The utility model relates to an electric heating tube device, in particular to an improvement of a disc type electric heating tube device.
Background
In the electric heaters in the prior art, such as electric cookers, electric cookers and the like, a disc type electric heating tube needs to be arranged at the bottom so as to be capable of uniformly heating. However, the conventional disc-type electrothermal tube device 101, as shown in fig. 1, is generally required to be disposed on a bracket 102, such as a triangular bracket, and then assembled into a specific product housing. In order to realize the control of the electric heating process, particularly the temperature control, the temperature control process, particularly the prevention of the problems of overheating and the like, a temperature sensor is required to be arranged in the center of the disc-type electric heating tube, but the tripod of the conventional electric heating tube device is realized only according to the supporting function without a space for installing the temperature sensor, so that the problem that the product cannot be installed or the installation position is not good in the actual assembling process is caused.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims to provide an improvement of a disc type electric heating tube device, and provides a solution which is convenient to mount and aims at the mounting problem of a temperature control circuit and a temperature control sensor.
The technical scheme of the utility model is as follows:
a disc type electric heating tube device comprises a coiled electric heating tube body and a support, wherein a containing space for assembling a temperature sensor is arranged in the centers of the support and the electric heating tube body.
The disc type electric heating tube device is characterized in that the bracket adopts three support frames, and a C-shaped ring bending part is arranged at the central position of the bracket to form the accommodating space.
In the disc type electric heating tube device, the bracket adopts three support frames, and a V-shaped opening part is arranged at the central position to form the accommodating space.
The disc type electric heating tube device is characterized in that at least one notch matched with the electric heating tube is formed in the position, corresponding to the disc bent tube of the electric heating tube body, of the support.
The disc type electric heating tube device is characterized in that the notches are formed in each support arm of the support and are matched with the disc bent tubes of the electric heating tube at intervals.
In the disc type electric heating tube device, two of the three support arms of the support are integrally formed, and the third support arm is fixed by welding.
According to the disc-type electric heating tube device, the mode that the disc-type electric heating tube is arranged in a space way corresponding to the central position of the disc-type electric heating tube is adopted, so that the electric heating tube unit is convenient to mount and assemble on an actual product.

Detailed Description
The following describes in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention.
The present invention provides a coiled electric heating tube device, as shown in fig. 2, which is mainly applied to an electric appliance of a cooking stove or an electric cooker, and includes a coiled electric heating tube body 111, for example, forming a coiled shape of a mosquito coil, and a support 112, specifically but not limited to, a three-support, in particular, more support arms may be provided, or different support arm shapes, such as a curved shape, may be adopted.
The bracket 112 is in the shape of a linear arm in the first preferred embodiment, and a three-arm bracket is adopted, and a containing space 113 for assembling a temperature sensor is arranged at the central position of the bracket 112 and the coiling of the electric heating tube body, as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
In the first preferred embodiment shown in fig. 2, the bracket 112 is a three-piece bracket, and a C-shaped loop 114 is used to form the receiving space 113 at the central position, so that a relatively large receiving space can be formed for installing and placing the temperature sensor, the temperature control circuit, etc. (not shown in the figure).
In the second preferred embodiment shown in fig. 3, the bracket 112 is a three-piece bracket, and a V-shaped opening 115 is formed at the center thereof to form the accommodating space 113 for mounting and placing the temperature sensor, the temperature control circuit, and the like (not shown), so that the linear arrangement structure is easier to process than the C-shaped curved arrangement structure.
Preferably, the bracket 112 is further provided with a notch 116 for fixing the electric heating tube body, as shown in fig. 4 and 5 (fig. 5 is an illustration from the bottom), the notch is provided at a corresponding position matching all or part of the electric heating tube body, so as to facilitate the matching installation with the electric heating tube body 111, and can form a vendable electric heating tube device product for assembling and using by electrical manufacturers such as electric cookers or electric cookers.
The notches 116 may be formed on each arm or on selected portions of the arms, and are correspondingly formed on the side facing the electric heating tube body, so as to fix the electric heating tube body. The notches 116 may be formed on the disc-type electric heating tube body at different intervals in a preferred embodiment, for example, at one or two intervals, so as to ensure the fixing effect and reduce the processing cost.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the three-leg bracket may be formed by integrally forming two arms, and the other arm, i.e. the third arm, is fixed to the bent portion of the two arms by welding through a bending process. In the central position, a correspondingly curved or flared connection is used for forming the respective receiving space.
In the preferred embodiment of the electric heating tube device, the accommodating space for installing the temperature control sensor is mainly improved to form a brand new electric heating tube device, so that the temperature control sensor and a circuit thereof can be conveniently assembled in subsequent electric appliance processing.
It will be understood that modifications and variations can be made by persons skilled in the art in light of the above teachings and all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the utility model as defined in the appended claims.
