Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a display apparatus 1000 according to the present invention includes a display 100 and a supporting structure 200. The display 100 is detachably disposed on the supporting structure 200 and defines a normal direction V, the display 100 includes a back case 1, three first matching members 2 and an arc-shaped stopper 3, wherein the first matching members 2 are formed on the back case 1 at intervals, and the arc-shaped stopper 3 is formed on the back case 1. The supporting structure 200 can be placed on a working surface (e.g. a table) and comprises an additional circuit board unit 4 and a hinge support 5, wherein the additional circuit board unit 4 is disposed on the hinge support 5, and the hinge support 5 can pivot relative to the additional circuit board unit 4.
The back shell 1 has a receiving space 11 and an arc-shaped through groove 12, and the arc-shaped through groove 12 has a main section 121 and an open section 122 which are mutually communicated. In this embodiment, each of the first matching parts 2 is a slot and is communicated with the accommodating space 11.
Fig. 4 is a partial schematic view of the display 100 from the front view, in which the arc-shaped stopper 3 is disposed adjacent to the main segment 121 and partially covers the main segment 121, and has a first stopping surface 31 and a second stopping surface 32 perpendicular to the first stopping surface 31. A track T is defined by the arc-shaped stop 3 and the arc-shaped through groove 12.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the additional circuit board unit 4 includes a board body 41, three second matching members 42 and a stop plate 43, the board body 41 has a side edge 411 and an arc-through groove 412, the second matching members 42 are formed on the side edge 411 and are used to be detachably assembled with the first matching member 2, and in this embodiment, each second matching member 42 is a convex plate. The stop plate 43 is stacked on the plate body 41, and the stop plate 43 has a first stop portion 431 and a second stop portion 432. The additional circuit board unit 4 is detachably disposed in the accommodating space 11, and when the additional circuit board unit 4 is accommodated in the accommodating space 11 and the first matching member 2 and the second matching member 42 are assembled, the additional circuit board unit 4 and the display 100 do not rotate relative to each other.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the hinge support 5 is pivotally mounted on the additional circuit board unit 4 and has a rotating plate 51 and a hook 52. The rotating plate 51 has a protrusion 511, the hook 52 protrudes from the rotating plate 51 and partially extends from the arc through groove 412, and has a locking hook 521, an extending plate 522 and an abutting block 523, the extending plate 522 is angularly connected to the locking hook 521, and the abutting block 523 is disposed on the extending plate 522. In detail, the hinge support 5 can rotate and change between a first position a1 (shown in fig. 9) and a second position a2 (shown in fig. 11) relative to the additional circuit board unit 4, and the protrusion 511 can contact the first stopping portion 431 or the second stopping portion 432 correspondingly. The first position a1 and the second position a2 together define an arc-shaped locus, the arc-shaped locus corresponds to a central angle θ (see fig. 11), and the central angle θ is 90 degrees. In other words, when the hinge support 5 rotates from the first position a1 to the second position a2 relative to the additional circuit board unit 4, the hinge support 5 rotates 90 degrees relative to the additional circuit board unit. In other embodiments, the central angle θ can be adjusted according to requirements, for example, selected to be 180 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 9 and 10, when the additional circuit board unit 4 is accommodated in the accommodating space 11, the first matching member 2 and the second matching member 42 are assembled, and the hinge support 5 is located at the first position a1, the rail T is used for accommodating the hook 52, the hook 52 is located in the main section 121 and is overlapped with the arc-shaped stopper 3 at the first position a1 along the normal direction V, the hook 521 abuts against the first blocking surface 31, the abutting block 523 abuts against the second blocking surface 32, and the hook 52 and the arc-shaped stopper 3 jointly limit the hook 52 from being disengaged along the normal direction V, so that the hinge support 5 and the display 100 are not disengaged from each other, and meanwhile, the first blocking portion 431 contacts with the bump 511 to generate a blocking effect, so as to ensure that the hinge support 5 is stably located at the first position a 1.
Referring to fig. 11, 12, 13 and 14, when an external force is applied, the hinge support 5 is rotated 90 degrees from the first position a1 to the second position a2 (corresponding to the position shown in fig. 11 from fig. 9) relative to the additional circuit board unit 4. The rotating plate 51 correspondingly rotates relative to the stop plate 43 (to the position shown in fig. 12) until the bump 511 contacts the second stopping portion 432. When the user feels that the second stopping portion 432 blocks the protrusion 511, the application of the external force can be stopped intuitively, as shown in fig. 13, the hook 51 is located at the opening section 122 and can be further separated from the opening section 122, as shown in fig. 14, the additional circuit board unit 4 can be tilted at an angle and gradually removed from the accommodating space 11, and finally, as shown in fig. 2, the second matching member 42 is separated from the first matching member 2, so that the supporting structure 200 is separated from the display 100.
In the above description, when the hinge support 5 is at the first position a1 relative to the additional circuit board unit 4, the display 100 is in a horizontal swing relative to the support structure 200 and is in a normal use state, and when the hinge support 5 is at the second position a2 relative to the additional circuit board unit 4, the display 100 is in a vertical swing relative to the support structure 200, and the support structure 200 is separated from the display 100, but not limited thereto.
When the support structure 200 is to be assembled with the display 100 again, the first matching member 2 and the second matching member 42 are assembled, and the hinge support 5 is located at the second position a2 (i.e. the position shown in fig. 11). Then, the supporting structure 200 is rotated (synchronously driving the hinge support 5), and then rotated from the second position a2 to the first position a1 (from the state shown in fig. 11 to the state shown in fig. 9), and then the hinge support 5 is further placed on the working surface for use when it is located at the first position a 1.
It should be noted that, when the supporting structure 200 is to be assembled with the display 100, the display 100 can be placed on a desktop, for example, and the back shell 1 is upward, and then the supporting structure 200 can be assembled smoothly; similarly, if the assembled display apparatus 1000 is to be disassembled, the display 100 is also placed on the desktop, and then the corresponding support structure 200 is separated.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used to illustrate the implementation status of the present invention and to explain the technical features of the present invention, and are not used to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Any modifications or equivalent arrangements which may occur to those skilled in the art and which fall within the spirit and scope of the appended claims should be construed as limited only by the scope of the claims.
