A guiding and positioning structure capable of guiding the trimmer 2 to be positioned at the first position, the second position and the third position is further arranged between the trimmer 2 and the shaver body 1, the structure can provide a user with a click-and-click feeling, so that the user can conveniently identify whether the trimmer 2 reaches a position for opening the shaver body 1 or the trimmer 2 or not, and can conveniently operate the trimmer 2 to accurately reach the corresponding position; the guiding and positioning structure comprises a guide rail 212 longitudinally arranged on the base 21 and a guiding protrusion 32 arranged at the position of the shell 3 corresponding to the guide rail 212, the guide rail 212 can slide along the guiding protrusion 32 under the driving of the trimmer 2, two pairs of positioning protrusions (216,217) which are arranged in a pairwise corresponding manner and respectively correspond to the third position and the second position are arranged on two side walls of the guide rail 212 at intervals, and concave parts 321 suitable for the positioning protrusions (216,217) which are arranged in a pairwise corresponding manner to be clamped are formed on two sides of the guiding protrusion 32; the guide projection 32 is integrally formed with the housing 3.
Two pairs of first positioning protrusions 216 and two pairs of second positioning protrusions 217 which are correspondingly arranged on two side walls of the guide rail 212 at intervals, the first positioning protrusions 216 are matched with the concave portions 321 to position a third position, and the second positioning protrusions 217 are matched with the concave portions 321 to position a second position.
When the trimmer 2 moves, the guide rail 212 is driven to move upwards or downwards, the guide protrusion 32 is fixed on the housing 3, the guide rail 212 moves up and down along the guide protrusion 32, and the positioning protrusions (216,217) are clamped into the concave part 321 for positioning. The positioning protrusions (216,217) on the guide rail 212 are matched with the concave parts 321 on two sides of the guide protrusion 32, so that the trimmer 2 can be accurately positioned to the first position, the third position and the second position, and has obvious click feeling, and the user is helped to clearly position the corresponding position, and operation errors are avoided.
The two side walls of the guide rail 212 have certain elasticity, and the guide rail 212 can expand outwards when the positioning protrusions (216,217) move along the two sides of the guide protrusion 32; the base 21 is provided with a mounting groove 214, two guide members 215 arranged in parallel are fixed at one end of the mounting groove 214 and extend to the other end along the longitudinal direction of the mounting groove 214 to form the guide rail 212, the two guide members 215 are respectively bent towards two side walls at the other end of the mounting groove 214 and connected with the two side walls, and the guide rail 212 can be elastically opened and closed at the other end close to the mounting groove 214.
In the above structure, the guide rail 212 has elasticity, and in the moving process of the guide rail 212, the guide rail 212 can be tightly attached to two sides of the guide protrusion 32, and the positioning protrusions (216,217) can be ensured to be clamped into the concave part 321, and can be separated from the concave part 321 after being subjected to a certain pushing force, so that the trimmer 2 is prevented from being easily moved to cause misoperation, and can be elastically opened and closed without affecting the movement of the trimmer 2.
The guide rail 212 is provided with a stationary groove 218 above the first positioning protrusion 216, and the stationary groove is suitable for the guide protrusion 32 to be placed in for positioning the first position; when the guide projection 32 is within the rest slot 218, the trimmer 2 is in the first position.
The spacing between adjacent positioning protrusions (216,217) is smaller than the length dimension of the guide protrusion 32; this structure can prevent the guide protrusion 32 from being trapped between the first positioning protrusion 216 and the second positioning protrusion 217, which may cause a positioning error, and the trimmer 2 is not moved to the corresponding position, so that the trimmer 2 cannot be normally started, which may result in a poor use experience.
The guide projection 32 also comprises a convex part 322 which is arranged at two ends of the concave part 321 and can pass through a channel formed by the positioning projections (216,217) which are correspondingly arranged in pairs; the guide projection 32 is shaped like an '8'; the surface of the guide protrusion 32 is smooth, so that the guide protrusion 32 can move in the guide rail 212 conveniently,
the housing 3 is provided with a groove 31, the trimmer 2 moves in the groove 31, and a limiting structure for limiting the movement of the trimmer 2 is arranged between the groove 31 and the trimmer 2; the limiting structure comprises limiting grooves 33 arranged on the groove walls at two sides of the groove 31, and limiting bulges 224 which are arranged at the positions of the trimmer 2 corresponding to the limiting grooves 33 and can slide in the limiting grooves 33; the length of the limiting groove 33 is not less than the distance that the trimmer 2 can move relative to the housing 3, when the trimmer 2 is located at the first position, the limiting bulge 224 is located at or near the bottom end of the limiting groove 33, and the trimmer 2 abuts against the bottom of the groove 31; when the trimmer 2 is located at the second position, the limiting protrusion 224 is connected with the top end of the limiting groove 33.
As shown in fig. 4, the groove 31 is "U" shaped.
The engagement of the stopper projection 224 with the stopper groove 33 and the recess 31 restricts the moving distance of the trimmer 2 and fixes the trimmer 2 to the housing 3, thereby preventing the trimmer 2 from being easily removed.
Example 2
The trimmer 2 moves on the housing 3 and has two positions relative to the housing 3, including a first position in which the trimmer 2 is separated from the swinging member 11 and the shaver body 1 and the trimmer 2 are in a closed state and are not in operation; in the second position, the swing link 24 is connected to the swing member 11, and the shaver body 1 and the trimmer 2 are in the opened state and operate normally.
The rails 211 include a first rail 2111 disposed parallel to the lateral direction of the base 21 for allowing the moving protrusion 41 to be placed therein when the trimmer 2 is in the first position, a second rail 2112 connected at an angle to the first rail 2111 for allowing the moving protrusion 41 to enter therein from the first rail 2111 when the trimmer 2 is brought into the second position; in the first position, the moving protrusion 41 is in the first track, and in the second position, the moving protrusion is in the second track 2112.
A guiding and positioning structure capable of guiding the trimmer 2 to be positioned to a first position and a second position is further arranged between the trimmer 2 and the shaver body 1; the guiding and positioning structure comprises a guide rail 212 longitudinally arranged on the base 21 and a guiding protrusion 32 arranged at the position of the housing 3 corresponding to the guide rail 212, the guide rail 212 can slide along the guiding protrusion 32 under the driving of the trimmer 2, a pair of positioning protrusions 216 correspondingly arranged and corresponding to the second position are arranged on two side walls of the guide rail 212 at intervals, and concave portions 321 suitable for the positioning protrusions 216 to be clamped in are formed on two sides of the guiding protrusion 32.
When the trimmer 2 is moved from the first position to the second position, the guide rail 212 slides up along the guide projection 32, the concave portion 321 of the guide projection 32 slides out of the stationary groove 218 to be engaged with the positioning projection 216, and the trimmer 2 is positioned to the second position.

1. A guiding and positioning structure of an electric shaver trimmer is characterized in that the guiding and positioning structure is arranged between a trimmer (2) and a shaver body (1) of the electric shaver to position at least two positions of the trimmer (2) relative to the shaver body (1), and comprises a guide rail (213) arranged on a base (21) of the trimmer (2), a guiding protrusion (32) which is arranged at a position of a shell (3) of the shaver body (1) relative to the guide rail (213) and can slide along the guide rail (213) to enable the trimmer (2) to change between the at least two positions, at least one pair of positioning protrusions which correspond to each other and correspond to at least one position are arranged at intervals on two side walls of the guide rail (213), and two sides of the guiding protrusion (32) are provided with a concave part suitable for the positioning protrusions which correspond to each other to be clamped into the trimmer (2) to be positioned at the at least one position (321).

The structure of claim 1, wherein the base (21) is provided with a mounting groove (214), two guide members (215) arranged in parallel are fixed to one end of the mounting groove (214) and are respectively bent toward and connected to two side walls to form the guide rail (213) extending along the longitudinal direction of the mounting groove (214) to the other end, and the guide rail (213) is elastically openable and closable near the other end of the mounting groove (214).

The guide positioning structure of an electric razor trimmer according to claim 1, wherein the trimmer (2) has a first position closing the razor body (1) and the trimmer (2) with respect to the housing (3), a second position actuating the razor body (1) and the trimmer (2), and a third position actuating the razor body (1) and closing the trimmer (2), the third position being intermediate the first and second positions.

A guide positioning structure of an electric shaver trimmer according to claim 3, wherein two pairs of first positioning protrusions (216) and second positioning protrusions (217) are spaced from both side walls of the guide rail (213) and are arranged correspondingly, the first positioning protrusions (216) are engaged with the recesses (321) to position the third position, and the second positioning protrusions (217) are engaged with the recesses (321) to position the second position.

The guiding and positioning structure of an electric shaver trimmer as set forth in claim 4, wherein the guide rail (213) above the first positioning projection (216) is provided with a stationary groove (218) adapted for the guide projection (32) to be placed in for positioning the first position.
6. The guide positioning structure of an electric razor trimmer according to claim 4, wherein the spacing between adjacent positioning projections is smaller than the length dimension of the guide projection (32).
7. The structure of claim 1, wherein said guide projections (32) further comprise protruding portions (322) provided at both ends of said recessed portion (321) and capable of forming a passage by said positioning projections provided in correspondence with each other.
8. The guide positioning structure of an electric razor trimmer according to claim 7, wherein the guide projection (32) has an 8-shape.
9. The guiding and positioning structure of an electric shaver trimmer according to claim 1, wherein the housing (3) is provided with a groove (31), the trimmer (2) moves in the groove (31), and a limiting structure for limiting the movement of the trimmer (2) is provided between the groove (31) and the trimmer (2).

The guiding and positioning structure of an electric shaver trimmer as set forth in claim 9, wherein said stopper structure comprises stopper grooves (33) provided on both side groove walls of said recess (31), and stopper projections (224) provided at positions of said trimmer (2) opposite to said stopper grooves (33) and slidable in said stopper grooves (33).
