Referring to fig. 1, in one or more embodiments, the present disclosure provides a medical instrument sterilization case, which includes a case body 100, a housing mechanism 200, a sterilization mechanism 300 and a circulation mechanism 400, wherein the case body 100 includes a chamber 101, a case cover 102 and a bracket 103, a left end of the case cover 102 is hinged to the chamber 101, the case cover 102 is connected with a handle 108, the case cover 102 is opened by the handle 108, a mounting slot 104 is formed in the chamber 101, and the bracket 103 is slidably mounted in the chamber 101; the receiving mechanism 200 comprises a mounting rod 201 and a partition plate 202, wherein both ends of the mounting rod 201 are detachably connected to the bracket 103, the partition plate 202 is detachably connected to the mounting rod 201, and the partition plate 202 is configured to place medical equipment; the disinfection mechanism 300 comprises an ultraviolet lamp light source plate 301 and an air inlet pipeline 302, the medical instrument is subjected to ultraviolet disinfection through the ultraviolet lamp light source plate 301, the ultraviolet lamp light source plate 301 is detachably connected in the installation groove 104, the medical instrument is subjected to gas disinfection through the air inlet pipeline 302, the air inlet pipeline 302 is detachably connected in the cavity 101, when the disinfection mechanism is specifically arranged, a plurality of air outlet holes are formed in the air inlet pipeline 302 and are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the air inlet pipeline 302, and the disinfection gas can be at least one of ozone, ethylene oxide, formaldehyde, propylene glycol, glycerol or peracetic acid steam; the circulation mechanism 400 includes a first baffle 401, a second baffle 402, and a third baffle 403, the first baffle 401 being attached to the bottom inside the chamber 101, the second baffle 402 being attached to the inner sidewall of the chamber 101, and the third baffle 403 being detachably attached to the frame 103.
In one or more embodiments, the medical device disinfection device further comprises a mounting structure 500, the mounting structure 500 comprises a pressure bearing frame 501, a sliding groove 502 is formed in the mounting rod 201, the pressure bearing frame 501 is slidably mounted in the sliding groove 502, one end of the pressure bearing frame 501 is fixedly mounted on two sides of the partition board 202 through welding, and the partition board 202 is mounted on the mounting rod 201 again after the medical device is placed on the partition board 202 through the arrangement of the pressure bearing frame 501 and the sliding groove 502, so that a medical device disinfection person can take down the partition board 202 on the support 103, and the operation of the disinfection person is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the number of the first baffles 401 is two, and two first baffles 401 are respectively connected to two sides of the bottom in the chamber 101, the number of the second baffles 402 is two, and two second baffles 402 are respectively connected to the inner side wall of the chamber 101, the shape of the first baffles 401 is a combined shape of an arc plate and a straight plate, the sterilizing gas is introduced into the chamber 101 through the gas inlet pipe 302 and is blocked by the first baffles 401 to move upwards along two sides of the chamber 101, the shape of the second baffles 402 is an arc shape, the sterilizing gas moves into the bracket 103 along the second baffles 402 after being blocked by the second baffles 402, the sterilizing gas is blocked by the third baffles after penetrating the baffle 202, the shape of the third baffles 403 is an arc shape, a part of the sterilizing gas moves along two ends of the third baffles 403, and a part of the sterilizing gas returns along the original path, wherein the gas moving along two ends of the third baffles 403 is mixed with the gas introduced through the gas inlet pipe 302, continuing to achieve the above steps and increasing the utilization of the sterilizing gas, the specific working principle of the first baffle 401, the second baffle 402 and the third baffle 403 is to use the coanda effect.
In some embodiments, an outlet pipe 105 is connected to the chamber 101, the outlet pipe 105 is configured to discharge gas in the chamber 101, a negative pressure device may be disposed on the outlet pipe 105, so as to discharge the sterilizing gas in the chamber 101 to a designated container or other devices, and meanwhile, the temperature in the chamber 101 may be led out through the outlet pipe 105, so as to achieve an effect of cooling the inside of the chamber 101.
In some embodiments, a plurality of heating pipes are inserted into the mounting rod 201, and the partition plate 202 is a heat conducting plate, in the specific implementation process, since the disinfection mechanism 300 provided by the present disclosure uses disinfection gas for disinfection, water drops or water flow may be formed in the chamber 101, and then the medical device may be exposed to moisture, and the heat of the heating pipes can be transferred to the partition plate 202 by heating the heating pipes and utilizing the heat conductivity of the partition plate 202, so as to dry the medical device.
In some embodiments, the support 103 is connected with handles 106, the support 103 slides in the cavity 101 through the handles 106, the number of the handles 106 is two, the two handles 106 are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the support 103, the support 103 is pulled out of the cavity 101 or the support 103 is fed into the cavity 101 through the handles 106, meanwhile, the handles 106 are made of a material with heat insulation, a plurality of through holes 107 are formed in the support 103, two ends of the mounting rack can be inserted into the through holes 107, or the through holes 107 are bolt holes, the mounting rack is fixed on the support 103 through bolts, meanwhile, the number of the mounting rack and the partition plate 202 can be determined according to the specific situation of the medical equipment, and a plurality of accommodating mechanisms 200 or at least one accommodating mechanism 200 can be arranged.

7. The medical instrument sterilization case of claim 1, wherein the bracket defines a plurality of through holes.
8. The medical instrument sterilization case of claim 1, further comprising an automated control assembly comprising a control panel coupled to the case cover.
9. The medical instrument sterilization case of claim 1, wherein a pull handle is attached to the case cover.
10. The medical instrument sterilization case of claim 1, wherein a self-locking universal wheel is connected to the chamber, the self-locking universal wheel configured to move the case.
