Description

本实用新型涉及一种饮食方面用的保温器皿，尤其涉及一种安全便携保温器皿，可作为便携保温杯、保温瓶及保温桶。
现有的保温（保冷或保热）器具大致分两种：一种采用双层抽真空玻璃内胆再包防护外壳；另一种采用陶瓷或塑料等作内胆而外壳是隔热的塑料。前者抗拉、抗压及防震性能差，容易碎裂和爆炸；后者虽然使用寿命长，但保温性能不高。因此对野外作业人员、汽车司机、外出旅游者等经常流动的人们来说，目前尚无理想的便携饮食保温器皿。然而，当今社会，流动性职业日渐增多，人们迫切需要一种安全便携的饮食保温器皿。
本实用新型的目的是克服已有技术缺点，提供一种防爆、防震、保温性能好的用于饮食的器皿。
本实用新型是这样实现的。
本实用新型由盖、内胆、外壳、隔热垫、防震垫等组成。内胆采用双层无毒金属材料，内抽真空，并加以密封。根据热传导理论，热量有三种传递方式，即对流、传导和辐射。内胆抽真空阻断了对流，而且采用热辐射指数小、热传导性能低的金属材料，从而使内胆里边的食品、饮料与外界的热传递几乎隔绝，保温性能不亚于传统的玻璃胆保温器皿。内胆又是金属材料的，可克服玻璃材料易碎的缺点，而且金属系塑性材料，在不断强烈震动下，本金属内胆承受热水部分汽化所产生高压的能力优于玻璃内胆，防爆性能好，适合在快速行驶的车辆等场合下使用。此外，用一筒状塑料外壳，包在上述内胆外面其上颈部口小且有外螺纹，肩部紧套一无毒环状橡皮垫圈；外壳下端有内螺纹与底座连接，底座上的防震垫紧压在内胆底部，起到防震作用；外壳外圆上半部位可安装一只耳朵钩，以便于将器皿紧挂在任何物体上；盖有内螺纹旋入外壳颈部并紧压在橡皮垫圈上，防止水漏出，盖与外壳顶部之间有一塞头，主要起密封保温作用。
本实用新型显著优点是：
1、由于采用无毒金属夹层真空内胆，保温时间长达6～7小时，而且防碎防爆性能好，便于携带，适合在车辆快速行驶等场合使用；
2、器皿的衔接处采用了非导热性、弹性高的零件，本实用新型防震性能也很高；
3、可以作为茶杯、暖水瓶、保温杯。

实施例1.本实用新型由内胆（1）、外壳（2）、盖（3）、隔热垫、防震垫等组成，内胆（1）是双层无毒金属材料，层间抽真空后密封。
实施例2.本实用新型结构与实施例1基本相同，所述内胆（1）采用不锈钢材料。
实施例3.本实用新型结构与实施例1、2基本相同，呈圆筒状的塑料外壳（2）包在内胆（1）外面，其上颈部口小且有外螺纹，肩部紧套一无毒环状橡皮垫圈（4）；外壳（2）下端部有内螺纹与底座（7）连接，底座（7）上的防震垫（6）紧压在内胆（1）底部；盖（3）有内螺纹旋入外壳（2）颈部并压紧在橡皮垫圈（4）上，盖（3）与外壳（2）顶部之间有一防止漏水的塞头（5）；外壳（2）外圆上半部位安有一耳朵挂钩（8）。

1、一种饮食方面用的安全便携保温器皿，系由内胆、外壳、盖、底座、防震垫等组成，其特征在于内胆(1)采用双层无毒金属材料，层间抽真空后被密封。
2、根据权利要求1所述的安全便携保温器皿，其特征在于内胆采用不锈钢材料。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的安全便携保温器皿，其特征在于呈圆筒状的塑料外壳（2）包在内胆（1）外面，其上颈部口小且有外螺纹，肩部紧套一无毒环状橡皮垫圈（4），盖（3）有内螺纹与外壳（2）颈部外螺纹连接并压紧在垫圈（4）上，盖（3）内与外壳（2）顶部有一防止漏水的塞头（5）；外壳（2）下端部位有内螺纹与底座（7）螺纹连接，底座（7）上的防震垫（6）紧压在内胆（1）底部；外壳（1）上半部外圆处有一耳朵钩（8）。
