Preferably, in order to ensure the insulating property and enhance the bonding effect of the waterproof layer 5 and the insulating layer 6, the insulating layer 6 is preferably a low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin extrusion sleeve and is made of a cross-linked polyethylene material by extrusion, the cross-linked polyethylene is obtained by cross-linking macromolecules of polyethylene under the action of high-energy rays (such as gamma rays, alpha rays, electronic rays and the like) or a cross-linking agent, and compared with polyethylene, the performance of the cross-linked polyethylene material obtained by cross-linking modification is greatly improved, so that the comprehensive properties of the polyethylene, such as mechanical property, environmental stress cracking resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, creep resistance, electrical property and the like, are remarkably improved, the temperature resistance grade is remarkably improved, and the requirement on the insulating property of the conductor 7 can be better met; meanwhile, the crosslinked polyethylene has the properties of net-shaped and body-shaped structures, so that the adhesiveness of the waterproof cable paste can be improved, and the waterproof cable paste can be better attached.

Preferably, when the water-blocking tape 3 and the glass fiber tape 2 are wrapped, the overlapping rate of the glass fiber tape 2 and the water-blocking tape 3 is at least 60%, that is, the overlapping area of two adjacent circles of water-blocking tapes 3 or the glass fiber tape 2 is at least 60%, so as to ensure the water-blocking and flame-retardant effects.
As shown in fig. 1, the outer sheath 1 is used for providing outer protection for the cable core and the reinforcing layer structure, and the outer sheath 1 is a low smoke zero halogen polyolefin extrusion sleeve, and is formed on the outer side of the reinforcing layer by extrusion coating of a low smoke zero halogen polyolefin material. During actual processing, an extrusion grinding tool with large extrusion force is adopted to directly extrude and wrap the low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin material outside the reinforcing layer so as to ensure that the gap between the outer sheath 1 and the reinforcing layer is tightly filled, thereby ensuring that the surface of the whole cable is smooth and round and the color and luster are basically consistent, and the section has no visible bubbles and impurities.

the outer sheath is extruded on the outer side of the reinforcing layer.
2. The waterproof and flame-retardant cable of claim 1, wherein the insulated wire core comprises a conductor and an insulating layer, and the insulating layer is extruded outside the conductor.
3. The waterproof flame retardant cable of claim 2 wherein the insulating layer is a cross-linked polyethylene extrusion layer.
4. The waterproof and flame retardant cable of claim 2 wherein the conductor comprises a plurality of oxygen free bare copper wires stranded about one another.
5. The waterproof flame retardant cable of claim 2 wherein the roundness tolerance of the insulated wire core is less than 0.1 mm.
6. The waterproof flame retardant cable of claim 1 wherein the filler layer is a fiberglass rope.
7. The waterproof flame-retardant cable according to claim 1, wherein the outer sheath is a low smoke zero halogen polyolefin extruded sheath.
8. The waterproof flame retardant cable of claim 7 wherein the outer jacket has a wall thickness of 0.5-10 mm.
9. The waterproof flame retardant cable of claim 1 wherein the number of insulated wire cores is 2, 3, 4 or 5.
