The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
The first embodiment:
as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the tissue box of the first embodiment includes a box body 10 and a cover 20. The box body 10 is provided with an opening, the box body 10 is provided with an accommodating space 11 for accommodating articles, the accommodating space 11 is used for directly accommodating tissues or tissues with packages, and a user can directly put the tissues or tissues with packages into the accommodating space from the opening. The cover 20 is detachably covered at the opening of the box 10, and correspondingly, the cover 20 and the box 10 are provided with a connecting structure at the corresponding assembling position, and the two are assembled to form the accommodating space 11 for placing the tissues. Moreover, the cover 20 includes an elastic connection frame 22 and a pressing plate 23, the pressing plate 23 is connected to the elastic connection frame 22, the pressing plate 23 has a paper outlet 231, which facilitates a user to take out the tissues from the accommodating space 11, and preferably, the paper outlet 231 is disposed at a central position of the pressing plate 23. It is understood that the profile of the paper exit 231 may be designed in any geometric shape, and preferably, the profile of the paper exit 231 may be elongated so that a user can quickly draw out a paper towel, such as a racetrack circle, rectangle, etc.
In the first embodiment, the elastic connection frame 22 is deformable, so that the pressing plate 23 can be lowered under the action of gravity, so that the pressing plate 23 presses the tissues in the accommodating space 11.
Specifically, the pressing plate 23 descends and abuts against the tissue in the accommodating space 11 under the action of self gravity or other external forces (i.e. the pressing plate 23 is a component with certain heavier weight, and the pressing plate 23 can be made of a material with a small size such as a sheet metal part and a heavier weight), after the tissue is taken out from the accommodating space 11 by a user, the thickness of the tissue can be reduced, i.e. the height of the tissue in the accommodating space 11 can descend, and the pressing plate 23 can sink due to the fact that the pressing plate 23 is heavier per se, i.e. the pressing plate 23 is pressed on the top of the tissue all the time, so that the tissue is close to the tissue outlet 231 all the time, thereby ensuring that the user can conveniently take out the tissue, and improving the user experience of the user.
When the number of the paper towels in the traditional paper towel box is small, the situation that the next paper towel cannot be taken out easily occurs after a user extracts the previous paper towel, and the paper towel box is deep, so that the paper towel box is inconvenient to extract the paper towel again. When the pressing plate 23 is reduced along with the reduction of the thickness of the paper towel, the pressing plate 23 is always kept pressed on the top of the paper towel, so that the paper towel can be taken out of the paper outlet 231 smoothly all the time, and a user does not need to stretch fingers into the paper outlet 231 to extract the paper towel.
In another possible implementation manner of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-6, the tissue box further includes at least one weight 30 located on the pressing plate 23, and under the action of the gravity of the at least one weight 30, the pressing plate 23 will descend along with the decrease of the tissue and press against the uppermost tissue located in the accommodating space 11, so that the tissue can be carried out from the tissue outlet 231 smoothly all the time, and the user does not need to extend a finger into the tissue outlet 231 to extract the tissue. The tissue box including the weight member 30 is explained as an example.
In the first embodiment, since the elastic connection frame 22 is deformable and the elastic connection frame 22 is made of an elastic material, the elastic connection frame 22 has an elastic restoring force within the range of the elastic deformation, that is, the elastic connection frame 22 can be used to provide a restoring force to the pressing plate 23, and when the weight member 30 is detached from the pressing plate 23, the restoring force can raise the pressing plate 23 toward the opening of the casing 10, thereby raising the pressing plate 23 to restore to the original position when the weight member 30 is not mounted. Thus, after the tissues in the accommodating space 11 are completely removed, the user first detaches the weight 30 from the pressing plate 23, the pressing plate 23 rises to the initial position under the restoring force of the elastic connecting frame 22, then the user detaches the cover 20 from the box body 10, places new tissues in the accommodating space 11, then covers the cover 20 again, and finally attaches the weight 30 to the pressing plate 23, and the tissues can be reused.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the cover body 20 further includes a cover body 21, the cover body 21 is provided with a hollow area 211, the elastic connection frame 22 is a spiral support, one end of the spiral support is connected to the cover body 21 (or one end of the spiral support is connected to the box body 10, that is, the spiral support and the cover body 21 are separated, when in use, the spiral support is connected to the box body 10 first, and then the cover body 21 is covered on the opening of the box body 10. in the first embodiment, it is preferable to adopt an assembly manner that one end of the spiral support is connected to the cover body 21, and hereinafter, an example that one end of the spiral support is connected to the cover body 21 is taken as an example), the other end of the spiral support is connected to the pressing plate 23 (here, the connection manner may be detachable connection or fixed connection), the spiral support is spirally disposed around the pressing plate 23, and, the number of turns of the helix is not limited. Correspondingly, the elastic connection frame 22 (i.e., a spiral support) is a part of the cover body 21, and both of them may be preferably disposed on the same plane, and optionally may also be disposed on different planes according to the modeling requirement, but it is only necessary to keep the projection range of the hollowed-out region 211 on the projection plane to cover the projection range of the paper outlet 231 on the projection plane (that is, the pressing plate 23 is disposed in the spiral central region of the spiral support, and the region where the paper outlet 231 is located needs to be covered by the inside of the spiral region of the spiral support, that is, the spiral region of the spiral support needs to be spirally disposed around the region of the paper outlet 231, and preferably, the region where the paper outlet 231 is located is the central region of the elastic connection frame 22). When the elastic connection frame 22 (spiral support) and the cover body 21 are disposed on the same plane, the projection plane of the hollow area 211 is the plane where the cover body 21 is located.
Further, the outline shape of the coil of the elastic connection frame 22 and the outline edge of the box body 10 and the hollow area 211 are uniform. Such as a racetrack circle, rectangle, square, etc., ring.
As shown in fig. 7-9, one end of the spiral bracket (i.e., the elastic connection bracket 22) is connected to the edge of the hollow-out region 211, and at this time, the projection range of the hollow-out region 211 on the projection surface covers the projection range of the spiral bracket on the projection surface. It can be understood that the area where the spiral stent is located inside the hollow-out area 211, and the spiral stent is spirally disposed in the hollow-out area 211. Additionally, one end of the spiral support may also be connected to the lower surface of the cover body 21, and at this time, the spiral support and the cover body 21 have an overlapped portion, that is, the spiral support and the pressing plate 23 are both located below the cover body 21, and the paper outlet 231 is opposite to the hollowed-out area 211 (the hollowed-out area 211 is larger than the paper outlet 231, and then the projection of the hollowed-out area 211 covers the paper outlet, or the hollowed-out area 211 and the paper outlet 231 have the same size and shape, and are opposite to each other).
As shown in fig. 1-8, each spiral ring of the spiral bracket is provided with a first limiting structure, when the user draws the paper towel, the paper towel will generate an acting force towards the outlet direction of the paper outlet 231 (i.e. the direction perpendicular to the bottom wall of the box body 10) to the pressing plate 23, so that the spiral bracket generates a convex deformation towards the direction away from the accommodating space 11 (correspondingly, the elastic connection frame 22 can be made of a plastic material with stronger toughness, and has better deformation resilience, and can be restored to the original shape after being deformed for a plurality of times for a long time, so as to maintain the beauty). That is, the first limiting structure is used to limit the spiral support to be pulled beyond the hollow area 211 (the planar area where the hollow area 211 is located) in the direction away from the accommodating space 11.
Specifically, in the first embodiment, the first limiting structure is a plurality of first lugs 221 arranged at intervals, and each first lug 221 extends toward the cover body 21 (i.e., the elastic connection frame 22 extends toward the sidewall of the cover body 21). And, the first lug 221 of the inner ring of two adjacent spiral turns is stopped on the spiral turn of the outer ring, and the first lug 221 of the outermost spiral turn is stopped on the cover body 21 (when the spiral support is located below the cover body 21 and the spiral support and the cover body 21 have an overlapped portion, the first lug 221 is not arranged on the spiral turn of the overlapped portion, and at this time, the first lug 221 on the spiral turn of the turn closest to the edge of the hollow area 211 of the cover body 21 is the outermost first lug 221 of all the first lugs 221). It is understood that the first lug 221 is disposed on each coil support of the elastic connection frame 22, and each first lug 221 abuts against the coil support of the outermost ring adjacent thereto, which in turn abuts against. Preferably, the first protruding lugs 221 are located on a side close to the accommodating space 11, so as to avoid a problem that when a user draws out a paper towel, the spiral bracket is pulled to exceed a plane where the hollow area 211 is located, so that the paper towel is easily clamped at the paper outlet 231 and thus the paper towel cannot be drawn out quickly. Optionally, the first limiting structure may be a first lug 221, one end of the first lug 221 is disposed on the innermost spiral ring, the length of the first lug 221 is long enough, and the other end (open end) of the first lug 221 may extend to the side wall of the cover body 21, so as to avoid the problem that the paper towel is difficult to take out due to the fact that after long-term use, the elasticity of the spiral bracket is weakened and the paper towel cannot rebound to its original shape after being deformed and raised.
When the user draws the paper towel, the paper towel will exert a force on the pressing plate 23 toward the outlet of the paper outlet 231, so that the spiral support is deformed convexly toward the direction away from the accommodating space 11. Because be equipped with second limit structure on the clamp plate 23, the second limit structure is used for limiting clamp plate 23 towards the direction motion of keeping away from accommodation space 11, that is, the second limit structure can prevent that clamp plate 23 from being dragged and surpassing fretwork area 211. As shown in fig. 2-8, the second limiting structure is a plurality of second lugs 232 arranged at intervals, and the plurality of second lugs 232 are stopped at the innermost spiral turn on the elastic connection frame 22.
In the first embodiment, the plurality of first lugs 221 are evenly spaced around the sheet discharge port 231, and the plurality of second lugs 232 are evenly spaced around the sheet discharge port 231. It is to be understood that the number of the first lugs 221 and the second lugs 232 is not limited to one, and may be a plurality of, and the plurality of first lugs 221 are arranged at the edge of the spiral holder (elastic connection holder 22) at intervals and uniformly around the contour edge of the paper outlet 231; the second lugs 232 are spaced and uniformly arranged at the edge of the paper outlet 231 around the contour edge of the paper outlet 231. Or, each spiral turn is provided with two first lugs 221 which are centrosymmetric relative to the spiral center, and the pressing plate 23 is provided with two second lugs 232 which are centrosymmetric relative to the spiral center, so that the attractiveness of the tissue box is improved. It is understood that the two first lugs 221 are disposed at the same side of the paper discharge port 231 or at both sides of the paper discharge port 231.
The second lug 232 may be a removable member or a member integral with the pressure plate 23. The first lug 221 may be a detachable component or a component integrated with the screw bracket.
In the first embodiment, the number of the weight members 30 is one, and the weight members 30 are detachably attached to one end of the platen 23 in the extending direction of the sheet discharge port 231, that is, the weight members 30 are disposed at one side of the sheet discharge port 231. Alternatively, the number of the weight members 30 is plural, a plurality of the weight members 30 are spaced on the platen 23 around the contour edge of the sheet discharge port 231, and each of the weight members 30 is detachably attached to the platen 23. It should be understood that the connection manner is not limited to the snap connection, but may be a screw connection, a bolt connection, or the like. When the user needs to replace the paper towel, the weight 30 is heavy and can be detached in advance to replace the paper towel.
Further, the weight member 30 may be disposed on both sides of the pressing plate 23, i.e., on a side of the pressing plate 23 close to the accommodating space 11 or on an outward side of the pressing plate 23. Preferably, the weight 30 can be designed into a plurality of decorative articles, such as decorative ornament, the bottom of the decorative ornament is provided with a threaded hole matched with the pressing plate 23, the pressing plate 23 is provided with a stud, the user can detach and replace the decorative ornament only by rotating the decorative ornament (the weight 30), and the interest and the decoration of the product are increased.
Alternatively, the weight 30 may be a first magnet, and correspondingly, a second magnet is disposed on the bottom wall of the box 10 for attracting the first magnet, so that the pressing plate 23 is in a state of abutting against the uppermost tissue in the accommodating space by the magnetic attraction between the two magnets (i.e., the above-mentioned external force). And the magnet is small in size and can be set small, and the two magnets can drive the pressing plate 23 to descend along with the reduction of the tissues due to mutual magnetic attraction.
As shown in fig. 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9, the cover body 21, the elastic connection frame 22 and the pressing plate 23 are integrally formed, and the cover body 21, the elastic connection frame 22 and the pressing plate 23 together form a part of the cover body 20, and accordingly, a weight member 30 may be externally provided to increase the weight, or the pressing plate 23 may be made of a material different from the material of the cover body 21 and the elastic connection frame 22 to increase the weight. The cover body 21, the elastic connecting frame 22 and the pressing plate 23 are integrally formed, so that the number of parts of the tissue box is reduced, the assembly process is also reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, an insertion wall 212 is disposed on a side of the cover body 21 facing the box body 10 (facing the accommodating space 11), the insertion wall 212 is inserted into the opening of the accommodating space 11, and an inner wall of the opening of the accommodating space 11 abuts against the insertion wall 212. It is understood that the insertion wall 212 is provided on the inner wall of the box 10 near the receiving space 11. Preferably, the insertion wall 212 may be detachably mounted to the case 10 by means of a screw or the like.
More specifically, the insertion wall 212 is provided with a first buckling protrusion 213, the inner wall of the opening of the accommodating space 11 is provided with a second buckling protrusion 12, and the first buckling protrusion 213 and the second buckling protrusion 12 cooperate to stop the cover 20 from being separated from the box 10. It can be understood that the box body 10 and the cover body 20 are fixed by the mutual assembly of the first buckling protrusion 213 and the second buckling protrusion 12. As shown in fig. 3, the user can stretch the fingers into the paper outlet 231 and then pull the whole cover 20 to separate the box 10 from the cover 20, so as to perform operations such as replacing tissues, which is convenient and fast. Meanwhile, the number of parts is reduced, and redundant holding areas are not needed. Preferably, the number of the first fastening protrusions 213 may be two or an integer multiple of 2, the first fastening protrusions 213 are uniformly arranged on the cover body 21, correspondingly, the second fastening protrusions 12 are also provided with the same number of second fastening protrusions 12, and the two positions are in one-to-one correspondence, so as to prevent the edge of the cover body 21 from being stressed unevenly, and further prevent the edge of the cover body 21 from being warped and the surface of the cover body 21 from being uneven.
As shown in fig. 9, the insertion wall 212 includes a first insertion wall 214 and a second insertion wall 215, and the first insertion wall 214 and the second insertion wall 215 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the paper outlet 231 (it is understood that the first insertion wall 214 and the second insertion wall 215 are located on the same side of the paper outlet 231 and are symmetrically disposed; or the first insertion wall 214 and the second insertion wall 215 are located on two sides of the paper outlet 231 and are symmetrically disposed). Also, both end portions of the first insertion wall 214 are opposed to both end portions of the second insertion wall 215 with a space therebetween, respectively.
Further, both end portions of the first insertion wall 214 and both end portions of the second insertion wall 215 are bent and extended toward the pressing plate 23, and it can be understood that the tangential directions of the intersections of the first insertion wall 214 and the second insertion wall 215 and the spiral turns of the spiral support (i.e., the elastic connection frame 22) form a certain included angle to reinforce the cap body 21. Since the pressing plate 23 is a member with a certain heavy weight, when the user draws out the tissues from the accommodating space 11, the thickness of the tissues will decrease, the distance between the uppermost tissue in the accommodating space 11 and the tissue outlet 231 will become far away, and the pressing plate 23 will sink to offset the distance therebetween due to its heavy weight, that is, the pressing plate 23 will sink to contact the uppermost tissue in the accommodating space 11), so that the tissues are always close to the tissue outlet. The first insertion wall 214 and the second insertion wall 215 are configured to support or reinforce the cover body 21 (i.e., reinforce ribs) to prevent the pressing plate 23 from being deformed many times after being drawn due to its own weight, and the elastic connection frame 22 is a coil bracket.
In the tissue box of the first embodiment, the tissue box is further provided with a bottom support leg 13, preferably, the bottom support leg 13 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the bottom wall of the box body 10, and the bottom support legs 13 are uniformly arranged at the corners of the box body 10, which are close to the corners, and are used for supporting the tissue box as a whole. It can be understood that the bottom support legs 13 can be made of silicone rubber pads, so that an anti-slip effect is achieved, and the problem that the tissue cannot be rapidly pulled out due to the fact that the box body 10 is brought up when the user pulls out the tissue is avoided; and achieves an anti-skid effect.
Second embodiment:
as shown in fig. 10, there is shown a perspective exploded view of a second embodiment of the tissue box of the present invention. The second embodiment has the following differences compared with the first embodiment.
In the second embodiment, the elastic connection frame 22, the pressing plate 23 and the cover body 21 are separable parts, and together constitute the cover body 20. Wherein, the elastic connection frame 22 (i.e. the spiral support) and the pressing plate 23 are both located below the cover body 21, and understandably, after the elastic connection frame 22 (the spiral support) is assembled on the cover body 21 in advance, the pressing plate 23 is assembled on the elastic connection frame 22 (the spiral support). When the paper outlet 231 and the hollow area 211 are opposite to the cover body 21 and the box body 10 is assembled with each other, one side of the cover body 21 close to the pressing plate 23 is opposite to the accommodating space 11. Preferably, in order to satisfy the decorative effect of the weight member 30, the weight member 30 is located on the side of the pressing plate 23 facing the cover body 21, that is, on the exterior surface of the tissue box.
Compared with the first embodiment, the second embodiment has the same structure except that the above structure is different, and the description thereof is omitted.
The third embodiment:
as shown in fig. 11, there is shown a schematic perspective exploded view of a third embodiment of the tissue box of the present invention. The third embodiment differs from the first and second embodiments in the following point.
In the third embodiment, the elastic connection frame 22 and the pressing plate 23 are an integral component, and the integral structure is disposed on the cover body 21 and disposed on a side of the cover body 21 close to the accommodating space 11 (i.e., the elastic connection frame 22 and the pressing plate 23 are both located below the cover body 21), at this time, the paper outlet 231 is opposite to the hollow area 211 (at this time, the paper outlet 231 may be larger than the hollow area 211, or the paper outlet 231 may be smaller than the hollow area 211, as long as it can meet the requirement that the paper towel is smoothly drawn out). The weight member 30 is a plate-shaped member, and the weight member 30 is detachably connected to the pressing plate 23, or the weight member 30 is adhesively fixed to the pressing plate 23.
As a further limitation of the present embodiment, the contour shape of the weight member 30 is adapted to the contour shape of the pressure plate 23, and correspondingly, the weight member 30 may be disposed on a side of the pressure plate 23 facing away from the cover body 21. Moreover, the counterweight 30 is provided with a through port 31, and the projection of the paper outlet 231 on the projection plane is located in the projection of the through port 31 on the projection plane, it can be understood that when the counterweight 30 is arranged on the pressing plate 23, the size of the through port 31 needs to be slightly larger than or equal to that of the paper outlet 231, so that the paper towel can be taken out quickly. Preferably, the paper discharge ports 231 correspond one-to-one to the shape of the passage ports 31 of the weight members 30.
Compared with the first and second embodiments, the third embodiment has the same structure except for the above structure, and is not repeated herein.
The fourth embodiment:
as shown in fig. 12, there is shown a schematic perspective exploded view of a fourth embodiment of the tissue box of the present invention. The fourth embodiment has the following differences compared with the third embodiment.
In the fourth embodiment, the number of the weight members 30 may be plural, and the plural weight members 30 are evenly distributed on the platen 23 at intervals around the paper discharge port 231. It will be appreciated that a plurality of the weight members 30 may be appropriately provided according to the size of the tissue box or the deformability of the elastic link 22, and the plurality of the weight members 30 are arranged at intervals and uniformly around the contour edge of the paper output 231. Meanwhile, the balance weights 30 can be directly adhered to the side wall of the pressing plate 23, so that the operation is convenient and fast, and the production efficiency can be improved.
Compared with the third embodiment, the fourth embodiment has the same structure except that the above structure is different, and the description thereof is omitted.
The tissue box of the utility model has the following advantages:
1. the lifting function of the pressing plate is realized, so that the paper towel is always close to the paper outlet, the paper towel can be conveniently drawn out, and the user experience of a user is improved;
2. the tissue box has a simpler structure and simpler assembly procedures, thereby greatly reducing the production cost.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the resilient connecting frame 22 and the pressure plate 23 are integrally formed members.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the utility model, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
