In the embodiment, the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are matched, the limit component 3 is arranged to control the pressing position of the upper die 1, and further pressure maintaining forming and plate trimming of materials are achieved, so that the forming and trimming processes are integrated on one die.

In this embodiment, the limiting assembly 3 further includes a baffle 33 and an air cylinder 34 for limiting the sliding path of the pad 32; the cylinder 34 is disposed on the lower die 2 and used for pushing the pad 32 to slide along a sliding path.
In the present embodiment, the cylinder 34 includes, but is not limited to, a hydraulic cylinder; specifically, the cylinder 34 extends and retracts to push the cushion block 32 to slide in the area surrounded by the baffles 33 on the two sides of the cushion block 32.
In this embodiment, the position limiting component 3 further includes: a control module; the control module is electrically connected with the cylinder 34, so as to control the cylinder 34 to push the cushion block 32 to move, so that the adjusting block 31 on the bottom surface of the upper die 1 is abutted to a groove enclosed by the cushion block 32 and the baffle 33, and the edge cutting of the plate is completed.
In the present embodiment, the control module includes, but is not limited to, an STM32 single chip microcomputer; specifically, the control module controls the cylinder 34 to extend and retract, so as to drive the cushion block 32 to slide; when the edge of the plate is cut, the control module controls the air cylinder 34 to retract, so that the cushion block 32 slides in the baffle 33, an avoiding space for the adjusting block 31 to extend out is generated, at the moment, the adjusting block 31 is pressed into the avoiding space, the material pressing body 11 is completely attached to the forming cavity 21, redundant materials at the edge of the plate are cut, and the edge cutting of the plate is completed.
In this embodiment, the control module is electrically connected to the driving member of the upper mold 1; the control module is suitable for controlling the driving piece to move upwards after the pressure-holding forming link is finished so as to separate the adjusting block 31 from the cushion block 32, control the air cylinder 34 to retract, and control the driving piece to drive the upper die 1 to press down again after the air cylinder 34 retracts, thereby realizing the edge cutting of the plate.
In this embodiment, the control module is adapted to drive the upper die 1 to move upward, so that the cushion block 32 is not pressed by the upper die 1, and the cushion block 32 can slide freely.
