The operation process and the working principle are as follows: before logging, after a downhole instrument is placed in a well drilling fluid, the tension pulley 41 is moved to a position B, the inserting plate 37 is inserted into the inserting plate groove 36 to lock the tension pulley 41, an angle adjusting screw 43 at one corner in the front of the base 12 is screwed to enable the tension pulley 41 to be slightly higher (not lower) than a straight line formed by the guide pulley 47 and a wellhead pulley, the inserting plate 37 is lifted and fixed, and the tension pulley 41 is unlocked. Then the display switch 45 is closed, the manual switch 30 on the top of the shell 15 is closed, the pawl 29 is shifted to be meshed with the ratchet bar 25, and the collision wheel 35 of the self-locking travel switch 34 is reset to a non-collision position, so that logging can be started. When the cable is transferred, along with the increase of the transfer depth, the weight of the underground cable is continuously increased, under the action of the tension of the cable, the tension wheel 41 is centered along the front hinge 42 shaft, the distance from the tension wheel shaft 3 to the front hinge 42 shaft is a radius, and the arc formed by forward rotation continuously moves forwards, so that the large tension spring 4 is driven to be continuously elongated, the stress of the tension sensor 5 is continuously increased, the tension display 46 displays that the tension is continuously increased, and meanwhile, the pull rod 40 also pulls the ratchet bar 25 to continuously move forwards (along the teeth) along the slide rail 7. When the underground instrument or the cable is blocked, the tension display 46 displays that the tension is suddenly reduced, the tension wheel 41 moves back under the action of the large tension spring 4 to drive the pull rod 40 to move back, the pawl 29 limits the ratchet bar 25 not to move back (reverse tooth), the rear end of the pull rod 40 overcomes the acting force of the ejection column 21 on the pin 23 and then touches the self-reset switch 24 on the ratchet bar 25, the alarm circuit is switched on, and the audible and visual alarm 31 rings. When the resistance is removed, the tension display 46 displays that the tension is increased, the tension wheel 41 drives the pull rod 40 to move forwards, the self-reset switch 24 is reset, the audible and visual alarm 31 is turned off, and the sound is stopped. When the alarm is not to be stopped when the resistance is relieved, the pawl 29 can be shifted to the pawl limiting pin 32 to be separated from the ratchet bar 25, the ratchet bar 25 moves backwards under the jacking force of the jacking column 21 on the pin 23, the switch of the self-reset switch 24 is reset, the alarm is stopped, and after the resistance is relieved, the pawl 29 is shifted to be meshed with the ratchet bar 25; when the cable is lifted up, the pawl 29 is pulled to be separated from the ratchet bar 25, so that the ratchet bar 25 can move back and forth along with the pull rod 40, and the alarm is disabled when being blocked. With the continuous lifting of the cable, the weight of the underground cable is continuously reduced, and under the action of the tension of the large tension spring 4, the tension wheel 41 drives the pull rod 40 and the ratchet bar 25 to continuously move backwards, and the tension display 46 displays that the tension is continuously reduced. When the downhole instrument or cable encounters a jam, the tension display 46 shows that the tension suddenly increases under the action of the sudden cable tension; meanwhile, the tension wheel 41 drives the pull rod 40 and the ratchet bar 25 to suddenly move forward, when the front hinge 42 is opened to nearly 180 degrees, the collision screw 28 on the bracket 27 collides with the collision wheel 35 to change positions, the normally open end of the self-locking travel switch 34 is closed, the alarm circuit is switched on, and the audible and visual alarm 31 rings; at the same time, the relay 14 drive circuit is on, the normally closed end of the relay 14 is off, the logging winch motor 44 is de-energized, and the winch is stopped. If the clamp is not released, when the winch needs to be started, the manual switch 30 on the top of the shell 15 can be closed, the relay 14 driving circuit is powered off, the normally closed end of the relay 14 is closed, the logging winch motor 44 supplies power, and the winch can operate. When the cable is lifted continuously when the card is not touched, the manual switch 30 needs to be switched on, and then the collision wheel 35 of the travel switch 34 needs to be reset, so that the card-touching alarm works normally when the card is touched again.
