The outer side wall of the adjusting component 10 is provided with an acting part 140 at a position corresponding to the light-emitting part 12, the light-emitting part 12 is provided with a response part 120, and when the mounting plate 11 moves circumferentially relative to the adjusting component 10, the acting part 140 is matched with the response part 120 to realize the regulation and control of the light-emitting part 12.
It can be understood that, at least the portion of the outer side wall of the adjusting assembly 10, which is adapted to the mounting plate 11 and the illuminating element 12, is a circular cross section, and the adjusting assembly 10 penetrates through the mounting plate 11 and the illuminating element 12, so that the circumferential position of the mounting plate 11 on the adjusting assembly 10 is adjustable, and the mounting plate 11 can move relative to the adjusting assembly 10 in the circumferential direction, and in addition, the outer side wall of the adjusting assembly 10 and the illuminating element 12 are respectively provided with the actuating element 140 and the responding element 120, and the illuminating element 12 is fixed to the mounting plate 11 in the circumferential position, so that when the mounting plate 11 moves relative to the adjusting assembly 10 in the circumferential direction, the actuating element 140 can cooperate with the responding element 120 to adjust and control the illuminating parameters of the illuminating element 12, and the lamp body does not need to be disassembled, the operation is simple and convenient, and the lamp life is also beneficial to prolonging.
Specifically, the light emitting element 12 includes a substrate 121, one or more beads 126 are centrally or eccentrically disposed on the substrate 121, and the beads 126 may be one or a combination of several kinds of small light emitting units such as incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, gas discharge lamps, halogen tungsten lamps, and LED lamps.
Preferably, the mounting plate 11 includes a plate body 111 and an arc edge 116 located at an edge of the plate body 111, the plate body 111 and the arc edge 116 form a bowl-shaped structure which is fastened to the intended mounting surface, so that an operating space is formed at a side of the plate body 111 far away from the illuminating member 12, the operating space can be used for accommodating a part of the adjusting assembly 10 penetrating out of the plate body 111, and can also be used for accommodating a power supply line and the like, in addition, heat dissipation of the illuminating member 12 is facilitated, and the service life of the illuminating member 12 is prolonged. In order to increase the usability and the aesthetic property, the arc edge 116 may be further provided with a hollow structure, a texture decoration, a coating decoration, and the like.
Further, the adjusting assembly 10 includes a sleeve 14 and a mandrel 15 disposed through the sleeve 14; the sleeve 14 has a lumen 144 of non-circular cross-section forming a circumferential stop with the mandrel 15; the end of the spindle 15 remote from the luminous element 12 extends through the sleeve 14 and is connected to the intended mounting surface of the ceiling lamp 1, and the end of the spindle 15 remote from the mounting plate 11 extends through the sleeve 14 and defines the axial position of the sleeve 14. The end of the mandrel 15, which penetrates through the sleeve 14 and is close to the port of the mounting plate 11, is connected with the intended mounting surface of the ceiling lamp 1, and the sleeve 14 is limited relative to the circumference of the mandrel 15, so that the lighting parameters of the luminous element 12 can be adjusted by rotating the mounting plate 11.
Specifically, when the lumen 144 of the sleeve 14 has a non-circular cross section such as an ellipse or a polygon and the core rod 151 of the mandrel 15 inserted into the lumen 144 has an adaptive cross section, the sleeve 14 and the mandrel 15 form a circumferential limit, and the sleeve 14 and the mandrel 15 cannot rotate relative to each other, because the mandrel 15 is fixedly connected to the mounting surface, the mounting plate 11 makes a circumferential movement relative to the sleeve 14 by rotating the mounting plate 11, and the actuating member 140 acts on the response member 120, so that the adjustment of the lighting parameters of the light emitting member 12 can be realized.
It should be noted that one end of the spindle 15 is connected to a virtual installation surface, and the virtual installation surface may be not only a ceiling, but also a beam column in a factory, and of course, may also be an inclined or vertical wall or other position where the spindle 15 can be installed, and is only usually installed at the ceiling, but is not meant to be installed only here. In addition, the illumination parameters of the light emitting element 12 are generally referred to as light intensity and color temperature, but may be other adjustable parameters such as light emitting color and light wave wavelength, and may even be used to switch the light emitting mode of the light emitting element 12, such as a flashing mode, a gradual change mode, a flashing mode, etc.
Specifically, a fixing plate 152 is arranged at one end of the core shaft 15, which penetrates through the sleeve 14 and is close to the port of the mounting plate 11, and the fixing plate 152 is connected with a mounting surface of the ceiling lamp 1. Because the adjusting component 10 connects the mounting plate 11, the illuminating part 12 and the like in series, and one end of the central spindle 15 of the adjusting component 10 is provided with the fixing plate 152, and then the fixing plate 152 is connected with the simulated mounting surface of the ceiling lamp 1, the whole lamp can be connected with the simulated mounting surface.
More specifically, the core shaft 15 includes a core rod 151 penetrating into the sleeve 14, and a fixing plate 152 is disposed at one end of the core rod 151 penetrating out of the sleeve 14 near the port of the mounting plate 11, and the fixing plate 152 is connected to the intended mounting surface of the ceiling lamp 1 through a connecting element or an adhesive material. It will be appreciated that the core rod 151 of the core shaft 15 is used to connect the mounting plate 11, the luminous element 12, etc. in series, and the fixing plate 152 is connected to the core rod 151, so that the whole lamp can be connected to the mounting surface by the connecting element or by the adhesive material.
Referring to fig. 2-5 in the specification, further, the actuating member 140 is a dial wheel 143 disposed on the outer side wall of the sleeve 14 corresponding to the light emitting member 12, and the responding member 120 is an adjusting knob 124 adapted to the dial wheel 143. When the circumferential positions of the mounting plate 11 and the sleeve 14 are changed, the dial wheel 143 dials the adjusting button 124 to adjust and control the illuminating member 12. It can be understood that the sleeve 14 is provided with the dial wheel 143 for acting the action of the circumferential movement of the mounting plate 11 relative to the adjusting assembly 10 on the adjusting knob 124 provided on the light emitting element 12, and the adjusting knob 124 is adapted to the dial wheel 143 to receive the response, so as to realize the regulation and control of the lighting parameters such as the light intensity, the color temperature and the like of the light emitting element 12; that is, when the lighting parameters need to be adjusted, the dial wheel 143 can be shifted to the adjusting button 124 by rotating the mounting plate 11, so as to adjust and control the lighting parameters related to the light emitting element 12.
It should be noted that the adjusting button 124 may be only a dial button adapted to the dial wheel 143, or may have an adjusting box, and a portion of the dial button passes through the adjusting box to form the adjusting button 124 adapted to the dial wheel 143; in addition, the adjusting knob 124 may have several steps, each of which is matched with some light emitting parameters or light emitting patterns, or may be adjusted steplessly to have a series of continuous light emitting parameters or light emitting patterns.
Referring to fig. 5, preferably, a slit 1431 extending along the radial direction of the sleeve 14 is provided on the side of the dial wheel 143 facing the adjusting knob 124, and the circumferential width of the centripetal side of the slit 1431 is greater than the circumferential width of the centrifugal side of the slit 1431. It can be understood that the circumferential width of the centripetal side of the notch 1431 is greater than the circumferential width of the centripetal side of the notch 1431, that is, the bottom of the notch 1431 is wide and the mouth is narrow, so that the adjustment knob 124 can be ensured to be kept in the notch 1431 without separation in the relative rotation process of the sleeve 14 and the mounting disc 11. It should be noted that the overall size of the thumb wheel 143 may be slightly larger, so that the opening 1431 is directly disposed at the rim of the thumb wheel 143; the overall size of the thumb wheel 143 may be slightly smaller, but only a protruding section extending toward the adjusting knob 124 is provided at a position corresponding to the adjusting knob 124, and then the notch 1431 is provided on the protruding section, thereby reducing material consumption, reducing weight, and controlling cost.
Referring to the attached drawings 3-6 in the specification, further, the ceiling lamp 1 further includes a lampshade 13, the lampshade 13 is fastened on the mounting plate 11, and the light emitting element 12 is clamped between the mounting plate 11 and the lampshade 13. The adjusting component 10 penetrates through the mounting disc 11, the luminous component 12 and the lampshade 13, one end of the sleeve 14 and the mandrel 15, which penetrates out of the lampshade 13, is provided with a locking component 16, the locking component 16 comprises a locking part 161 which is meshed and connected with the outer side wall of the sleeve 14, and one side of the locking part 161, which faces towards the lampshade 13, abuts against the lampshade 13. The lampshade 13 is buckled on the mounting plate 11, so that the luminous part 12, the action part 140, the response part 120 and the like can be protected, one end of the sleeve 14 penetrating out of the lampshade 13 is provided with the locking component 16 for limiting the position of the lampshade 13 on the sleeve 14, and the locking component 161 is meshed with the outer side wall of the sleeve 14 and is connected with the lampshade 13 in a butting mode, so that the lampshade 13 is buckled on the mounting plate 11.
Specifically, the lampshade 13 includes a cover 131 having a bowl shape, a partial spherical shape or other common shapes, a through hole 132 is disposed at the center of the cover 131 for the sleeve 14 to pass through, and the size of the through hole 132 is adapted to the outer diameter of the sleeve 14.
Referring to fig. 6 of the specification, the locking member 161 may alternatively have a locking structure or be in a locking form, such as a double-backed nut, or a bolt, a wedge, or the like disposed between the nut and the sleeve 14, or be in a conventional fastener releasing form. Preferably, the locking element 161 is a double nut and the abutment surfaces of the two nuts are provided with radially extending ribs 1611 and grooves 1612, respectively, to further secure the double nuts together.
Continuing to refer to fig. 3-6 of the specification, further, the locking assembly 16 further includes a cover 162 covering the outer sidewall of the sleeve 14, the cover 162 having an outer edge extending to the lamp housing 13 to cover the locking member 161; the end of the mandrel 15 that extends out of the end of the sleeve 14 near the end of the globe 13 is provided with an end cap 163 to hold the cover 162 against the globe 13. It can be understood that the cover 162 can cover the locking member 161, so as to be more durable and beautiful, and the end cap 163 can limit the axial positions of the sleeve 14 and the spindle 15, so as to limit the position of the whole of the mounting plate 11, the luminous member 12, the lampshade 13 and the sleeve 14 on the spindle 15, and further to enable the mounting plate 11 to be tightly attached to the intended mounting surface of the ceiling lamp 1. When the locking member is preferably a nut, the cover 162 also prevents the threads from being exposed, thereby avoiding the problem that the threads are rusted and dirty and the nut knob is difficult to turn.
Referring to fig. 7 to 8 of the specification and referring to fig. 4, further, a limiting tooth 142 is disposed on one side of the thumb wheel 143 facing the light emitting element 12, a first limiting groove 114 is disposed on a position of the mounting plate 11 corresponding to the limiting tooth 142, and a second limiting groove 123 is disposed on a position of the light emitting element 12 corresponding to the limiting tooth 142; the limiting teeth 142 at least extend into the second limiting groove 123 along the axial direction of the sleeve 14, and the widths of the first limiting groove 114 and the second limiting groove 123 along the circumferential direction of the sleeve 14 are larger than the width of the limiting teeth 142 along the circumferential direction of the sleeve 14; in the process of changing the circumferential position of the mounting disk 11 and the sleeve 14, the limiting teeth 142 are located in the second limiting groove 123 or partially located in the second limiting groove 123 and partially located in the first limiting groove 114. It can be understood that the limiting tooth 142 is arranged on one side of the thumb wheel 143 facing the luminescent member 12, the limiting tooth 142 extends into the second limiting groove 123 of the luminescent member 12 or partially extends into the second limiting groove 123 of the luminescent member 12, and the part of the limiting tooth 142 is located in the first limiting groove 114 of the mounting plate 11, and the width of the first limiting groove 114 and the width of the second limiting groove 123 are larger than the width of the limiting tooth 142, so that the sleeve 14 and the mounting plate 11 can circumferentially move within a certain range, and the illumination parameters of the luminescent member 12 can be regulated and controlled.
It should be noted that, since the limiting tooth 142 extends from the dial 143 toward a side close to the mounting surface, it penetrates at least the second limiting groove 123 of the light emitting element 12, and when the extending dimension of the limiting tooth 142 is greater than the thickness of the light emitting element 12, the limiting tooth 142 penetrates through the second limiting groove 123 of the light emitting element 12 and then continues to penetrate into the first limiting groove 114 of the mounting plate 11.
It is important to note that the width of the first and second limiting grooves 114 and 123 along the circumferential direction of the sleeve 14 is greater than the width of the limiting tooth 142 along the circumferential direction of the sleeve 14, and the first and second limiting grooves 114 and 123 function to limit the circumferential rotation between the sleeve 14 and the mounting plate 11 within a certain boundary range, when the limiting tooth 142 abuts against one side boundary, the dial wheel 143 dials the adjusting knob 124 to one side end position of the adjusting range, and when the limiting tooth 142 abuts against the other side boundary, the dial wheel 143 dials the adjusting knob 124 to the other side end position of the adjusting range.
In addition, the first through hole 115 and the second through hole 125 may be respectively disposed on the mounting tray 11 and the light emitting member 12, so that the telecommunication cable of the adjusting knob 124 passes through the mounting tray 11 and the light emitting member 12, and the cable is prevented from shielding or interfering the light emitting surface on the light emitting member 12. In particular, the first through hole 115 and the second through hole 125 may also be provided with a fastening member such as a screw or a bolt to limit the relative position between the light emitting member 12 and the mounting plate 11, thereby avoiding the dislocation between the light emitting member and the mounting plate, and the telecommunication cable of the electronic device such as the adjusting knob 124 may pass through the limiting groove (including the first limiting groove 114 and the second limiting groove 123, at this time, the radial direction of the first limiting groove 114 and the second limiting groove 123 is longer, the centripetal side is used for limiting the limiting teeth 142, and the centrifugal side is used for threading the cable) to pass through the light emitting member 12 and the mounting plate 11.
Referring to fig. 7-9 of the specification and referring to fig. 4, further, the outer side wall of the sleeve 14, which penetrates through one end of the mounting plate 11, is provided with at least one latch 141 extending along the radial direction of the sleeve 14, and the latch 141 and the dial wheel 143 clamp the mounting plate 11 and the light emitting member 12 to define the position of the mounting plate 11 in the axial direction of the sleeve 14. It will be appreciated that the latch 141 is located on the side of the mounting plate 11 remote from the glowing member 12, the thumb wheel 143 is located on the side of the glowing member 12 remote from the mounting plate 11, and the distance between the adjacent faces of the latch 141 and thumb wheel 143 (shown as H in fig. 7) is comparable to the distance between the facing faces of the mounting plate 11 and glowing member 12 (shown as D1 plus D2 when the glowing member 12 is placed against the mounting plate 11; if a gap is left between the glowing member 12 and the mounting plate 11, the sum of the gaps between D1 and D2 and the glowing member 12 and mounting plate 11) to define the position of the mounting plate 11 and glowing member 12 on the sleeve 14.
It should be noted that the fixture block 141 and the dial wheel 143 clamp the mounting plate 11 and the illuminating member 12, and the main implementation manner is that after the fixture block 141 is screwed in place, the fixture block 141 does not pass through the illuminating member 12 or the mounting plate 11 any more, so as to limit the axial positions of the mounting plate 11 and the illuminating member 12, and therefore the width of a single fixture block 141 in the circumferential direction of the sleeve 14 or the sum of the widths of a plurality of fixture blocks 141 in the circumferential direction of the sleeve 14 occupies a central angle smaller than 180 °. Preferably, when two, three or more of the latch 141 are provided, the plurality of latches 141 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the sleeve 14, and the latch 141 passes through the light emitting element 12 and the mounting plate 11 and then is screwed at a certain angle to lock the position of the light emitting element 12 and the mounting plate 11 in the axial direction of the sleeve 14.
Referring to fig. 10 to 13 of the specification and referring to fig. 4, further, a first engaging hole 113 is formed in a position of the mounting plate 11 corresponding to the engaging block 141, and a second engaging hole 122 is formed in a position of the light emitting element 12 corresponding to the engaging block 141; the first clamping hole 113 and the second clamping hole 122 correspond to different circumferential positions of the sleeve 14 so as to define the axial positions of the sleeve 14 and the mounting disc 11; the first engaging hole 113 and the second engaging hole 122 can be adjusted to be aligned to allow the engaging block 141 to pass through when assembling or disassembling the ceiling lamp 1.
It can be understood that, since the fixture block 141 and the dial wheel 143 clamp the mounting plate 11 and the illuminating element 12, but the fixture block 141 needs to pass through the mounting plate 11 and the illuminating element 12, the first clamping hole 113 and the second clamping hole 122 are respectively disposed on the mounting plate 11 and the illuminating element 12, when the lamp needs to be disassembled or assembled, the mounting plate 11 and the illuminating element 12 rotate relatively, so that the first clamping hole 113 and the second clamping hole 122 are aligned, and the fixture block 141 passes through; after the fixture block 141 passes through, the mounting disc 11 and the illuminating element 12 relatively rotate until the first clamping hole 113 and the second clamping hole 122 are staggered, that is, the first clamping hole 113 and the second clamping hole 122 correspond to different circumferential positions of the sleeve 14, so that the fixture block 141 cannot pass through the mounting disc 11 and the illuminating element 12, the axial relative position of the sleeve 14 and the mounting disc 11 is limited, and the ceiling lamp 1 is in a working state.
Furthermore, a position of the mounting plate 11 corresponding to the edge of the light emitting element 12 is provided with a position-limiting element 1121, a position of the light emitting element 12 corresponding to the position-limiting element 1121 is provided with a positioning block 127, and the first position-limiting groove 114 is aligned with the second position-limiting groove 123 when the positioning block 127 abuts against the position-limiting element 1121. It can be understood that the position-limiting members 1121 are used for connecting the light-emitting member 12 with the mounting plate 11, and particularly for circumferentially positioning the light-emitting member 12 with the mounting plate 11, when the positioning blocks 127 on the light-emitting member 12 abut against the corresponding position-limiting members 1121 on the mounting plate 11, the first position-limiting grooves 114 and the second position-limiting grooves 123 are aligned, so that the position-limiting teeth 142 extend into the second position-limiting grooves 123 or partially extend into the second position-limiting grooves 123 and partially extend into the first position-limiting grooves 114, and at the same time, the positions of the first locking holes 113 and the second locking holes 122 are staggered, so as to limit the axial positions of the sleeve 14 and the mounting plate 11.
It can be understood that, a positioning assembly 112 for realizing the connection and positioning of the luminous element 12 and the mounting disc 11 is arranged between the mounting disc 11 and the luminous element 12, and the positioning element and the positioning block are only a part of the positioning assembly 112, and are mainly used for enabling the luminous element 12 and the mounting disc 11 to be at a specific circumferential position, because the first limiting groove 114 is aligned with the second limiting groove 123 after rotating to the position, at this time, if the limiting tooth 142 axially extends to a part which is located in the second limiting groove 123 and a part which is located in the first limiting groove 114, the limiting tooth 142 itself can also reversely enable the luminous element 12 and the mounting disc 11 to be substantially maintained at the specific circumferential position.
Optionally, the positioning assembly 112 may further include other structures, such as a positioning hole 1122 provided at an edge of the mounting plate 11 corresponding to the light emitting element 12 and a notch 128 provided at a position of the light emitting element 12 corresponding to the positioning hole 1122, when the positioning block 127 on the light emitting element 12 abuts against the corresponding blocking element 1121 on the mounting plate 11 (as shown in fig. 11), the positioning hole 1122 is aligned with the notch 128, and if a fastener or other parts are inserted into the positioning hole 1122 and the notch 128, complete determination of the circumferential positions of the light emitting element 12 and the mounting plate 11 can be achieved, even if the limiting tooth 142 only extends into the second limiting groove 123. In addition, when the positioning block 127 on the light emitting element 12 abuts against the corresponding blocking element 1121 on the mounting plate 11, not only the first limiting groove 114 and the second limiting groove 123 are aligned, so that the limiting tooth 142 extends into the second limiting groove 123 or partially extends into the second limiting groove 123 and partially extends into the first limiting groove 114, but also the positions of the first blocking hole 113 and the second blocking hole 122 are staggered to limit the axial position of the sleeve 14 and the mounting plate 11, and the positions of the first through hole 115 and the second enlarged hole are opposite to allow the telecommunication cable of the adjusting knob 124 to pass through.
Referring to the accompanying drawings 12 and 13 of the specification, (referring to fig. 3 to 4 and the foregoing, a person skilled in the art can understand the position of the sleeve 14 relative to the mounting plate 11 and the luminous element 12, so in order to show the hole position relationship, the sleeve 14 is omitted here, but the sleeve 14 will be mentioned in the description) to specifically explain the position relationship, the moving direction, the positioning condition, and the like of the mounting plate 11 and the luminous element 12 during the assembling and disassembling process and when they are combined into a whole:
the light emitting element 12 is placed on the mounting plate 11, the first engaging hole 113 and the second engaging hole 122 are aligned and overlapped, so that the engaging block 141 of the sleeve 14 passes through the light emitting element 12 and the mounting plate 11 from one side of the light emitting element 12, at this time, the engaging element 1121 does not interact with the positioning block 127, the positioning hole 1122 does not interact with the notch 128, the first limiting groove 114 is not aligned with the second limiting groove 123, and the first via hole 115 is not aligned with the second via hole 125.
When the mounting plate 11 and the light emitting element 12 are located between the dial wheel 143 and the latch 141, the light emitting element 12, the sleeve 14 and/or the mounting plate 11 are respectively rotated (in this embodiment, due to the position relationship between the positioning block 127 and the latching element 1121, the light emitting element 12 is rotated relative to the mounting plate 11 in the arrow direction in fig. 12) until the positioning block 127 is latched into the latching element 1121, and the protruding portion abuts against the edge of the latching element 1121, at this time, the first limiting groove 114 is aligned with the second limiting groove 123, and the limiting tooth 142 is located in the second limiting groove 123 or partially located in the second limiting groove 123 and partially located in the first limiting groove 114, so that the sleeve 14 can only circumferentially rotate within a limited range relative to the mounting plate 11 and/or the light emitting element 12. Moreover, the first engaging hole 113 is staggered with the second engaging hole 122, the latch 141 cannot directly pass through the mounting plate 11 or the illuminating member 12, and the dial wheel 143 and the latch 141 limit the positions of the mounting plate 11 and the illuminating member 12 on the sleeve 14; in addition, the first through hole 115 is opposite to the second through hole 125 for the telecommunication cable of the adjusting knob 124 to pass through, and the positioning hole 1122 is opposite to the notch 128.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, and improvements made within the principle of the present invention should be included within the protection scope of the present invention.
