As shown, the airtight container (which may be referred to simply as "container") 100 is rectangular in shape, and may be adapted for use with elongated cultural relics such as large scroll paintings, mortars, and cannons. Wherein the airtight container 100 comprises: the box body 110 and the box cover 120, wherein the box cover 120 is arranged on the box body 110 and can be taken down relative to the box body 110. In some embodiments, when the box cover is arranged on the box body, the box body and the box cover are connected in an airtight mode, so that the air tightness of the interior of the storage and transportation box is guaranteed, and the stability of the environment during the storage and transportation of cultural relics is facilitated. In some embodiments, the transport and storage tanks have a ventilation rate of ≦ 0.02/d. In some embodiments, a set of adjacent hooks can mount a breathable box, and each hook 119 can include two hooks, so that the mounting stability can be ensured, and shaking can be avoided. In some embodiments, the two hooks can be arranged in a staggered mode, and therefore mounting stability is improved.
In some embodiments, airtight storage and transportation container 100 may further comprise: one or more air permeable boxes 130, which may be disposed on the sidewalls of the container body 110, may be used to accommodate the environmental conditioning module, so as to condition the environment inside the storage and transportation container, which is beneficial to the constant humidity and cleanness of the environment during the storage and transportation of the cultural relics, and further isolate the environmental conditioning module from the cultural relics, thereby preventing the cultural relics from being damaged. In some embodiments, the ventilation box may be mounted on a hook of the case 110. In some embodiments, the environmental conditioning module may include one or more of an oxygen scavenger, a moisture scavenger, a scavenger, etc., so that the oxygen content, humidity, etc. in the storage and transportation tank may be adjusted. In some embodiments, the humidity regulation range in the storage and transport tank may be: 20% -80% RH. In some embodiments, the oxygen content adjustment range in the storage and transport tank may be: 0.1 to 5.0 percent.
In some embodiments, the airtight storage and transport container 100 may further comprise: the one or more positioning devices 140 are disposed at the bottom of the container body 110, and can be used to fix the position of the cultural relics in the storage and transportation container, so as to prevent the cultural relics from moving during transportation, and thus prevent the cultural relics from being extruded and damaged mechanically. In some embodiments, the positioning device 140 is adjustable, so that the device can be suitable for fixing cultural relics with different sizes, and the applicability of the storage and transportation box is improved.
In some embodiments, the airtight storage and transportation container 100 may further include a liner 150, which may be disposed on the bottom of the container body 110 and may be located in the positioning device 140, and may be used to isolate the cultural relics placed in the storage and transportation container from the container body, thereby facilitating the circulation of the gas inside the storage and transportation container. In some embodiments, an environmental conditioning module may also be placed between the liner 150 and the tank.
In some embodiments, the air-tight storage and shipping container 100 may further include an environmental detection device (not shown) that may be affixed to the container body 110 (e.g., between the liner and the container body) or the lid 120 and may be used to detect environmental parameters within the storage and shipping container. In some embodiments, the environmental detection device may be a temperature and humidity sensor, an oxygen content sensor, or the like. In some embodiments, the environment sensing device may include a wireless transceiver that may wirelessly transmit the sensing results to the user. In some embodiments, the environment detection device may be a wireless temperature and humidity card, which may be attached to the container body or the cover, and may record temperature and humidity data in the storage and transportation container in real time.
In some embodiments, when the airtight storage and transportation box is used, firstly, the locks on the two sides of the box body are unlocked by a key, the box cover is lifted and placed on one side of the box body, then cultural relics to be stored and transported are placed in the box body, and the positioning device is adjusted to enable the cultural relics to be stably fixed; taking out the ventilation box on the box body, putting the environment adjusting module into the ventilation box, and reinstalling the ventilation box on the side wall of the box body; sucking an environment detection device on a box body or a box cover, and recording temperature and humidity data in the box in real time; and finally, putting down the positioning pin of the box cover, which is right opposite to the positioning hole of the box body, and locking the positioning pin by using a lock, wherein the lock catches are all buckled. As shown, the positioning device 400 may include a positioning frame 410 and positioning blocks 420 and 430 disposed on the positioning frame 410. The positioning blocks 420 and 430 are oppositely arranged on the positioning frame, and the positioning frame 410 can be connected with the box body. In some embodiments, the positioning blocks 420 and 430 may be moved on the positioning frame 410, so that the distance between the positioning blocks 420 and 430 may be adjusted, thereby being suitable for cultural relics of different sizes and increasing the applicability of the storage and transportation box.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the positioning frame 410 may include a bottom plate 411 and supports 412, 413. Wherein, the bottom plate 411 may be connected to the bottom of the case, and the brackets 412 and 413 are respectively disposed at both ends of the bottom plate 411 and support the positioning blocks 420 and 430, respectively. In some embodiments, the bottom plate 411 includes a plurality of aligned slots 416 that may be used for other flows within the storage and transport container. In some embodiments, the brackets 412 and 413 include an adjustment hole 414 thereon, which can guide the positioning block to move, and in some embodiments, the adjustment hole 414 is parallel to the bottom plate 411, so as to guide the positioning block to move on the bottom plate 411. In some embodiments, the positioning frame may further include a baffle 415, which may be disposed on one side of the positioning frame and may be used to block and limit the incoming cultural relics. In some embodiments, the floor 411 may also include a slot 417 that may be used to connect to a liner.
In some embodiments, the positioning blocks 420 and 430 are hollow inside and include a plurality of elongated holes 423 and 433 thereon to facilitate the flow of gas inside the storage box. In some embodiments, the positioning blocks 420 and 430 may further include adjusting members 421 and 431, which are disposed on the positioning blocks, pass through the adjusting holes 414, and can move along the adjusting holes 414, so as to move the positioning blocks. In some embodiments, the adjustment member may be a bolt that may secure a locating block, such as: when the bolt is tightened, the positioning block can be fixed and cannot move, and when the bolt is loosened, the positioning block can freely move along the adjusting hole. In some embodiments, the positioning blocks 420 and 430 may further include one or more casters 422 and 432 disposed thereon and in contact with the base 411 to facilitate positioning block movement. In some embodiments, the positioning blocks 420 and 430 may further include a protection layer, which may be disposed on one side of the positioning block facing the cultural relic, and may play a role in buffering and supporting the cultural relic stably, thereby sufficiently ensuring the safety and stability of the collection and preventing the positioning block from colliding with the cultural relic. In some embodiments, the protective layer may be acid-free paperboard.
FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a liner plate according to one embodiment of the present application.
As shown, the liner plate 600 includes a liner plate main body 610 and a plurality of long holes 620 formed on the liner plate main body 610, the liner plate main body 610 may be connected to a bottom plate of a spacer so as to support the cultural relics, and the long holes 620 facilitate the flow of gas in the storage and transportation tank. In some embodiments, the liner body 610 may further include a plurality of attachment slots 611 disposed on opposite sides of the liner body for attaching the liner to the spacer bottom plate 411. In some embodiments, the liner 600 may further include a plurality of snaps 630 that may be disposed in the attachment slots 611 and in communication with the snap slots 417 on the retainer floor to secure the liner body between adjacent retainers. In some embodiments, the lining main body 610 may further include a protective layer (not shown), which may be disposed on a side of the lining main body facing the cultural relics, and may protect the cultural relics and prevent the lining main body from damaging the cultural relics. In some embodiments, the protective layer may be acid-free paperboard.
Figure 7 is a schematic view of a venting cartridge according to one embodiment of the present application. Figure 8 is an exploded view of a vented cartridge according to one embodiment of the present application.
As shown, the airing box 700 may include a main body 710 and a cover plate 720. The main body 710 includes a cavity for accommodating the environmental conditioning module, and the cover plate 720 is disposed on the main body 710 and can cover the cavity of the main body.
In some embodiments, body 710 includes slots 711 and 712, and cover 720 includes a rim 721, wherein cover 720 may be inserted into slot 711 and rim 721 may be inserted into slot 712, thereby securing the cover to the body. In some embodiments, the body 710 may further include one or more protrusions 713 disposed on opposite sides of the body 710, which may be used to mount the body 710 to a hook in a cabinet. In some embodiments, the side of the main body 710 facing the inside of the box body may include a plurality of ventilation holes 714, which communicate with the cavity of the main body and may be used to accommodate gas into the ventilation box, so that the environment inside the box body can be adjusted by the environment adjusting module. In some embodiments, the other side of the main body 710 or the cover plate 720 may also include ventilation holes, which is beneficial to increase the flow of air in the ventilation box and speed up the regulation of the internal environment of the box.

Claims (10)
1. An airtight storage and transport container, comprising: the box cover is detachable relative to the box body, and when the box cover is arranged on the box body, the box body and the box cover are locked and hermetically connected by a lockset or a lock catch;
a plurality of permeable boxes disposed on a sidewall of the case around the case and configured to accommodate an environmental conditioning module; and
one or more sets of positioning devices disposed in a bottom of the case and configured to fix a position of an article;
wherein the positioning device is adjustable.
2. The airtight storage and transport container as claimed in claim 1, wherein said container body includes a plurality of hooks on its side wall, said ventilation box being mounted on said hooks.
3. The airtight storage and transport container of claim 1, wherein said environmental conditioning module comprises: one or more of a desiccant, an oxygen scavenger, and a scavenger.
4. The airtight storage and transport container as claimed in claim 1, wherein said positioning means comprises a plurality of positioning frames and two positioning blocks, said plurality of positioning frames being disposed on the bottom of said container body, said two positioning blocks being oppositely disposed on said positioning frames and being movable on said positioning frames.
5. The airtight storage and transport container of claim 4, wherein said positioning block comprises: a first protection layer disposed on a side of the positioning block facing the article and configured to protect the article.
6. The airtight storage and transport container of claim 5, further comprising: and one or more lining plates which are arranged among the multiple groups of positioning frames and connected with the positioning frames.
7. The airtight storage and transport container as claimed in claim 6, wherein said liner comprises: a second protective layer disposed on a side of the liner facing the item and configured to protect the item.
8. The airtight storage and transport container of claim 7, wherein said first protective layer and said second protective layer are acid-free paperboard.
9. The airtight storage and transport container of claim 1, further comprising: an environment detection device affixed to the container body or the lid and configured to detect an environmental parameter in the storage and transportation container.
10. The airtight storage and transport container of claim 1, further comprising: and the observation window is arranged on the box cover.
