The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an operating mode of a conventional quick power switching device, where a circular area represents a project site a, specifically, for example, a project site with a muck transportation requirement.
The rectangular area represents a transport destination B, which may be specifically a destination for muck transport.
The oval area is an urban building power station C.
The urban power exchange station C needs to meet power exchange service of the whole city and needs a fixed site, and the ground building of the urban power exchange station C is a fixed building meeting urban construction requirements. However, for the newly-built engineering site a and the transportation destination B, the position of the urban construction power exchange station C is often far away from the roads along the engineering site a and the transportation destination B.
As in the path diagram of fig. 1, a route L1 represents the distance of the route of the engineering site a and the transportation destination B, a route L2 represents the distance of the route of the engineering site a and the urban construction change station C, and a route L3 represents the distance of the route of the urban construction change station C and the transportation destination B.
In the working route surrounded by the paths L1, L2 and L3, the muck transportation depends on the power exchanging truck for transportation operation, the power exchanging truck drives between the engineering site A and the transportation destination B and also needs to frequently go to the urban construction power exchanging station C for power exchanging, so that the driving route L2 and the driving route L3 are additionally increased, and the working efficiency of the whole system is greatly reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first layout diagram of a quick power swapping device applied in the present invention, and the system includes a project site a, a transportation destination B, a quick power swapping device D, and a working device (not shown in the figure).
The quick battery replacement device D is configured with basic functions of battery pack storage, charging and battery replacement and the like. And the quick battery replacing device D is set to be capable of moving to different areas for building. Therefore, the quick battery replacing device D can be arranged close to the periphery of the transportation route L1 of the engineering site A and the transportation destination B. It can be understood that the quick power switching device D is disposed around the transportation route L1 of the work site a and the transportation destination B before the work device enters the work project, and is driven away after the work device completes the work project related work project.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second layout diagram of a quick power swapping device applied in the present invention, in this embodiment, the quick power swapping device D is disposed near a work area of a project site a. The position setting of the quick power switching device D can be arranged along the working route L3 of the working device, and the energy consumption of the working device at different positions can be further considered. In this embodiment, the operation device transports the muck from the engineering site a to the transportation destination B, and also considers the power consumption of the operation device in different working areas, taking the case that the engineering site a has a large workload and a large power loss, and therefore an idea of the present invention is to arrange the quick power switching device D at a place where the energy loss of the whole operation system is dense.
