Specifically, the pair of guide portions 176 and the contact portion 1722 are integrally formed, and extend outward from the contact portion 1722 to at least partially contact with the limiting portion 1717, so that on one hand, the first connector 17 and the second connector 24 can be prevented from being separated from the slot 1710 during insertion and extraction in the left-right direction, and on the other hand, the second connector 24 can be well guided to enter the clamping space 1728 in the left-right direction, so that the first connector 17 and the second connector 24 can be smoothly inserted and extracted. The other pair of guiding portions 176 extends downwards from the bottom of the contact portion 1722 to at least partially contact with the limiting strip 174, on one hand, the first connector 17 and the second connector 24 can be prevented from being plugged in and out along the up-down direction to cause the electrical connection portion 172 to be separated from the slot 1710, on the other hand, the second connector 24 can be well guided to enter the clamping space 1728 in the up-down direction, and therefore the first connector 17 and the second connector 24 can be smoothly plugged.
As shown in fig. 18 to 21 in combination with fig. 12 to 17, the second connector 24 includes a base 241 and an electrical matching portion 242 received in the base 241, the electrical matching portion 242 extends beyond the base 241 and is used for being inserted into a slot 1710 of the first connector 17 to electrically contact with the electrical connection portion 172, so that the first connector 17 and the second connector 24 are electrically connected in a matching manner. Specifically, the base 241 includes a first base 2411 and a second base 2412 assembled and fixed in the vertical direction, a receiving cavity 2413 for receiving the second base 2412 and a receiving groove 2414 concavely formed on the inner side wall of the first base 2411 for receiving the electrical matching part 242 are formed in the first base 2411, and the receiving groove 2414 is communicated with the receiving cavity 2413. The receiving groove 2414 is provided with a protrusion 2415 therein.
A second fixing column 2416 is further disposed on the inner side wall of the first base 2411, a second limit groove 2417 is formed in the second fixing column 2416, and a third through hole 2418 is disposed at the bottom of the second base 2412, so that an external fixing member can be used to pass through the third through hole 2418 and the second limit groove 2417 to fixedly connect the first base 2411 and the second base 2412. The electrical mating portion 242 is configured as a pin structure and inserted into the holding space 1728 to electrically contact with the electrical connection portion 172. The upper and lower sides of the electrical matching portion 242 are both concavely provided with first grooves 2421, wherein the first groove 2421 on one side is used for being in limit fit with a bump 2415 in the first base 2411, and the first groove 2421 on the other side is used for being in limit fit with a limit plate 2419 in the second base 2412, so as to limit the electrical matching portion 242 between the first base 2411 and the second base 2412, thereby fixing the electrical matching portion 242. A third positioning column 243 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the bottom of the second base 2412, and the third positioning column 243 is used for cooperating with the connecting seat 20 to fix the second connector 24 on the connecting seat 20.
In summary, the electrical connection between the fixing base 10 and the connecting base 20 is mainly achieved by the mating of the first connector 17 and the second connector 24. The power transmission path for supplying power to the lamp is as follows: commercial power → the wiring terminal assembly 14 → the first connector 17 → the second connector 24 → the driving module 30 → the light source module 40, and finally the lamp beads are lighted to realize the lighting effect.
As shown in fig. 22 in combination with fig. 3, the driving module 30 and the light source module 40 are fixed on a side of the connecting socket 20 opposite to the fixing socket 10. In the present invention, the driving module 30 is fixed at the middle position of the connecting base 20 and electrically connected to the second connector 24; the light source module 40 surrounds the driving module 30 and is electrically connected to the driving module 30, so that the driving module 30 supplies power to the light source module 40 and drives the light source module 40. The light source module 40 includes a light source board 41, and a lamp bead (not shown) and a lens 42 fixed on the light source board 41, the light source board 41 is electrically connected to the driving module 30 to light the lamp bead, and the lens 42 covers the outside of the lamp bead to uniformly emit light. The specific structure of the driving module 30 and the specific connection manner of the driving module 30 and the light source module 40 can adopt the existing technical solutions, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted here.
As shown in fig. 23 to 32 in combination with fig. 3, one end of the frame assembly 50 is disposed around the light source module 40 and is fixedly connected to the connecting base 20, and the other end is connected to the face shield 60 through a fixing member 70, so that the light source module 40 is accommodated between the connecting base 20 and the face shield 60, and light emitted from the light source module 40 can be emitted through the face shield 60. In the present invention, the frame assembly 50 is fixed to the connection seat 20 by screw connection, and certainly, the frame assembly 50 may also be assembled and fixed to the connection seat 20 by clamping, bonding, and the like.

The second side plate 512 has a second groove 5121 formed thereon. Specifically, the second side plate 512 is recessed toward the first side plate 511 at a position close to the first mounting plate 513 to form a second groove 5121; of course, in other embodiments, the second groove 5121 may be disposed at other positions on the second side plate 512, which is not limited herein. The second mounting plate 514 has a third groove 5141 formed thereon, and the third groove 5141 is used for cooperating with the connecting base 20, so that the connecting base 20 is screwed with the frame 51.
The corner frame 52 includes two insertion portions 521 and two corner portions 522, the corner portions 522 are disposed in an arc shape, and the two insertion portions 521 are respectively connected to two ends of the corner portions 522. When the two frames 51 are connected, the two inserting parts 521 respectively match with the inserting grooves 515 of the two frames 51, so as to connect the two adjacent frames 51. The shape and size of the mating part 521 match the shape and size of the slot 515 so that the mating part 521 can be received within the slot 515 and contact the inner side walls of the slot 515. The insertion part 521 is provided with an installation opening 523, and the position of the installation opening 523 corresponds to the position of the third groove 5141, so that when the insertion part 521 is accommodated in the slot 515, the frame 51 and the corner frame 52 can be fixedly connected by a fastener passing through the third groove 5141 and being locked and fixed with the installation opening 523.
The corner 522 is provided with an abutting surface 5221, specifically, the abutting surface 5221 is disposed on the inner side of the corner 522 and close to the inserting part 521, when the inserting part 521 is received in the slot 515, the second side plate 512 abuts against the joint of the corner 522 and the inserting part 521, and the abutting surface 5221 is flush with the second side plate 512. The outer side wall of the corner portion 522 is the same as the first side plate 511 in shape and size, and the outer side wall surface of the corner portion 522 is flush with the outer side wall surface of the first side plate 511, so as to realize that the outer side wall surfaces of the frame assembly 50 are flat and uniform.
The face shield 60 is connected to the rim assembly 50 by fasteners 70. Specifically, the fixing member 70 is disposed in an L-shape, and includes a first fixing plate 71 parallel to the second side plate 512 and a second fixing plate 72 connected to the first fixing plate 71, and the first fixing plate 71 and the second fixing plate 72 are both disposed in a flat plate shape, but may also be disposed in a curved shape. Preferably, the second fixing plate 72 is disposed perpendicular to the first fixing plate 71, but may be disposed at an acute angle or an obtuse angle between the first fixing plate 71 and the second fixing plate 72.
The first fixing plate 71 is provided with a positioning piece 711, a reinforcing rib 712 and a fixing hole 713, and specifically, the fixing hole 713 is formed at a middle position of the first fixing plate 71 and penetrates through the first fixing plate 71. The positioning piece 711 has a plate-shaped structure and is fixedly connected to the first fixing plate 71, and the extending direction of the positioning piece 711 is the same as the extending direction of the second fixing plate 72, that is, the positioning piece 711 also extends toward the frame 51 to be connected to the second groove 5121. In this embodiment, the positioning piece 711 is disposed substantially perpendicular to the first fixing plate 71; of course, in other embodiments, the positioning piece 711 and the first fixing plate 71 may be disposed at an acute angle or an obtuse angle. Preferably, the two positioning tabs 711 are disposed on two sides of the fixing hole 713, and the two positioning tabs 711 and the fixing hole 713 are located on the same straight line.
The reinforcing ribs 712 are provided in a plurality on the first fixing plate 71 and extend outward from the first fixing plate 71. In this embodiment, the four reinforcing ribs 712 extend along the length direction and the width direction of the first fixing plate 71, so as to increase the supporting strength of the fixing member 70 and ensure that the fixing member 70 is not easily deformed during use. Of course, in other embodiments, the number and position of the reinforcing ribs 712 can be set according to actual conditions.
When the fixing member 70 is connected to the frame assembly 50, one portion of the first fixing plate 71 abuts against the second side plate 512, and the other portion abuts against the abutting surface 5221, so that the fixing member 70 covers a joint seam formed at the joint of the frame 51 and the corner frame 52. The positioning piece 711 cooperates with the second groove 5121 to realize the connection positioning between the fixing member 70 and the frame 51. The second groove 5121 of the present invention is a screw groove, and the fixing hole 713 corresponds to the second groove 5121, so that a further fixed connection between the fixing member 70 and the frame 51 can be achieved by an external fastener (e.g., a screw) threaded through the fixing hole 713 and the second groove 5121. Of course, the second groove 5121 may be a common groove as long as it can play a role of assisting the fixing of the frame 51 and the fixing member 70.
The face mask 60 is provided with a stepped portion 61 and a fitting groove 62 below the stepped portion 61, and the second fixing plate 72 is inserted into the fitting groove 62 to connect the face mask 60 and the fixing member 70. When the frame 51, the face mask 60 and the fixing member 70 are assembled, the second fixing plate 72 is inserted into the fitting groove 62 to connect the face mask 60 and the fixing member 70, the positioning plate 711 is inserted into the second groove 5121 to connect the frame 51, the face mask 60 and the fixing member 70 with each other, and the fixing member 70 and the frame 51 are fastened and fixed by sequentially passing through the fixing hole 713 and the second groove 5121 by a fastening member, so that the frame 51, the face mask 60 and the fixing member 70 are fixedly connected.
The installation process of the lamp 100 of the present invention is: firstly, fixing the fixing seat 10 to the ceiling; then, assembling the driving module 30 and the light source module 40 on the connecting socket 20, and simultaneously fixedly connecting the frame assembly 50 and the face mask 60 on the connecting socket 20 through the fixing member 70 and assembling them together to form a main body part of the lamp; then, rotating the rotating member 21 on the connecting base 20, hanging the main body part of the lamp on the fixed base 10 through the rotating member 21, and fixing the rotating member 21 and the fixed base 10; finally, the main body of the lamp is pushed toward the fixing base 10 until the sliding component 22 of the connecting base 20 is mechanically connected to the slot 121 of the fixing base 10 and the first connector 17 is electrically connected to the second connector 24, thereby completing the installation of the lamp 100.
The disassembly process of the lamp 100 of the present invention is: first, the second connecting arm 2265 of the sliding member 226 is manually pushed, so that the elastic member 227 is compressed until the sliding block 221 is disengaged from the slot 121 of the fixed seat 10; then, the main body part of the lamp is pulled in a direction away from the fixed seat 10, so that the second connector 24 is separated from the slot 1710 of the first connector 17, and the rotating piece 21 rotates; then, the stopper 16 releases the restriction of the rotary member 21; finally, the rotating member 21 is taken out from the fixing member 15, and the main body portion of the lamp can be detached from the fixing seat 10.
