Claims (6)

1. A cleaning machine for an automobile glass rupture membrane comprises a rack (1), a first roller conveyor (2), an upper and lower surface spraying and cleaning device (3), an upper and lower surface cleaning device (35) and a second roller conveyor (4), wherein the first roller conveyor (2), the upper and lower surface spraying and cleaning device (3), the upper and lower surface cleaning device (35) and the second roller conveyor (4) are linearly and sequentially arranged on the rack (1), and the cleaning machine is characterized in that the upper and lower surface cleaning device (35) comprises a fixed support (5), an upper surface cleaning device (6) and a lower surface cleaning device (7);
the fixed bracket (5) is erected on the frame (1);
the upper surface cleaning device (6) is arranged at the upper end of the fixed support (5), and the upper surface cleaning device (6) comprises a first wiping mechanism (8) and a first wastewater collecting mechanism (9);
the lower surface cleaning device (7) is arranged at the lower end of the fixed support (5), and the lower surface cleaning device (7) comprises a second wiping mechanism (10) and a second wastewater collecting mechanism (11);
the first wiping mechanism (8) and the second wiping mechanism (10) are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the fixed bracket (5) in a mirror image manner;
the first wastewater collecting mechanism (9) and the second wastewater collecting mechanism (11) are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the fixed support (5) in a vertically corresponding manner.

The cleaning machine for the automobile glass rupture disk as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first wiping mechanism (8) and the second wiping mechanism (10) each comprise a first servo motor (12), a second servo motor (13), a first fixing plate (14), a bearing seat (15), a rotating arm (16), a rotating plate (17) and a cleaning sponge (18);
the first fixing plate (14) is arranged in the fixing bracket (5) in a crossing manner;
the bearing seats (15) are provided with a pair and are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the first fixing plate (14);
the rotating arm (16) is arranged between the two bearing blocks (15), and the lower end of the rotating arm (16) is rotatably connected with the two bearing blocks (15) through a first rotating shaft;

the rotating plate (17) is transversely arranged at one end, far away from the first fixing plate (14), of the rotating arm (16) in a turnover mode, two ends of the rotating plate (17) are rotatably connected with two sides of the upper end of the rotating arm (16) through a second rotating shaft, the rotating plate (17) is of a rectangular plate structure, and the length of the rotating plate (17) is equal to the width of an automobile glass explosion-proof membrane;
the cleaning sponge (18) is transversely adhered to the side wall of the rotating plate (17), and the length of the cleaning sponge (18) is the same as that of the rotating plate (17);
the second servo motor (13) is arranged on one side of the rotating arm (16) close to the rotating plate (17), and the output end of the second servo motor (13) is in transmission connection with one end of the second rotating shaft.
