Background
In modern life, various sports have become an indispensable part of people's daily life in order to maintain physical fitness and physical health. When various sports are carried out, corresponding sports equipment is generally required to be used or equipped.
For example, a variety of ball games are played back with a racket, such as a tennis racket, squash racket, badminton racket, racquet ball, cricket ball, and the like. Preferably, an inner side surface of the frame wall is radially recessed.
Preferably, an outer circumferential surface of the three-dimensional net frame is radially outwardly convex.
Preferably, the frame wall further includes a partition portion, the partition portion extends radially from an inner side of the frame wall, and the three-dimensional net frame is disposed on two opposite sides of the partition portion.
Preferably, the partition portion extends continuously and radially across the accommodating space, and includes a plurality of through holes corresponding to and communicating with the plurality of passages.
Preferably, the partition is a ring flange and is annularly connected to the inner side surface of the frame wall.
Preferably, the three-dimensional net rack further comprises a first part closer to the handle and a second part farther from the handle, and the net rack density of the unit volume of the second part is greater than that of the first part.
Preferably, the three-dimensional net frame and the two racket portions are integrally formed as a single member from the same material.
Preferably, the frame is a fiber-reinforced member; the three-dimensional net rack further comprises two opposite side layers and a framework integrally connected between the two side layers, each side layer is provided with a plurality of openings, the framework comprises a plurality of communication holes, and the communication holes correspond to and are communicated with the openings of the side layers; the two racket face parts are reinforced fiber components and are respectively covered on the two side layers; the three-dimensional net rack also comprises a first part which is closer to the grab handle and a second part which is farther away from the grab handle, and the net rack density of the unit volume of the second part is greater than that of the first part.
Preferably, the three-dimensional net frame is a light-hardening resin member.

The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the racket 1 of the present invention includes a frame 10, a three-dimensional net frame 20 and two racket portions 30.
The frame 10 includes a frame wall 11 and a handle 12 connected to each other, the frame wall 11 encloses an accommodation space 13; the three-dimensional net rack 20 is disposed in the accommodating space 13 and is fixedly connected to the frame wall 11 at a periphery, and the three-dimensional net rack 20 includes a plurality of channels 21 (which may be linear through holes or non-linear spaces between the three-dimensional net rack 20 supports) penetrating between two sides of the three-dimensional net rack 20 in the thickness direction; the two racket faces 30 are disposed on two opposite sides of the three-dimensional net frame 20 and are fixedly connected to the frame wall 11, each racket face 30 includes a plurality of through holes 31, and the plurality of through holes 31 correspond to and communicate with the plurality of channels 21. Therefore, the three-dimensional net rack 20 has enough structural strength and smaller weight, so that the racket is light in weight and can be operated and used lightly and agilely.
Preferably, an inner side surface of the frame wall 11 is radially recessed, and an outer peripheral surface of the three-dimensional net rack 20 is radially outwardly protruded, so that the three-dimensional net rack 20 can be more stably mounted on the frame wall 11 without being easily detached. However, the inner side of the frame wall 11 and the outer peripheral surface of the three-dimensional net frame 20 may be flat. The peripheral surface of the three-dimensional net frame 20 is preferably continuous and closed in a ring shape, so as to increase the connection area and connection strength with the inner side of the frame wall 11.
In this embodiment, the frame 10 is a fiber-reinforced member, the three-dimensional net frame 20 further includes two opposite side layers 22 and a skeleton 23 integrally connected between the two side layers 22, the two racket portions 30 are fiber-reinforced members and respectively covered on the two side layers 22, the fiber-reinforced members (such as glass fiber, carbon fiber or the like) have the characteristics of light weight and good structural strength, each side layer 22 can make the two racket portions 30 more flat after being covered, and the two side layers 22 are formed by, for example, prepreg fiber cloth laid on the two racket portions 30 and then hardened. The side layers 22 are provided with a plurality of openings 221, the framework 23 comprises a plurality of communication holes 231, the plurality of communication holes 231 correspond to and are communicated with the openings 221 of the side layers 22, and air resistance can be reduced when the racket 1 is patted. In other embodiments, the three-dimensional net frame 20 and the two racket portions 30 may be integrally formed as a single member made of the same material, and the manufacturing is convenient and fast.
Preferably, the three-dimensional net frame 20 is a light-cured resin (UV light-cured resin) member, which has a certain supporting strength and elastic deformability after being formed, and the light-cured resin member is directly molded after being cured by irradiating light to a set portion, so that the process is simple and rapid. For example, the light-hardening resin is contained in a container with a bottom side transparent, a forming platform is sunk into the container and close to the bottom side of the container, light is projected onto the forming platform according to each cross-sectional pattern of the three-dimensional net rack 20 to be formed so as to harden and form partial net racks corresponding to each cross-sectional pattern, the forming platform is sequentially far away from the bottom side of the container, and finally the three-dimensional net rack 20 is grown, so that the whole process is simple and rapid, and the manufacturing cost is low. However, the three-dimensional frame 20 can be formed by various other 3D printing techniques.
Preferably, the three-dimensional net rack 20 further comprises a first portion 24 closer to the handle 12 and a second portion 25 farther from the handle 12, and the net rack density per unit volume of the second portion 25 is greater than that per unit volume of the first portion 24. Therefore, the part close to the periphery of the sweet center point of the racket 1 has better structural strength and swing inertia, the swing effect is improved, and in addition, the durability is increased.
In other possible embodiments, the frame wall 11 further includes a partition portion 111, the partition portion 111 extends radially from an inner side surface of the frame wall 11, and the partition portion 111 is preferably a fiber-reinforced member. The three-dimensional net frames 20a are disposed on opposite sides of the partition portion 111, and are connected to the frame wall 11 and the partition portion 111 by an adhesive material 40. Wherein the partition 111 can extend continuously and radially across the frame accommodating space, the partition 111 includes a plurality of through holes 112, the through holes 112 correspond to and communicate with the plurality of channels 21, the three-dimensional net frame 20a includes a first net frame 26 and a second net frame 27 disposed at two opposite sides of the partition 111, the first net frame 26 and the second net frame 27 are connected to the frame wall 11 and the partition 111 by adhesive 40 (as shown in fig. 6 and 7 of the second preferred embodiment); alternatively, the partition 111a may be a ring flange and annularly connected to the inner side of the frame wall 11, the three-dimensional net frame 20 includes a first net frame 26 and a second net frame 27 disposed on opposite sides of the partition 111a, the first net frame 26 and the second net frame 27 are connected to the frame wall 11 and the partition 111a by adhesive 40 and are connected to each other by adhesive 40 (as shown in fig. 8 and 9 in a second preferred embodiment), preferably, the first net frame 26 and the second net frame 27 are respectively provided with a ring frame 261 and 271 at peripheral portions, and the partition 111a is embedded in the ring frames 261 and 271 of the first net frame 26 and the second net frame 27, so that the connection is more smooth and stable. The partition portion can increase the structural strength and the slapping effect, and the first net frame 26 and the second net frame 27 are respectively arranged to facilitate the assembly and manufacture.
Claims (10)
1. A racket, comprising:
the frame body comprises a frame wall and a grab handle which are connected, and the frame wall encloses an accommodating space;
a three-dimensional net rack which is arranged in the accommodating space, is fixedly connected to the frame wall by a periphery and comprises a plurality of channels penetrating between two sides of the three-dimensional net rack in the thickness direction; and two face-beating parts which are arranged at two opposite sides of the three-dimensional net rack and are fixedly connected to the frame wall, wherein each face-beating part comprises a plurality of through holes which correspond to and are communicated with the plurality of channels.
2. A racket device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that an inner side of said frame wall is radially recessed.
3. A racket tool according to claim 2, wherein an outer peripheral surface of said three-dimensional net frame is radially outwardly convex.
4. A racket device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said frame wall further comprises a partition portion extending radially from an inner side of said frame wall, said space net frame being disposed on opposite sides of said partition portion.
5. A racket device as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said partition portion extends continuously and radially across said accommodation space, and comprises a plurality of through holes corresponding to and communicating with said plurality of channels.
6. A racket device as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said partition is a ring flange and is annularly connected to the inner side of said frame wall.
7. The racket of claim 1, wherein the three-dimensional net support further comprises a first portion closer to the handle and a second portion farther from the handle, and the net support density per unit volume of the second portion is greater than that of the first portion.
8. The racket of claim 1, wherein said three-dimensional net frame and said two racket portions are integrally formed as a single member.
9. A racket device as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that said frame is a fiber-reinforced member; the three-dimensional net rack further comprises two opposite side layers and a framework integrally connected between the two side layers, each side layer is provided with a plurality of openings, the framework comprises a plurality of communication holes, and the communication holes correspond to and are communicated with the openings of the side layers; the two racket face parts are reinforced fiber components and are respectively covered on the two side layers; the three-dimensional net rack also comprises a first part which is closer to the grab handle and a second part which is farther away from the grab handle, and the net rack density of the unit volume of the second part is greater than that of the first part.
10. A racket tool according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein said three-dimensional net frame is a light-hardening resin member.
