Background
The PCB, which is called a printed circuit board in chinese, is an important electronic component, a support for electronic components, and a carrier for electrical interconnection of electronic components. It is called a "printed" circuit board because it is made using electronic printing.
Almost every kind of electronic equipment, as small as electronic watches, calculators, as large as computers, communication electronics, military weaponry systems, has electronic components such as integrated circuits, and printed boards are used to electrically interconnect the various components. The printed circuit board consists of an insulating bottom plate, a connecting lead and a welding disc for assembling and welding electronic elements, and has double functions of a conductive circuit and the insulating bottom plate. The circuit can replace complex wiring to realize electrical connection among elements in the circuit, thereby simplifying the assembly and welding work of electronic products, reducing the wiring workload in the traditional mode and greatly lightening the labor intensity of workers; and the volume of the whole machine is reduced, the product cost is reduced, and the quality and the reliability of the electronic equipment are improved.
But because the PCB body is small in volume, the electric connection pins of the PCB are fine, and the welding points are not easy to align during assembly; after welding, the problem of unstable welding is easily caused at the welding point. And during assembly, the PCB is not well fixed, so that the PCB is easily deviated under the influence of factors such as vibration and the like, and the assembly efficiency of the PCB is greatly influenced.

In other embodiments, the cover 4 and the housing 1 may be detachably connected by means of a snap connection, a nesting connection, or a screw connection.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a second electrical connector 6 is also provided on the housing 1.
The second electric connector 6 is a metal strip arranged at the edge of the shell 1, and the plug hole 5 is arranged on the metal strip. The plug 41 of the cover 4 is detachably connected to the plug hole 5 of the second electrical connector 6, so that the second electrical connector 6 is electrically connected with the cover 4, and the second electrical connector 6 also has the function of grounding.
The PCB subassembly of this application is when the assembly, at first corresponds PCB board 2's concave type pin and first electric connector 3's protruding link 31, then packs PCB board 2 into recess 11 on casing 1, and is spacing each other through concave type pin and protruding link 31, pre-positioning PCB board 2's position.
Subsequently, the female pins of the portion of the PCB 2 protruding the recess 11 are soldered to the bump terminals 31 of the first electrical connector 3.
