In the above embodiment, the length direction of the through opening 111 is flush with the top of the box body 100, i.e., flush with the top of the side wall 140 of the box body 100. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the second engaging element 210 includes a first bottom edge 211 and a second bottom edge 212, the second engaging element 210 is rotatably connected to the top cover 200 by the second bottom edge 212, and the second bottom edge 212 is shorter than the first bottom edge 211. The first bottom edge 211 is an irregular curve, and the length of the first bottom edge 211 is equal to or slightly less than the length of the through opening 111, so that the first bottom edge 211 can smoothly pass through the through opening 111 from inside to outside and cannot easily separate from the through opening 111, and when the top cover 200 is located at the second position, the first mating member 110 and the second mating member 210 can keep engaged, and the second pattern is kept unchanged.

In the above embodiment, a portion of the first fitting member 110 extends beyond the top of the sidewall 140, and the shortest distance from the first bottom edge 211 to the second bottom edge 212 is less than the height of the portion of the first mating member 110 beyond the sidewall 140, that is, when the top cover 200 is in the first position, the portion of the first mating member 110 beyond the sidewall 140 can shield the second mating member 210, that is, when the top cover 200 is in the first position, from the perspective of facing the first mating member 110, the second mating member 210 cannot be seen, so that when the top cover 200 is switched from the second position to the first position, from the perspective of facing the first fitting member 110, the second fitting member 210 appears to "disappear", since the second fitting member 210 which is "disappeared" can arouse curiosity and interest of children in the phenomenon, the children can pay more attention to the "pattern transformation" on the side wall 140, and the conflict and fear of the children on the medicine can be further reduced.

In other words, in the embodiment, when the top cover 200 needs to be switched from the second position to the first position, the length direction of the second bottom edge 212 needs to be controlled to be flush with the length direction of the through hole 111, so that the second bottom edge 212 can be smoothly separated from the through hole 111, and the second mating member 210 and the first mating member 110 cannot be locked. Therefore, the children usually cannot control the length direction of the second bottom edge 212 to be flush with the length direction of the through opening 111 skillfully, so that the children cannot open the medicine packing box 10 of the embodiment independently, and further, the children can be prevented from being interested in or curious about the medicine packing box 10 of the embodiment and taking the medicine stored in the medicine packing box 10 of the embodiment excessively, so that the harm to the health of the children caused by the excessive medicine taking is reduced.

In the above embodiment, the bottom cover 130 and the side wall 140 are fixedly connected or integrally formed with the side wall 140, that is, in this embodiment, the top cover 200 can be switched from the second position to the first position to open the box body 100, so as to further prevent the health of children from being endangered by overdosing the medicine.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the first fitting element 110 is configured as a cartoon pattern, and includes an eye 112, a mouth 113 and a hand 114, the eye 112 is located on the top of the box body 100, that is, on the top of the sidewall 140 where the first fitting element 110 is located, the mouth 113 is located on the sidewall 140, the palm 114a of the hand 114 is located near the mouth 113, the through hole 111 is opened between the eye 112 and the mouth 113, and the length direction of the through hole 111 is flush with the top of the sidewall 140, and the length of the through hole 111 is 3/4-4/5 of the maximum width of the cartoon pattern. In the above embodiment, as described with reference to fig. 3, when it is desired to open the medicine package 10 to take medicine, the top cover 200 is switched from the second position to the first position, and as the second fitting member 210 is drawn out from the through opening 111, the handkerchief paper or facial tissue covering the mouth 113 and the hands 114 of the child on the side wall 140 where the first fitting member 110 is located is also gradually "disappeared", and when the top cover 200 is completely switched to the first position, the pattern on the side wall 140 holds the handkerchief paper or facial tissue with both hands, which looks like a child who is coughing or sneezing, and becomes a child who is comfortable in mouth.

In the above embodiment, the change of the pattern and the process of the change of the pattern caused by the switching of the cap 200 between the first position and the second position can sufficiently arouse the interest of the child, thereby effectively reducing the psychological conflict and fear of the child to the medicine. 5. A medication packaging box according to claim 4, wherein the length direction of said through going opening is flush with the top of said box body.

6. A pharmaceutical package according to claim 5, wherein the length of the through-going opening is 3/4-4/5 of the maximum width of the cartoon design.

7. A medication package according to claim 4, wherein said cartoon design further comprises a hand having a palm disposed adjacent said mouth.

8. A medication packaging cassette according to claim 7, wherein said second engagement member covers the palm of the hand when the top cover is in the second position.

9. A medication packaging case according to claim 1, wherein said body includes side walls, a bottom cover connected to one end of said side walls, and side covers pivotally connected to the other end of said side walls and located within said body when said top cover is in said second position.

10. A medication packaging box according to claim 1, wherein a sealing edge is provided on the top cover, the sealing edge is provided on both sides of the second mating member, and when the top cover is in the second position, the sealing edge is located inside the box body.
