200 is a structure having a uniform dimension along its axial direction, such as the second container 200 is designed to be cylindrical, in which case the second container 200 is easy to manufacture and easy to handle.
As another example, in another implementation, second vessel 200 is a structure that varies along its axial dimension, e.g., second vessel 200 is configured as a cylindrical structure with a large diameter section and a small diameter section connected.
Of course, in other embodiments, the second container 200 may be variously modified, and is not exhaustive herein. However, as a preferable scheme, the second container 200 mainly includes a liquid containing portion 210, a liquid guiding portion 220, and a connecting portion 230, in consideration of the structural uniformity, the ease of assembly, and the stability after assembly of the second container 200.
Specifically, the liquid containing part 210 enables the second container 200 to have a function of containing the second cleaning agent, the liquid guiding part 220 is connected with and communicated with the liquid containing part 210, the liquid guiding part 220 can extend into the first cleaning agent cavity 101 to guide the second cleaning agent in the liquid containing part 210 into the first cleaning agent cavity 101, and the connecting part 230 is used for connecting the connecting structure 300 to complete the connecting assembly between the second container 200 and the connecting structure 300.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the liquid guiding portion 220 and the connecting portion 230 are located on the same side of the liquid containing portion 210, the first container 100 is formed with a communicating opening 103 and a containing groove 104 for containing the connecting structure 300, and the liquid guiding portion 220 extends into the first detergent cavity 101 through the communicating opening 103.
When the second container 200 is assembled, the second container 200 may be driven to move along a direction (S direction in fig. 4), and at this time, the liquid guiding portion 220 and the connecting portion 230 simultaneously move along the direction, the liquid guiding portion 220 gradually enters the communication opening 103, the connecting portion 230 gradually approaches the connecting structure 300, and as the second container 200 further moves, the liquid guiding portion 220 passes through the communication opening 103 to communicate the second container 200 with the first container 100, and the connecting portion 230 gradually presses the clamping mechanism 310 in the connecting structure 300, so that the clamping mechanism 310 moves along the first stroke, and finally the second container 200 is clamped by the clamping mechanism 310. When the second container 200 is removed, the second container 200 is continuously moved by continuously applying force to the second container 200, and the gripping mechanism 310 can be switched to move along the second stroke when the force is applied, and finally the second container 200 is released.
In some more specific embodiments, to prevent the liquid from leaking, one or more sealing rings may be provided between the communication port 103 and the liquid guide 220.
In some more specific embodiments, liquid conducting portion 220 has a smaller size than liquid containing portion 210.
The liquid guide part 220 becomes a bridge for communicating the second detergent chamber 201 and the first detergent chamber 101, and the liquid guide part 220 is designed to be a finer structure, so that the speed and the flow rate of the second detergent flowing to the first detergent chamber 101 can be controlled better, and particularly, when the liquid containing part 210 is made of latex material wholly or partially, the second detergent can be effectively controlled to enter the first detergent chamber 101 according to the preset flow rate and speed by pressing the corresponding part of the liquid containing part 210. Of course, as described above, components such as a shut-off valve may be attached to the liquid guide portion 220.
In some more specific embodiments, the connecting portion 230 has a smaller size than the liquid-containing portion 210, which may make the second container 200 more uniform in structural distribution.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a ring of surrounding wall 110 extends outward from an outer wall of the first container 100, the surrounding wall 110 and the outer wall of the first container 100 surround to form an inwardly-sunk mounting cavity 105, the mounting cavity 105 forms a mounting position 102, the second container 200 is disposed in the mounting cavity 105, and the communication opening 103 and the receiving groove 104 are located at a bottom of the mounting cavity 105.
It will be understood herein that when the second container 200 has a large volume, the surrounding wall 110 can protect the second container 200, and can bear a portion of the pressure of the second container 200, thereby reducing the coupling force between the second container 200 and the connection structure 300 and preventing the oral cleaner from being loosened between the second container 200 and the connection structure 300 during use. Particularly, in the case of the second container 200 including the liquid container 210 and the connecting portion 230, since the connecting portion 230 is relatively slender, the surrounding wall 110 may indirectly protect the connecting portion 230, and prevent the connecting portion 230 from being deformed due to an excessive force, such as twisting, and the like, and thus failing.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7 to 8, the cross section of the surrounding wall 110 is designed to include a first arc segment 111, a second arc segment 112 and two straight segments 113, wherein the two straight segments 113 are respectively connected between the first arc segment 111 and the second arc segment 112, so that the installation cavity 105 is a cavity with a shape of a moon.
Based on this, the second container 200 is designed to match the structure of the mounting cavity 105, and the cross section thereof is also approximately moon-shaped, so that after the second container 200 is installed in the mounting cavity 105, the outer wall of the second container 200 and the inner wall of the mounting cavity 105 can be in close contact, and meanwhile, for the two tilted tips 240 of the second container 200 (as shown in fig. 6), a greater coupling force will be formed between the two tips 240 and the accessories thereof and the mounting cavity 105, so as to promote the second container 200 to be stably located in the mounting cavity 105.
In an embodiment, to achieve stable assembly of the connection structure 300, please refer to fig. 2, 4, 5 and 9, the water tank 20 further includes a fastening connection piece 400, the fastening connection piece 400 is fixedly attached to the bottom of the mounting cavity 105, a first through hole 401 communicating with the communication port 103 and a second through hole 402 communicating with the receiving groove 104 are formed on the fastening connection piece 400, a bayonet 301 is formed on the outer periphery of the connection structure 300, at least a portion of the periphery of the second through hole 402 extends into the notch of the receiving groove 104, the connection structure 300 can pass through the second through hole 402 to enable the bayonet 301 to be clamped on the periphery of the second through hole 402, and the bottom of the connection structure 300 is attached to the bottom of the receiving groove 104.
The bottom of the connection structure 300 is supported by the bottom of the receiving groove 104, and the outer periphery thereof is engaged by the second opening 402, thereby achieving stable assembly of the connection structure 300.
The fastening connection piece 400 can be fastened and installed in the installation cavity 105 by means of screws, glue, and the like, and generally, a material which is not easy to deform is selected.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 5, the connecting structure 300 includes a housing 320, the housing 320 is fixedly disposed on the first container 100, the bayonet 301 is opened on a peripheral wall of the housing 320, and the clamping mechanism 310 is movably disposed in the housing 320.
Based on this, a guiding shaft can be disposed inside the housing 320, the clamping mechanism 310 can move along the guiding shaft, a return spring is disposed between the clamping mechanism 310 and the guiding shaft, the clamping mechanism 310 has a clamping body 311 and a pair of clamping arms 312 disposed on the clamping body 311, initially, the clamping arms 312 extend out of the housing 320, when the clamping body 311 is forced to retract into the housing 320, the clamping arms 312 are gradually pressed by the wall of the housing 320 to gradually retract, so as to switch from the open state to the closed state. The inside stopper/ball that still is provided with one and can forms the linkage with fixture 310 in shell 320, the shifting chute that can supply this stopper/ball to remove is defined on the shell wall inside shell 320 or shell 320, when fixture 310 removed along the guiding axle, this stopper/ball removed along the shifting chute simultaneously, at this moment with the shifting chute design two segmentation structures, the first section is the structure that top-down extended, the second section is the structure that extends from bottom to top, form a transition arch between two sections, stopper/ball, fixture 310's overall motion can describe as follows this moment: based on the orientation shown in fig. 2, the clamping mechanism 310 moves from top to bottom under the action of the second container 200, and at the same time, the limiting block/ball also moves from top to bottom along the first section moving groove, the return spring gradually accumulates elastic restoring force, when the limiting block/ball crosses the transition bulge and enters the second section moving groove, the limiting block/ball is fixed in the second section moving groove under the action of the elastic restoring force, at this time, the clamping mechanism 310 just finishes the first stroke, and the second container 200 is clamped between the pair of clamping arms 312; and acting force is continuously applied to the second container 200, the limiting block/ball can cross the transition protrusion from the second section moving groove and move along the first section moving groove from bottom to top under the action of elastic restoring force until the limiting block/ball and the clamping mechanism 310 restore to the initial positions, and at the moment, the clamping mechanism 310 releases the second container 200.
Taking the connecting portion 230 of the second container 200 clamped by the clamping mechanism 310 as an example, in order to improve the clamping reliability, a tapered boss 231 may be disposed at the end of the connecting portion 230, and the tapered boss 231 matches with the space enclosed by the clamping arms 312 when the clamping arms are closed, so that the tapered boss 231 is tightly fitted between the pair of clamping arms 312.
In addition to the above, the connecting structure 300 of the embodiment of the utility model can adopt other structures, such as any one of the push type snap switches available on the market, which are just an example of the push type snap switch, and the details not shown in the drawings can refer to the prior art.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 10 to 11, the second type of water tank is designed to mainly protect the main body 10 from the second container 200.
Specifically, in addition to the features of the first-type water tank, the main modification point of the second-type water tank is to make part of the main body 10 protrude toward the second container 200, so that the main body 10 can wrap or cover at least a part of the second container 200.
The second type of water tank redesigns the structure and layout of the main body 10 and the second container 200, so that part of the main body 10 protrudes to the second container 200, and at this time, the main body 10 can wrap or cover at least a part of the second container 200, so that the second container 200 is not easily touched by mistake in use, and the problems that the second container 200 is easily separated from the first container 100 or the second container 200 is improperly squeezed and the like are solved.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned structural design of the main body 10 and the second container 200 is not limited by other structures, for example, the connection structure 300 between the first container 100 and the second container 200 does not have to adopt the various examples described in the first type of water tank, but may be other connection structures 300, such as a threaded connection structure or a rotation fastening structure. Of course, with respect to the above-mentioned structural design of the main body 10 and the second container 200, the connection structure 300 may even be eliminated between the first container 100 and the second container 200, and at this time, the second container 200 may be relatively stably connected and communicated with the first container 100 by designing the corresponding position of the main body 10 and combining the above-mentioned surrounding wall 110.
It should be noted that, when the second container 200 is made of at least a part of soft glue material, in order to facilitate the user to press the soft glue material to extrude the second detergent, the soft glue portion 250 is disposed on a side of the second container 200 away from the main body 10.
It will be appreciated that the structure of the host computer 10 may be varied to cover or wrap the second container 200 with the host computer 10, for example, a cover may extend from a corresponding position of the host computer 10 and be located just above the second container 200, and for example, a half wrapping wall may be formed below the cover to wrap the second container 200.
In the example shown in fig. 1 to 3, in order to simplify the manufacturing process and ensure uniformity of the main unit 10 in the structural shape, the main unit 10 has a large-diameter section 14 and a small-diameter section 15, the junction of the large-diameter section 14 and the small-diameter section 15 forms a covering step 16, the covering step 16 abuts against the second vessel 200, and the small-diameter section 15 forms a mounting end that can be mounted to the first vessel 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the first container 100 is provided with a mounting channel 106, the mounting channel 106 is located on one side of the mounting position 102, a limiting protrusion 106a is formed on an inner wall of the mounting channel 106 in a protruding manner, a limiting groove 15a is formed on an outer wall of the mounting end in a recessed manner, the limiting groove 15a has an inlet section 15a1 matched with the limiting protrusion 106a and a limiting section 15a2 extending from a tail end of the inlet section 15a1 along a circumferential direction, and the limiting protrusion 106a can be snapped into the limiting section 15a 2.
During assembly, the mounting end is inserted into the mounting channel 106, the limiting protrusion 106a passes through the inlet section 15a1, and then the main body 10 is rotated, so that the limiting protrusion 106a is snapped into the limiting section 15a2, thereby completing the assembly of the main body 10. When the device is disassembled, the operation is reversed.
It should be noted that, when the host 10 is used to form a covered or wrapped oral cavity cleaner for the second container 200, the second container 200 should be assembled before the host 10, that is, the host 10 is installed after the second container 200 is installed on the first container 100, and the corresponding structure of the host 10 will protect the second container 200. When it is necessary to disassemble the second container 200, the main body 10 is also disassembled first.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
