In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the vision device 400 includes:
the first base is connected with the clamping device;
the camera 420 is arranged on the first base; and
the light source 430 is disposed on the first base, and the camera 420 and the light source 430 are respectively disposed on two sides of the clamping channel 100 a.
It will be appreciated that the first base provides the mounting base. The light source 430 is a light source through which the camera 420 passes, and the camera 420 collects image information of the code-sprayed of the object 2000 to analyze whether the code-sprayed content and the position are wrong.
It should be noted that the visual analysis method may adopt the prior art, and is not described herein again.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the first base includes:
a first base body 411, the first base body 411 being connected to the first mounting bracket 110;
a first adjustment motor 412, the first adjustment motor 412 being mounted to the first base body 411;
a first adjusting screw rod connected with an output end of the first adjusting motor 412;
a first adjusting bracket 414, wherein the first adjusting bracket 414 is in threaded connection with the first adjusting screw rod; the camera 420 and the light source unit 430 are spaced apart from each other and disposed on the first adjusting bracket 414.
In this manner, height position adjustability of the camera 420 and the light source unit 430 can be achieved. When the position is adjusted, the first adjusting motor 412 drives the first adjusting screw rod to rotate, and the first adjusting screw rod drives the first adjusting bracket 414 in threaded connection with the first adjusting screw rod to ascend or descend so as to adjust the heights of the camera 420 and the light source element 430 which are mounted on the first adjusting bracket 414, so that the adjustment can be automatically performed during production line model changing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the triggering device 500 includes:
a second base 510, wherein the second base 510 is connected with the clamping device;
the photoelectric sensor 520 is arranged on the second base 510; and
the reflective plate 530 is disposed on the second base 510, and the reflective plate 530 and the photoelectric sensor 520 are respectively located at two sides of the clamping channel 100 a.
It is understood that the second base 510 provides a mounting base. An induction light path is formed between the photoelectric sensor 520 and the reflection plate 530, and when the object 2000 reaches the position of the light path, the photoelectric sensor 520 generates an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the vision device 400, which indicates that the object 2000 to be detected is in place.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the second base 510 includes:
a second base body 511, wherein the second base body 511 is connected with the first mounting frame 110;
a second adjustment motor 512, wherein the second adjustment motor 512 is installed on the second base body 511;
the second adjusting screw rod is connected with the output end of the second adjusting motor 512;
a second adjusting bracket 514, wherein the second adjusting bracket 514 is in threaded connection with the second adjusting screw rod; the photo sensor 520 and the reflection plate 530 are spaced apart from each other and disposed on the second adjustment bracket 514.
In this way, height position adjustability of the photosensor 520 and the reflective plate 530 can be achieved. When the position is adjusted, the second adjusting motor 512 drives the second adjusting screw rod to rotate, and the second adjusting screw rod drives the second adjusting bracket 514 in threaded connection with the second adjusting screw rod to ascend or descend so as to adjust the heights of the camera 420 and the light source 430 which are installed on the second adjusting bracket 514, and the adjusting device can be automatically adjusted when a production line is used for changing models.

Claims (10)

1. A clamping device is characterized by comprising two clamping components which are arranged at intervals; each of the clamping assemblies comprises:
a first mounting bracket;
the first driving piece is mounted on the first mounting frame;
the first transmission assembly is arranged on the first mounting frame and is connected with the output end of the first driving piece; and
the conveyor belt is connected with the first transmission assembly; the first driving part drives the first transmission assembly to rotate so as to drive the conveyor belt to rotate;
the two conveyor belts are arranged at intervals to form a clamping channel for accommodating an object, and one side of each conveyor belt, facing the clamping channel, is used for being abutted to the object.
2. The clamping device of claim 1, wherein each of said first transmission assemblies comprises:
the driving wheel is arranged on the first mounting frame and is connected with the output end of the first driving piece; and
the driven wheel is arranged on the first mounting frame and is arranged at intervals with the driving wheel, and the connecting line direction of the driven wheel and the driving wheel is parallel to the length direction of the first mounting frame;
the conveying belt is rotatably sleeved on the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the driving wheel is used for driving the conveying belt to rotate, and the conveying belt drives the driven wheel to rotate.
3. The clamping device of claim 1, further comprising a tension stop disposed on the first mounting bracket and adjacent to the clamping channel; the tensioning baffle abuts against the inner side face of the conveyor belt.
4. The clamping device of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a pitch assembly, the pitch assembly comprising:
a second driving member;
the second transmission assembly is connected with the output end of the second driving piece; and
the two connecting seats are arranged on the second transmission assembly at intervals; each connecting seat is connected with one first mounting frame;
the second driving piece drives the second transmission assembly to rotate and drives the two connecting seats to mutually approach or separate from each other so as to adjust the distance between the two conveyor belts.

The clamping device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second transmission assembly comprises two first screw rods, the two first screw rods are connected and coaxially arranged, and the thread directions of the two first screw rods are opposite; the output end of the second driving piece is connected with one first screw rod;
each connecting seat is provided with a first threaded hole, and the first screw rod penetrates through the first threaded hole, so that each first screw rod is in threaded connection with one connecting seat.
6. The clamping device of claim 5, wherein the connecting base is further provided with a first guide hole;
the roll adjustment assembly further comprises:
the first screw rod is rotatably connected with the guide seat, and the guide seat is provided with a second guide hole; and
the first guide rod and the first screw rod are arranged in parallel and at intervals, and the first guide rod penetrates through the first guide hole and the second guide hole.
7. The clamping device of claim 6, further comprising an elevation component, wherein the elevation component is connected to the distance adjusting component, and the elevation component drives the distance adjusting component to move so as to drive the clamping component to ascend or descend.
8. The clamping device of claim 7 wherein said guide is provided with a second threaded bore; the axial direction of the second threaded hole and the axial direction of the second guide hole form an included angle;
the height-adjusting component comprises:
a third driving member; and
the second screw rod is connected with the output end of the third driving piece and penetrates through the second threaded hole, so that the second screw rod is in threaded connection with the guide seat;
the third driving piece drives the second screw rod to rotate so as to drive the guide seat to ascend or descend.
9. The clamping device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the guide base further has a third guide hole, the height-adjusting assembly further includes a second guide rod, the second guide rod is parallel to and spaced from the second lead screw, and the second guide rod is inserted into the third guide hole.
10. A code spraying mechanism, characterized in that the code spraying mechanism comprises the clamping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
