As shown in fig. 10, the second locking member 42 includes a connecting block, a second limiting groove 423 is provided on a side surface of the connecting block facing away from the locking hole 12, the second elastic arm of the energy storage member 43 is in limiting fit with the second limiting groove 423, a boss structure as a second locking portion 422 is provided protruding from a side surface of the connecting block facing the locking hole 12, the boss structure has a slope 424 with a higher end and a lower end facing the locking hole 12, the front side is higher and the rear side is lower in fig. 10, the slope 424 is in sliding fit with one side edge of the locking hole 12 when the second locking portion 422 is extended out of the locking hole 12 or retracted into the housing 1, in fig. 2 or 3, the higher side of the slope 424 abuts against the left side edge of the locking hole 12 when the second locking portion 422 is extended out of the locking hole 12, and the right side edge of the locking hole 12 is in sliding fit with the slope 424 when the second locking portion 422 is retracted into the housing 1, the inclined surface 424 is matched with the edge of the locking hole 12 to slide, so that the extension locking hole 12 and the retraction housing 1 of the second locking part 422 are facilitated, the matching degree of the second locking part 422 and the locking hole 12 is improved, and the mechanical abrasion between the second locking part 422 and the locking hole 12 is reduced, in addition, in fig. 1-3, the left and right side walls of the second locking part 422 are almost attached to the left and right side walls of the locking hole 12, so that the action of extending the second locking part 422 out of the locking hole 12 and retracting the second locking part 422 into the housing 1 is sliding, but when the size of the second locking part 422 is obviously smaller than the aperture of the locking hole 12, the second locking part 422 is in a swinging process. An open groove is formed on one side of the second locking portion 422, i.e., on the left side of the second locking portion 422 in fig. 10, and the open groove serves as a matching groove 421 for abutting matching with a matching portion 415 on one side of the first locking member 41, which is opposite to the locking hole 12.
The energy storage part 43 is a torsion spring, the torsion spring comprises a rotating part, the rotating part is coaxially and rotatably connected with the first locking part 41, two ends of the rotating part respectively extend to form a first elastic arm and a second elastic arm, the first elastic arm is matched with a limiting part 11 (see fig. 1) arranged on the inner wall of the shell 1, and the second elastic arm is in limiting fit with the second locking part 42. Preferably, the first elastic arm passes through the first limiting groove 413 of the first locking member 41 to be matched with the limiting part 11, when the switch is closed, the first elastic arm of the energy storage element 43 passes through the first limiting groove 413 to abut against the limiting portion 11, and as the first locking element 41 is driven, the first locking element 41 pushes the first elastic arm to separate from the limiting portion 11 through the first limiting groove 413, during opening, the first locking member 41 swings back to make the first limiting groove 413 drive the first elastic arm to abut against the limiting portion 411 again, when the brake is unlocked, the first limiting groove 413 of the first locking member 41 is separated from the first elastic arm, and at the moment, the first elastic arm of the energy storage member 43 is limited and abutted against the limiting part 11 to realize limiting matching, so that the operating button 2 is not associated with the first locking member 41 or the second locking member 42 after being opened, thereby affecting the resetting of the operating button 2 and the mistaken unlocking of the locking mechanism.
In this embodiment, the second locking member 42 rotates around the same rotation center as the first locking member 41 through the energy storage member 43, so that the second locking member 42 indirectly rotates around the same rotation center as the first locking member 41 and the energy storage member 43, and of course, a shaft hole may be directly formed in the second locking member 42, so that the first locking member 41, the second locking member 42 and the energy storage member 43 are directly and coaxially connected in a rotating manner, or the rotation without the center is also applicable.
The process of matching the operation button 2 and the locking mechanism 4 in the present embodiment is as follows:
when the operating button 2 is pressed to close, and the operating button 2 drives the indicator 3 to perform linear motion (moving to the right in fig. 2, and the opening and unlocking state in fig. 2) towards the inside of the housing 1, along with the inward motion of the indicator 3, the first light reflecting surface 311 of the light guiding portion 31 is opposite to the indicator 6, and in the process of the inward motion of the indicator 3, the first pushing portion 34 which is originally abutted and matched is separated from the triggering portion 411, and at this time, the triggering portion 411 is matched with the abutting surface 35 of the indicator 3 to swing the indicator 3, so that the first mark (the first mark in this embodiment is a closing/locking mark) of the indicator 33 corresponds to the indicator hole 22, the first reflecting surface reflects the light of the indicator 6 to the indicator 33, that is, the state of the indicator 6 can be known from the indicator hole 22, and while the indicator 3 swings, the energy storage member 43 is released under the matching of the housing 1 and the second locking member 42 to drive the second locking member 42 and the first locking member 41 to swing, at this time, the first locking portion 412 does not extend out of the locking hole 12, the second locking portion 422 partially or completely extends out of the locking hole 12, the second pushing portion 26 is pressed on the triggering portion 411, so that the energy storage element 43 is in limit fit with the first limit groove 413 of the first locking element 41, when the second pushing portion 26 continues to press the triggering portion 411, the first limit groove 413 pushes the first elastic arm to separate the first elastic arm from the limit portion 11, and meanwhile, the energy storage element 43 drives the second locking element 42 to act and store energy for the energy storage element 43 until the first locking portion 412 and the second locking portion 422 completely extend out of the locking hole 12, at this time, the circuit breaker can be locked in fit with the cabinet, so that the circuit breaker in the closing state cannot be pulled out of the cabinet at will, or the circuit breaker in the closing state cannot be inserted into the cabinet.
When the operating button 2 is pulled to open the brake (not shown), the second pushing portion 26 is separated from the triggering portion 411, the abutting surface 35 is separated from the triggering portion 411, the first pushing portion 34 is contacted with the triggering portion 411, therefore, the indicating member 3 swings back, the second mark (in this embodiment, the second mark is in a brake-opening/unlocking state) corresponds to the indicating hole 22, the indication switching is completed for indicating the brake opening, but as the indicating member 3 moves up along with the operating button 2, the first light reflecting surface 311 of the light guiding portion 31 is separated from the indicating lamp 6 and the second light reflecting surface 312 is not opposite to the indicating lamp 6, meanwhile, the energy storing member 43 releases energy, the first elastic arm drives the first locking member 41 to swing back into the housing 1 through the first limiting groove 413, the first elastic arm is in limiting fit with the limiting portion 11, at this time, the fitting portion 415 is only contacted with the fitting groove 421, and no mutual acting force exists between the two.
After opening, the operating button 2 is continuously pulled to enter an opening unlocking state, the operating button 2 drives the indicator 3 to perform linear motion (moving to the left in fig. 3, and the closing state in fig. 3), along with the outward motion of the indicator 3, the second light reflecting surface 312 of the light guide part 31 is opposite to the indicator 6, in the process of the outward motion of the indicator 3, the first pushing part 34 is in abutting fit with the triggering part 411, so that the indicator 3 and the first locking part 41 swing back simultaneously, wherein the indicator 3 continuously swings back on the basis of the opening state to enable the indicator 33 to keep the second mark corresponding to the indicator hole 22, the second reflecting surface reflects the light of the indicator 6 to the indicator 33, namely, the state of the indicator 6 can be obtained from the indicator hole 22, and the second mark corresponds to different states of the indicator 6 when the opening and the opening are unlocked to distinguish the opening, the closing and the closing, The state of opening and unlocking; in the process of swinging back, the first locking member 41 retracts the first locking portion 412 and the second locking portion 422 into the housing 1 through the abutting action of the matching portion 415 and the matching groove 421 (the inclined surface 424 of the second locking portion 422 is in sliding fit with the right edge of the locking hole 12), the energy storage member 43 stores energy under the limiting fit of the limiting portion 11 and the second limiting groove 423, and at the moment, the circuit breaker and the cabinet are unlocked and can be pulled out.
