In addition, the pitches between two adjacent elastic bodies 201 in the same suction portion 2 may be the same or different. Also, the number of elastic bodies 201 in different suction portions 2 and the pitch between two elastic bodies 201 in different suction portions 2 may be set to be different based on the installation position of each suction portion 2. For example, for the suction portions 2 located at the corners, the number of the elastic bodies 201 and the radial distance between two adjacent elastic bodies 201 may be slightly smaller than those of the other suction portions 2. As a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the first connecting body 202 is a circular sheet. Moreover, in order to make the absorption part 2 have a good vibration absorption performance, the first connecting body 202 and the elastic body 201 of the present embodiment are made of rubber.
In this embodiment, a second connecting body is provided at the bottom of the carpet body 1, and the first connecting body 202 and the second connecting body are vulcanized and connected together. Wherein, the one side that current vehicle carpet meets with the floor is PU foaming layer generally, and this PU foaming layer can directly constitute the second connector, certainly, to the carpet body 1 that does not have PU foaming layer, also can additionally set up the second connector of rubber material on carpet body 1. As a specific embodiment, first, the elastic bodies 201 of the suction portion 2 and the first connecting body 202 are thermally fused together. Then, after PU foaming, the carpet blank of the carpet body 1 is molded and cooled to form a second connector, and then the next vulcanization process is carried out, namely, the arranged adsorption parts 2 are integrally bonded to the second connector. In addition, in order to improve the absorption firmness on the floor, the number of the elastic bodies 201 is between 3 and 8, and may be, for example, five as shown in fig. 2. In addition, the distance d between two adjacent elastic bodies 201 is between 1 and 2mm, for example, d may be set to 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2mm, or other values. For better absorption effect, the extension length H of the elastomer 201 at the outermost side is between 5 and 10 mm. For example, H may be set to 5mm, 7mm, 9mm, 10mm, or other values.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the extension length L of two adjacent elastic bodies 201 is different from 1 to 2mm, for example, L may be set to 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.7mm, 1.9mm, 2mm or other values. Through establishing L between 1-2mm, can make two adjacent elastomer 201 have great length difference, from this, can improve the elastic compression performance of adsorption part 2 keeping away from carpet body 1 one end to can improve the absorption fastness on the floor of adsorption part 2.
The vehicle carpet of this embodiment through adopting above-mentioned structure, not only can improve its and the vehicle between the floor be connected closely, moreover, can make absorption portion 2 have better effect of absorbing, can reduce other noises such as the noise of way betterly, consequently, still can save the process that sets up the damping plate among the prior art on the floor to can simplify the production process, and then can make this vehicle carpet can have better result of use.
Example two
The embodiment relates to a vehicle, which is provided with a vehicle carpet described in the first embodiment, and a carpet body 1 is adsorbed on a floor of the vehicle through an adsorption part 2. The structure of the adsorption part 2 can be seen from the first embodiment, and the carpet body 1 can be a structure conventionally adopted by the existing vehicle, which is not described herein again.
The vehicle of this embodiment, through setting up the vehicle carpet of embodiment one, can improve the connection compactness between vehicle carpet and the floor of vehicle to can simplify whole car assembly process, simultaneously, also can effectively reduce other noises such as way noise, consequently can make this vehicle have better result of use.
