The thickness is embodied as a height formed with respect to the adhesive surface 110, and the above arrangement has an advantage in that it can be ensured that the transparent invisible appliance can be easily taken off.
Referring to the embodiment of fig. 1, 3, 12, 14, 19 and 21, a cleaning slot 201 is provided midway between the mesial skirt 123 and the mesial skirt 124, the cleaning slot 201 communicating with the archwire slot 200 from the arcuate mating surface 120. The cleaning slot 201 may facilitate cleaning of the oral hygiene of the patient during treatment in the clinic, particularly in the archwire slot 200; the provision of communication with the archwire slot 200 allows the cleaning slot 201 to also provide some operating space in threading the archwire. In the direction close to the bonding surface 110, the cleaning groove 201 is gradually reduced in size and has a smooth transition on the inner surface. In a particular embodiment, the ratio of the maximum cross-sectional area S1 of the cleaning slot 201 to the surface area S2 of the arcuate mating surface 120 is in the range of 0.1 to 0.5. The opening of the archwire slot 200 is located on the arcuate mating face 120. Further, the opening of the archwire slot 200 is located at the thickened portion 130. Referring to fig. 6, the inlet slot opening of the archwire slot 200 is a trumpet-shaped archwire inlet opening. In a particular embodiment, the narrowest point of the opening of the archwire slot 200 has an opening width W2, the length of the extension between the mesial edge 121 and the gingival edge 122 on the arcuate mating surface 120 is a distance L1, and the ratio between W2 and L1 ranges from 0.1 to 0.5.
The application also discloses a combined correction system, which comprises a plurality of aesthetic fixing correction devices in the technical scheme, dental arch wires penetrating between the aesthetic fixing correction devices, and a transparent invisible correction device 300 for restraining or covering the dental arch wires on the aesthetic fixing correction devices.
It will be appreciated that a component or structure is required to maintain the force of the dental archwire in the slot when the archwire slot 200 is in the open position. At least a portion of the transparent invisible appliance 300 extends into the archwire slot 200. In the drawings, the transparent invisible appliance 300 forms the protrusion 301 by itself, thereby improving the effect on the dental arch wire.
Referring to fig. 9-20, the present application further discloses an aesthetic fixation appliance including a body 100 and an archwire slot 200 extending through the body 100;
the body 100 is an integral structure, and one side of the body is an adhesive surface 110 for connecting with the tooth surface, and the other side is an arc-shaped matching surface 120 for clamping the transparent invisible appliance 300; the arc-shaped mating surface 120 is provided with a constraint structure, which protrudes or is recessed compared to the body 100 and at least includes two intersecting positioning planes. That is, it can be appreciated that the present application also discloses an aesthetic fixation appliance that is a separate locking tab.
Through the constraint structure and the positioning plane, the positioning effect of the aesthetic fixed appliance on the accessories can be better realized. In particular implementations, the constraint structure may take a variety of forms.
Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 9-11, the constraint structure includes a plurality of positioning pillars 401 disposed on the arc-shaped mating surface 120, and the positioning pillars 401 are protruded compared to the arc-shaped mating surface 120. In FIG. 11, the end of locator post 401 distal from arcuate mating surface 120 expands radially to form an enlarged portion 402. In the overall layout, the positioning posts 401 are arranged in groups, and at least two groups of positioning posts 401 are respectively located at two sides of the archwire slot 200. Correspondingly, in the process that the transparent invisible appliance 300 or the transparent invisible appliance is matched with the plurality of positioning columns 401, a communicated constraint space 403 can be formed by referring to the drawing, so that the matching effect is improved, and the assembling difficulty is reduced.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 12 and 13, it will be appreciated that a plurality of positioning posts 401 are interconnected to form a positioning strip 410 and extend away from each other.
Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 17 to 20, the restriction structure includes a plurality of restriction holes 404 opened on the body 100, and the opening direction of the restriction holes 404 is parallel to the extending direction of the archwire slot 200. The plurality of constraining holes 404 are arranged in groups, at least two groups of constraining holes are respectively located at two ends of the archwire slot 200 in the extending direction, and the two constraining holes 404 in each group are respectively located at two sides of the archwire slot 200. The restriction aperture 404 is non-circular in cross-sectional shape. Accordingly, in the process of matching the transparent invisible appliance 300 with the plurality of restriction holes 404, referring to the attached drawings, a plurality of claws 405 are formed, and the claws are coated on both sides of the body 100 while the restriction holes 404 are matched, so that the positioning effect is improved.
Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 14 to 16, the constraining structure includes a plurality of constraining grooves 406 opened on the body 100, and the opening direction of the constraining grooves 406 intersects with the extending direction of the archwire slot 200. At least two of the constraining grooves 406 are respectively located on both sides of the archwire slot 200, and the extending direction of each constraining groove 406 is parallel to the extending direction of the archwire slot 200. Each of the constraining grooves 406 includes two sub-grooves 407 aligned with each other in the extending direction, and a stopper 408 is provided between the two sub-grooves 407. The stop 408 can further improve the restraint capability in multiple dimensions. Accordingly, in the process of matching the transparent invisible appliance 300 with the plurality of constraining grooves 406, referring to the attached drawings, a plurality of matching bends 409 are formed to achieve the connection effect on the body 100.

the body 100 is an integral structure, and one side of the body is an adhesive surface 110 for connecting with the tooth surface, and the other side is an arc-shaped matching surface 120 for clamping other components; the arc-shaped matching surface 120 is provided with a jaw-direction side edge 121 and a gingival-direction side edge 122 which are oppositely arranged, wherein the jaw-direction side edge 121 is close to the bonding surface 110, the arch wire groove 200 is arranged between the gingival-direction side edge 122 and the bonding surface, and the opening direction of the arch wire groove is attached to the bonding surface 110. It can be appreciated that the present application also discloses an aesthetic fixation appliance that is laterally slotted.
In a specific arrangement, the jaw-side edge 121 first extends away from the archwire slot 200 to form a first locating edge 1211 and then extends toward the archwire slot 200 to mate with the bonding surface 110. The gingival lateral margin 122 protrudes compared to the lateral margin of the adhesive surface 110 to form a second positioning edge 1221. Referring to fig. 22, the opening depth D4 of the archwire slot 200 is 0.7 mm or greater and the opening width W4 of the opening of the archwire slot 200 is 0.5 mm or greater. In a particular embodiment, the ratio between the opening depth D4 of the archwire slot 200 and the width W3 of the adhesive face 110 in the direction of the opening of the archwire slot 200 is from 0.3 to 0.8.

Referring to fig. 25 to 28, the present application further discloses an aesthetic fixation appliance, which is characterized in that the body 100 of the aesthetic fixation appliance has a double-layer structure compared to other embodiments, wherein the volume of the lower portion for forming the bonding surface is larger than the volume of the upper portion for forming the arc-shaped mating surface, and the upper portion and the lower portion can be provided with a stop plane 140 for limiting. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the archwire slot 200 is positioned at the upper part, and at least a part of the archwire 500 passes through the archwire slot 200 and passes through the upper part of the lower part; the transparent invisible appliance 300 covers the upper portion and a portion covers the upper surface of the lower portion. The specific arrangement of the upper portion may be as described with reference to the aesthetic fixation appliance of figures 5 to 8 b.

Claims (10)

The aesthetic fixation appliance of claim 1, wherein the arcuate mating surface has opposing gingival lateral edges, jaw lateral edges, mesial lateral edges, and distal lateral edges, wherein the jaw lateral edges and the gingival lateral edges are disposed opposite and proximate to the bonding surface, wherein a middle portion of the jaw lateral edges and the gingival lateral edges is distal from the bonding surface to form a thickened portion, and wherein the archwire slot is disposed within the thickened portion and extends through the distal lateral edges and the mesial lateral edges.
3. The aesthetic fixed appliance that can be mated to a concealed appliance of claim 2, wherein the thickness of the jaw-wise skirt is less than or near the thickness of the gingival-wise skirt.
4. The aesthetic fixation appliance of claim 2, wherein a cleaning slot is provided midway between the distal lateral edge and the proximal lateral edge, the cleaning slot communicating with the archwire slot from the arcuate mating surface, the cleaning slot being used to provide oral hygiene during treatment of a patient in a clinic.
5. An aesthetic fixation appliance that can be fitted to a concealed appliance according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning grooves taper in size and have a smooth transition of the inner surface in the direction towards the bonding surface.
6. The aesthetically fixed appliance of claim 1, wherein the opening of the archwire slot is located on the arcuate mating surface.
7. The aesthetic fixation appliance that mates with the invisible appliance of claim 1, wherein the opening of the archwire slot is located at a thickened portion.
8. The aesthetic fixation appliance of claim 2 wherein the archwire slot entrance slot opening is a flared archwire entrance opening.
9. Combined orthodontic system, characterized in that it comprises aesthetic fixed appliances cooperable with invisible appliances according to any one of claims 1 to 8, dental archwires passing between the aesthetic fixed appliances, transparent invisible appliances for tying or overlaying the dental archwires on the aesthetic fixed appliances.
10. The combined correction system of claim 9, wherein the clear invisible appliance covers the archwire slot and extends at least partially into the archwire slot.
