A garbage can according to claim 4, characterized in that a rope drawing part (30) is arranged at one end of the can body (10) far away from the rolling and hanging part (20), a bag opening enclosing plate (12) is arranged at the upper end of the can body (10), the rotating disc (21) is arranged at one end of the bag opening enclosing plate (12) far away from the rope drawing part (30), and the bag opening enclosing plate (12) and the rotating disc (21) together form the edge of the can opening (11).

A waste bin according to claim 5, wherein an abdicating notch (13) is provided at an end of the bag opening enclosing plate (12) far away from the rope drawing portion (30), an end of the rotary table (21) far away from the rope drawing portion (30) protrudes outwards from the abdicating notch (13), and an outer circumference of the rotary table (21) protruding outwards from the abdicating notch (13) is used for sleeving the bag opening.

7. A waste bin according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the outer periphery of the turntable (21) is provided with a plurality of raised formations which are spaced circumferentially of the turntable (21).

8. A refuse can according to any of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the rolling mount (20) further comprises a friction increasing part, which is sleeved on the outer periphery of the turntable (21).

9. A waste bin according to claim 6 wherein the bottom of the abdicating notch (13) extends horizontally, the rotary disc (21) is a disc, and the periphery of the disc protruding beyond the abdicating notch (13) is a quarter of the whole periphery of the disc.

10. A waste bin according to claim 6, wherein the abdicating notch (13) is U-shaped, and two edges of the U-shape are respectively provided with one rolling mounting part (20).

11. A waste bin according to claim 4, characterised in that a damping portion is provided between the turntable (21) and the bin body (10).
