It will be appreciated that the devices are multifunctional, regardless of their orientation in space.
For the purpose of facilitating understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the following description will be made in terms of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment provides a hair drier which is a daily use article used in the daily life field and used for drying hair and the like and conveying hot air or normal-temperature air.
The general hair dryer appearance, which usually includes a very conspicuous hair dryer head, is very inconspicuous in a rod or bar-like hair dryer, and even without a hair dryer head in some embodiments, is generally very smooth and neat in appearance, and it is therefore often desirable to design the overall hair dryer housing very smooth, with few or inconspicuous seams, in manufacturing and design to maintain such a smooth appearance. However, such hair dryers are generally small in size, and it is very difficult to install the internal components in the rod-shaped housing. The present invention is directed to a hair dryer housing and a hair dryer, and more particularly, to a hair dryer housing and a hair dryer, in which the hair dryer housing is divided into an outer casing and an inner casing, so that a hair dryer device can be installed in the inner casing in a divided state, and then the divided inner casings are integrally assembled and inserted into the outer casing, thereby maintaining a smooth appearance of the hair dryer and facilitating installation and design of an inner structure.
In particular to
As shown in fig. 1-4, one aspect of the present embodiment provides a blower housing comprising a casing 1 enclosing a hollow cylinder shape and provided with a nozzle opening 2.
In this embodiment, the housing is preferably formed as a substantially one-piece housing having a smooth contour on its surface to increase the smoothness of the overall appearance of the hair dryer. The housing is formed in a cylindrical shape surrounded by walls of the housing, and the cylindrical shape includes various suitable cylindrical shapes, such as an approximately cylindrical shape or an approximately elliptical cylindrical shape, and may have a prismatic shape or an irregular shape.
The tuyere opening 2 is provided in the casing, and the tuyere opening 2 is used for installing or directly forming a tuyere of the hair dryer, and in the present embodiment, preferably, the tuyere opening 2 is provided in a side wall of the casing, especially a side wall near a top end of the casing, so that when the top end of the hair dryer casing is formed in a certain shape, a turbo-charged cyclone chamber can be formed at the top end of the casing, thereby causing air in the chamber to be ejected from the tuyere opening in a turbo-charged manner to improve wind speed and blowing effect.
Further, the inner shell opening is disposed on the inner shell sidewall opposite the outer shell opening. One end of the cylindrical shell is closed, namely the top end is closed; the other end, namely the bottom end, is provided with a mounting opening. The tip may be formed in a dome shape to facilitate the formation of a cyclone. The bottom end is open and the internal structure of the electric hair drier can be arranged in an inserting mode.
The inner housing 3 is accommodated in the outer housing, i.e., in the present embodiment, preferably, is inserted into the outer housing from the bottom up. In this embodiment, the inner housing comprises an inner cavity surrounded by a first part 4 and a second part 5, the first part 4 and the second part 5 being detachably connected. Thus, the inner shell can be divided into two halves in an assembled mode by arranging the first part and the second part on the inner shell, so that the original parts of the hair dryer, such as a heating wire, a power circuit, a motor and the like, can be conveniently arranged in the inner shell. When installed, the first and second parts may be assembled together to form an "inner" of the hair dryer and then inserted into the housing to complete assembly of the hair dryer. Therefore, the space which can be used when the hair drier is installed is increased, and the installation efficiency and the installation precision are improved.
Thus further, the first and second portions 4, 5 are preferably symmetrically disposed along a longitudinal axis of the blower housing, forming a portion of the internal cavity on either side of the longitudinal axis. The substantially symmetrical arrangement facilitates mounting between the two housings, while the symmetrical arrangement has a reference effect on alignment and positioning.
The first and second portions may be secured in a variety of ways. For example, the first and second parts may be provided with fixing portions 6, which are provided at least two different positions, preferably at three or more positions, respectively, and the first and second parts are fixedly connected to the fixing portions. The first and second portions are secured in at least two different positions to facilitate forming the inner shell into a stable shell.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the fixing portions are disposed in the first and second portions, so that the first and second portions can be fixed without damaging the shape of the entire inner housing, thereby facilitating the insertion of the inner housing into the outer housing.
Further, in order to facilitate the installation and positioning of the first part and the second part, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the first part is provided with an opening 7; an arm 8 is arranged on the second part at a position corresponding to the opening, one end 9 of the arm is fixedly connected with the second part, and the other end 10 of the arm extends from the second part to the first part and is arranged through the opening. The arm is a resilient arm, i.e. the other end 10 is a free end, the resilience in the up-down direction being achieved by the elasticity of the material of the arm itself. The material of the arm can adopt plastic, metal and the like. Further preferably, a projection 11 is provided on said free end of said arm, said projection 11 being abutted by the wall of said hole during the passage of said other end through said hole, thereby resiliently pressing said resilient arm; when the other end of the elastic arm passes through the hole, the elastic arm is elastically reset, and the protruding part is at least partially pushed out of the opening of the hole. Thus, by the cooperation of the positioning holes and the arms, on the one hand, alignment in the assembly of the first part and the second part can be achieved, and on the other hand, due to the relative fixing action of the elastic abutment and the protrusion, the fixed mounting between the fixing parts 6 of the first part and the second part is facilitated after the alignment of the first part and the second part.
In a preferred embodiment, the shape of the inner shell is matched to the shape of the outer shell, so that the inner shell can be easily inserted into the outer shell. Further preferably, the inner wall of the outer shell may be further provided with a guiding mechanism 7, such as a longitudinally extending guiding groove or guiding rib, and the outer wall of the inner shell is provided with a corresponding guiding mechanism, such as a longitudinally extending guiding rib or guiding groove, so that the installation of the inner shell and the outer shell is guided by the guiding rib arranged in the guiding groove. The groove and the convex rib can be in various shapes and shapes which can not rotate relatively, including column, strip, ellipse cylinder and the like.
The inner shell is provided with an inner shell opening 12 through which air in the inner shell passes through the tuyere opening to be output to the outside of the hair dryer. In this process, it is desirable to maintain a relatively fixed phase relationship between the inner shell openings 12 and the tuyere openings 2. After the assembly is completed, the inner shell and the outer shell are fixedly connected, so that the air duct is convenient to be unblocked. The shape of the inner shell is matched to the shape of the outer shell, which facilitates installation, but the phase position between the inner and outer shells is thereby also easily changed upon rotation relative to each other.
Therefore, it is further preferable that the top of the inner shell is provided with a positioning device 13, and the positioning device comprises a groove and a rib matched with the groove; one of the groove and the rib is arranged on the outer shell, the other of the groove and the rib is arranged on the inner shell, and when the air nozzle opening and the inner shell opening are oppositely arranged, the rib is inserted into the groove to position the phase position of relative rotation between the inner shell and the outer shell.
Further, in this embodiment, the top of the outer housing is closed, the bottom is formed with an opening, the upper portion of the inner housing is received in the outer housing, and the lower portion includes an enlarged portion that closes the opening at the bottom of the outer housing. Thus, only the lower inconspicuous part of the overall shape of the hair dryer has a ring-shaped seam, so that the overall shape is smooth and the housing can be better closed.
According to another aspect of this particular embodiment, there is provided a hair dryer, the housing of any of the above. The hair drier is convenient to install and smooth in appearance.
The above-mentioned embodiments, objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application are described in further detail, it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the present application.
