With such an arrangement, when the movable member 30 rotates to enable the second abutting portion 31 and the first abutting portion 21 to clamp the snap ring 03, the first abutting portion 21 and the second abutting portion 31 can abut against the snap ring 03 from two sides respectively, the first notch 2102 and the second notch 3102 can be matched with two sides of the snap ring 03 respectively, the inner wall of the first notch 2102 and the inner wall of the second notch 3102 can abut against the outer wall of the snap ring 03 respectively, so that the contact area between the first abutting portion 21 and the second abutting portion 31 and the snap ring 03 can be increased, the stability of the first abutting portion 21 and the second abutting portion 31 abutting against the snap ring 03 can be further improved, the snap ring 03 can be limited, and the first abutting portion 21 and the second abutting portion 31 can be favorably matched to clamp the snap ring 03 more stably.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the first notch 2102 and the second notch 3102 may be semicircular, and when the second supporting portion 31 and the first supporting portion 21 clamp the clamp ring 03, the second notch 3102 and the first notch 2102 may be engaged with each other.
It should be noted that in some other embodiments, only the first retaining portion 21 may have the first notch 2102 for matching with the snap ring 03, and the second retaining portion 31 does not have the second notch 3102. In other embodiments, only the second retaining portion 31 may have the second notch 3102, and the first retaining portion 21 does not have the first notch 2102.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the fixing member 20 is provided with a first limiting groove 201 for limiting the threaded sleeve 01; specifically, the first limiting groove 201 may be opened on the fixing seat 22; the first retaining groove 201 may communicate with the first notch 2102. The fixing member 20 is provided with a fixing hole 204; specifically, the fixing hole 204 may be opened on the fixing base 22. The mounting device 100 includes a locking member 50, and the locking member 50 is inserted through the fixing through-hole 103 and coupled to the fixing hole 204. Alternatively, the locker 50 may be a screw or a bolt, and at this time, the locker 50 may be screw-engaged with the fixing through-hole 103.
With this arrangement, the fixing element 20 can be fixedly connected to the supporting base 10 by the locking element 50, so as to prevent the fixing element 20 from moving relative to the supporting base 10, thereby improving the stability of the fixing element 20.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the movable member 30 includes a movable seat 32, a second abutting portion 31, and a first handle 34, wherein the movable seat 32 is rotatably connected to the supporting seat 10 and/or the fixed member 20; the second abutting portion 31 is disposed on the movable seat 32; one end of the first grip handle 34 is connected to the movable base 32. The first grip 34 is a grip structure for being gripped by a human hand or a tool, and may be substantially rod-shaped or column-shaped, or may be arc-shaped, bent, or ring-shaped, but is not limited thereto, and may also be other grip structures with regular or irregular shapes.

Of course, in other embodiments, the first connection portion 341 may be inserted into or clamped with the movable seat 32, but is not limited thereto. The first grip portion 342 is detachably connected to the other end of the first connection portion 341. Alternatively, the first holding portion 342 may be inserted into the first connecting portion 341, and an end of the first holding portion 342 may be provided with a plug hole, and the first connecting portion 341 is inserted into the plug hole, which is exemplarily shown in fig. 2 and 3; the first connecting portion 341 may be provided with an insertion hole, and the end of the first holding portion 342 may be inserted into the insertion hole. Of course, in other embodiments, the first holding portion 342 and the first connecting portion 341 may be screwed together. The first connecting portion 341 may have a substantially rod-shaped structure or a columnar structure, and the first holding portion 342 may also have a substantially rod-shaped structure or a columnar structure.

Due to the arrangement, the second holding handle 24 can be held by hands or tools conveniently, and the operation is more convenient; moreover, the second grip handle 24 is matched with the first grip handle 34 to be gripped by a hand or a tool, so that the snap ring 03 can be clamped and assembled more stably.
Optionally, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the second grip 24 includes a second connecting portion 241 and a second grip portion 242, and one end of the second connecting portion 241 is detachably connected to the fixing base 22. Optionally, the second connecting portion 241 may be screwed with the fixing base 22, and may be a structure in which an external thread is provided on the second connecting portion 241, and a threaded hole is provided on the fixing base 22, which is exemplarily shown in fig. 2; a protruding structure with an external thread structure may be disposed on the movable seat 32, and a threaded hole is formed in the second connecting portion 241. Of course, in other embodiments, the second connecting portion 241 may be inserted into or clamped with the fixing base 22, but is not limited thereto. The second grip 242 is detachably connected to the other end of the second connecting portion 241. Alternatively, the second holding portion 242 may be inserted into the second connecting portion 241, and an end of the second holding portion 242 may be provided with an insertion hole, and the second connecting portion 241 is inserted into the insertion hole, which is exemplarily shown in fig. 2; the second connecting portion 241 may have an insertion hole, and the end of the second holding portion 242 may be inserted into the insertion hole. Of course, in other embodiments, the second holding portion 242 and the second connecting portion 241 may be screwed together. The second connecting portion 241 may have a substantially rod-shaped structure or a substantially columnar structure, and the second holding portion 242 may also have a substantially rod-shaped structure or a substantially columnar structure.

Claims (10)

1. A mounting device for assembling a ferrule, a body and a snap ring of a connector, the mounting device comprising:
the supporting seat is provided with a placement position for placing the threaded sleeve;
the fixing piece is fixedly arranged on the supporting seat; the fixing piece comprises a first abutting part for abutting against the clamping ring, and the first abutting part is positioned on one side of the mounting position; and
the movable piece is rotatably connected to the supporting seat and/or the fixed piece; the movable piece comprises a second abutting part for abutting against the clamping ring, and the second abutting part is positioned on the other side of the mounting position;
the movable member can rotate to enable the second abutting portion to be close to the first abutting portion so that the second abutting portion and the first abutting portion clamp the clamping ring, and can rotate to enable the second abutting portion to be far away from the first abutting portion.
2. The mounting device of claim 1, wherein: the fixing piece comprises a fixing seat which is fixedly arranged on the supporting seat; the first abutting part is detachably arranged on the fixed seat.
3. The mounting device of claim 2, wherein: the fixed seat is provided with a first mounting groove, and the first abutting part is arranged in the first mounting groove; and/or
The first abutting part is provided with a first through hole, the fixed seat is provided with a first mounting hole, and the position of the first mounting hole corresponds to the position of the first through hole; the fixing piece comprises a first fastening piece, and the first fastening piece penetrates through the first through hole and is connected to the first mounting hole.
4. The mounting device of claim 1, wherein: the movable piece comprises a movable seat which is rotatably connected to the supporting seat and/or the fixed piece; the second abutting part is detachably arranged on the movable seat.
5. The mounting device of claim 4, wherein: the movable seat is provided with a second mounting groove, and the second abutting part is arranged in the second mounting groove; and/or
The second supporting part is provided with a second through hole, the movable seat is provided with a second mounting hole, and the position of the second mounting hole corresponds to the position of the second through hole; the fixing piece comprises a second fastening piece, and the second fastening piece penetrates through the second through hole and is connected to the second mounting hole.
6. The mounting device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the first abutting part is provided with a first notch matched with the clamping ring; and/or the second butting part is provided with a second notch matched with the clamping ring; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the fixing piece is provided with a first limiting groove for limiting the threaded sleeve; and/or a second limiting groove used for limiting the threaded sleeve is formed in the moving part.
7. The mounting device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the support base comprises:
a base; and
the mounting part is arranged on the base and protrudes out of the surface of the base, and the mounting part is provided with the mounting position;
the fixed piece is fixedly arranged on the base, and the movable piece is rotatably connected to the base and/or the fixed piece.
8. The mounting device of claim 7, wherein: the fixing piece is provided with a first avoidance groove for avoiding the placing part; and a second avoiding groove used for avoiding the placing part is arranged on the moving part.

The mounting device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the movable piece is rotatably connected to the supporting seat and the fixed piece; the fixed piece is provided with a first connecting through hole, the movable piece is provided with a second connecting through hole, the supporting seat is provided with a connecting hole, and the position of the first connecting through hole, the position of the second connecting through hole and the position of the connecting hole correspond to each other; the mounting device comprises a rotating shaft piece, and the rotating shaft piece penetrates through the first connecting through hole and the second connecting through hole and is connected to the connecting holes; and/or
A fixing through hole is formed in the supporting seat, a fixing hole is formed in the fixing piece, and the position of the fixing hole corresponds to the position of the fixing through hole; the mounting device comprises a locking piece, and the locking piece penetrates through the fixing through hole and is connected with the fixing hole.

one end of the first connecting part is detachably connected to the movable seat; and
the first holding part is detachably connected to the other end of the first connecting part;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the fixing member includes:
the fixed seat is fixedly arranged on the supporting seat; the first abutting part is arranged on the fixed seat; and
one end of the second holding handle is connected to the fixed seat;
the second grip includes:
one end of the second connecting part is detachably connected to the fixed seat; and
and the second holding part is detachably connected to the other end of the second connecting part.
