Further, the partition positioning device may be disposed at a position capable of detecting the partition positioning of one or more partitions in front of the shelf, such as: any location where the entry or approach of a person can be sensed/detected, such as on a divider of each section located in front of the shelf, and/or on the bottom and/or top of each section of the shelf, etc. The partition positioning device comprises: a radio frequency activator and/or a radio frequency antenna; or, a radio frequency activator and/or a radio frequency antenna for identifying the identity information of the person entering the subarea, and an ultrasonic device for identifying the distance between the person entering the subarea and the shelf. One implementation includes an ultrasound device such as: the ultrasonic device is arranged on the multifunctional layer plate of each subarea or the shelf of each subarea, and can detect the position of a surrounding object, mainly a human body; the RF equipment can judge the person information, namely who is nearby, namely the card reader can determine the person nearby, and then the ultrasonic device can be used for judging the position between the person and the shelf and determining the distance between the person and the shelf, so that the information is combined to be provided for the control device to make auxiliary judgment.
In one embodiment, the partition positioning device may also be implemented by positioning and acquiring coordinates in an electronic map constructed in the whole physical space. For example, an electronic map is constructed in a physical space environment where an unmanned warehouse/supermarket/store/wholesale city is located, one or more acquisition points are arranged at specified coordinate positions, and one or more monitoring areas are calibrated by using various geometric shapes correspondingly. Each acquisition point at least comprises a rough positioning acquisition device and a precise positioning acquisition device, one or more rough positioning acquisition devices can be arranged at a high position and one or more precise positioning acquisition devices can be arranged at a low position in the horizontal coordinate xy of each acquisition point, namely, the rough positioning acquisition devices and the precise positioning acquisition devices are arranged at different points of the longitudinal coordinate z of the same horizontal coordinate xy position. These devices are specifically set up, for example: the system can be arranged on a goods shelf or any physical structure device (such as a separating device, a display device, an audio device, a multifunctional laminate and the like) around the goods shelf, namely, an acquisition point can be arranged at any part with a physical structure in the area of an unmanned warehouse/unmanned supermarket/store place/wholesale market and the like; each acquisition point has a rough positioning acquisition device and a precise positioning acquisition device, and the two devices are installed on the vertical line of the same horizontal coordinate xy and do not overlap, and/or if the rough positioning acquisition device and the precise positioning acquisition device are of non-omnidirectional 360-degree type, the acquisition directions of the rough positioning acquisition device and the precise positioning acquisition device are consistent, and/or the direction of the precise positioning acquisition device is taken as the standard during installation, and the effective acquisition ranges of the rough positioning acquisition device and the precise positioning acquisition device are ensured to cover or surround the corresponding monitoring area, and/or more acquisition points are more densely arranged for the monitoring area where more measured objects can appear. Coarse positioning acquisition devices such as: RFID card reader range unit, UWB range unit, WIFI range unit, bluetooth range unit one or several kinds. Accurate positioning acquisition devices such as: one or more of an ultrasonic device, an infrared wave device, a binocular visible light device, a millimeter wave device and a laser radar device.
Thus, according to the identity ID of the person or object entering or exiting the electronic map, the rough location information and the ranging distance information determined by the precise location acquisition device, which are determined by the rough location acquisition device, the multipoint location algorithm combines with the coordinate data to simply and efficiently determine the actual precise location of the person or object (i.e. the monitored or detected object) entering or exiting the electronic map and the monitoring area where the person or object is located, and further determine the authority of the objects through the server of the central control center associated and communicating with the location acquisition devices, such as whether the person or object can enter or exit the area, whether the person or object needs to be alarmed, whether the person or object needs to identify the behavior executed in the monitoring area through identity identification: choosing, placing and the like. Therefore, multi-target positioning or multi-person positioning of the unmanned warehouse/supermarket/marketplace can be realized, and identification and permission determination are carried out.
Further, the length of time for which the article sterilizing device performs sterilization of articles is preset.
Further, the status indicator lamp is installed in the form of an LED lamp strip (lamp sheet) and prompts the status of the multifunctional laminate where the status indicator lamp is located, and the status indicator lamp also comprises an alarm status and the like besides ordinary prompts. The states for prompting include: green is in normal state, yellow is simultaneously flickered to show that a plurality of persons enter the state, and red is in abnormal pause state. And when the goods states prompted by the state indicating lamps of all the multifunctional laminates in the subarea are the same, the state of the subarea is prompted at the same time.
Furthermore, the intelligent display tag is an electronic display screen such as an electronic ink screen, an LED screen and an LCD screen, and displays the name, the quantity, the unit price, the total price and/or other interactive information of the corresponding goods in real time.
In one embodiment, one or more storage devices may also be provided that are removably mounted and/or removably placed on the upper/uppermost surface of the floor of the multi-functional tier; each storage device can store the same type of goods in a centralized manner, or can store different goods in single weight and distinguish the goods; and an intelligent display label for a person to view can be arranged in front of each storage device.
Wherein, storage device specifically includes: the multifunctional layer plate is placed on the upper surface of the multifunctional layer plate through the force transmission structure, the weight sensor can sense the position of weight change of goods, and specifically, the force transmission structure is placed on the weight sensor installed on the upper surface (such as the uppermost layer of the bottom plate) of the multifunctional layer plate. The weight sensor senses the weight change of goods in the storage device and sends a sensed signal to the weighing and collecting unit so as to identify the goods taking/placing behavior; the storage unit has an adjustable shape and size.
The weighing and collecting unit is a packaged integrated circuit board and is provided with a plurality of interfaces; connecting the weight sensors on a plurality of the multi-functional laminates; the sensed signals identifying the weight change transmitted by the weight sensor (e.g., weight change data) are collected and transmitted to a zone control unit in a control device.
Furthermore, the subarea control unit comprises a micro host which is connected with the weighing acquisition units corresponding to one or more subareas, the interaction control module of the control device and the subarea positioning device and receives and processes data to control the interaction of the subareas; the subarea display connected with the subarea control unit is controlled to display the related information and the state of the subarea goods including interactive shopping information (such as advertisement display, goods maintenance information and lower hardware equipment information) and/or goods weight abnormal change alarm; the partition control unit is connected with a central control unit of the unmanned intelligent supermarket, uploads data and receives instructions.
In one embodiment, the partition device is a metal side net and is arranged on two sides of each partition; the subarea positioning device comprises a radio frequency activator and a radio frequency antenna; the partition device and the partition positioning device are arranged on a bearing frame of the goods shelf. In addition, the radio frequency activator can be arranged in the inner part or the back part of the bearing frame and at a position which is not visible to people, and the radio frequency antenna is arranged at any position of the bearing frame where people can be sensed.
In one embodiment, one or more visual acquisition devices are installed on the subarea display and/or the separating device, and images such as images or videos of goods and persons entering the subarea where the visual acquisition devices are located can be transmitted to the subarea control unit; the subarea status display lamps which are arranged at any positions which can be observed in each subarea are connected and controlled by the subarea control unit, such as: and the partition state display lamps are arranged on the partition devices on two sides of each partition. Further, the partition state display lamp is an LED lamp strip or a lamp piece, different states corresponding to the whole partition are prompted through different colors of the lamp strip or the lamp piece, and the different states comprise alarm states. Specifically, the different states include: green for normal status, yellow for attention multiple person entry status, red for abnormal pause status, etc.
Further, the partition control unit and the interactive control module in the weighing and collecting unit and the control device, the partition positioning device and the partition display can be installed on a bearing frame of the shelf; the bearing frame is compatible with a shelf of a general supermarket.
In one embodiment, the supermarket where the shelves of the present invention are located enters and exits people through a specific gate system, which is described in example 3 below of the gate system of the intelligent unmanned smart supermarket having shelves of the present invention.

The structure and implementation of the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 3 by taking the application scenario of the intelligent unmanned smart supermarket as an example.
In one embodiment, various personnel, such as primarily purchasing personnel, may enter an unmanned smart supermarket having a shelf based on zone location through a gate system as in example 3 below.
In one embodiment, the front of the shelf is the front of the shelf. Specifically, the shelf is improved on the basis of the existing common supermarket shelf, and the front side of the shelf refers to the side of the shelf facing various personnel and being capable of seeing the goods, or the side showing the goods on the shelf. Personnel include, but are not limited to, purchasers (buyers/shoppers), workers managing items, people passing by to see items on shelves, and the like.
In one embodiment, the shelf has a load-bearing frame 1011, including the back (back/back) of the shelf, which may be a support plate structure with air holes or mounting holes. The shelves are not limited to a multi-layer shelf mode and a ground pile mode of the supermarket, and are assembled and arranged according to actual needs (including sales and/or display needs) of the supermarket.
Further, on the carrying frame 1011, a multi-function layer 1016, a weighing and collecting unit 1018, a control device (including an interactive control module 1022 and a partition control unit 1019), a partition positioning device (including a radio frequency activator 1014 and a radio frequency antenna 1015), an output device (including a partition display) 1027, and/or a partition device 1012, etc. are mounted, and in the case of an application scenario of an unmanned smart supermarket, the carrying frame 1011 may be compatible with a universal supermarket shelf. Wherein, can install multi-functional plywood through modes such as spout, draw-in groove, buckle, removable screw. Wherein the control device may be mounted in a location not visible to non-maintenance equipment personnel, such as behind a backplane. In one embodiment, the front area of the shelf is divided into at least one or more sections by a dividing means. The front area of the goods shelf is a shopping subarea, the identity of personnel in the subarea is automatically identified and goods taking/placing behaviors are automatically identified through subarea positioning and weight sensing technologies, corresponding response and prompt are carried out, and intelligent disinfection and temporary tracking of goods are realized. The area in front of the shelf may be divided into at least one or more sub-areas 1013 by providing a dividing means 1012, whereby the area in front of the shelf is divided into one or more shopping sub-areas.
Further, the spacers 1012 may include a plurality of spacer baffles. In one example, the distance between two adjacent spacers/partition boards can be half a meter to two meters, preferably 0.5-1 meter, 1-1.5 meters or 1.5-2 meters. Further, the height of each spacer/baffle can be set to be higher than the height of the goods, such as 0.03-0.1 meter or 0.1-0.5 meter or 0.5-0.8 meter. Further, the spacer/baffle is installed on both sides of each partition 1013, so that each partition forms a separate three-dimensional space. Still further, the spacer/baffle may be a metal mesh, specifically, a metal side mesh shape, a glass side plate shape, a glass/metal rail/fence shape, etc., installed on both sides of each partition, as shown in fig. 1 as a mesh-shaped baffle. Still further, a door of the partitioning device, a virtual door or a physical door, an automatic switch, may be provided. The door may be configured with zoned position detection, infrared or person ID chip identification to determine door opening and closing.
Further, there are partition status indication means, such as partition status display lamps 1025, mounted on the partition 1012 on both sides of each partition 1013. The section status display lights 1025 may include LED lights, such as arranged as LED strips or sheets, or other light emitting devices, preferably disposed, for example, around the edge of the divider, or in or over the middle of the divider. This LED lamp area or piece or other light emitting equipment can show the light of different colours and instruct different states, even cooperate different flicker frequency to instruct different states, specifically for example: green is a normal state, yellow indicates a state where a plurality of persons are noticed, and red is an abnormal suspended state. The red abnormally-paused state may represent an alarm state and may be coordinated with a display content alarm state (or voice/audio alarm state) on an output device such as interactive, segmented display 1027 (or voice device). The normal state may be, for example, a specific shopping state (development of shopping, suspension of shopping, discount, maintenance), or the like. One embodiment of a scene for an unmanned smart supermarket includes: different colors are displayed by the LED strip, strip or other light emitting device to indicate that the corresponding shopping partition 1013 or multi-function tier 1016 or storage 1020 is in a different state. For example: when the partition 1013 or shelf 1016 or storage 1020 is in a normal state, the light bar displays green to remind the purchaser of normal shopping; when multiple persons enter the bay 1013 or the shelves 1016 or storage 1020 (e.g., multiple persons crowd a bay, multiple persons pick up items near a storage, multiple persons pick up items near the same multi-function shelf, etc.), the light bar displays a yellow color to alert the purchaser that confusion, errors, multiple persons purchasing, etc. may occur; when an anomaly occurs in a section 1013 or shelf 1016 or depository 1020, the light bar displays a red color to alert the purchaser that the section 1013 or shelf 1016 or depository 1020 has been locked, suspend service, and also notify the supermarket of the attendant/attendant (e.g., a display to display an alarm or an audio alert with a voice device). The display color of the LED strip indicating the zone status may also be controlled by the interactive control module 1022 and/or the zone control unit 1019. This embodiment is mainly performed by the partition control unit 1019.
In one embodiment, there is also an output device 1027 installed in each partition, the output device includes an interactive partition display and/or an interactive partition voice device 1027, the partition display and/or interactive partition voice device 1027 is connected with the control device, and is mainly connected with the partition control unit 1019 in the control device to control its display and/or control its sound/audio/voice interaction with the person in the partition 1013. Specific examples thereof include: the zone control unit 1019 controls the display of various related information and status related to the item on the zone display 1027, including but not limited to alarms such as shopping information display, and/or abnormal change in weight of the item; and/or the partition control unit 1019 controls various related information and states related to the goods, such as voice/audio, of the partition voice device 1027, including but not limited to alarms, such as voice feedback of shopping information, and/or abnormal change in weight of goods, etc. Further, the alarm state of the output device may be displayed simultaneously or may be notified by voice/sound when an abnormal change is detected by the divisional state display lamps 1025 and the indication state device 1023 mounted on the multi-function layer board.
In one embodiment, there are also one or more vision capture devices 1026. The vision capture device 1026 can be located on any one or more of the shelves at any location where the images of the person in section 1013 can be captured. Such as: and a visual acquisition device 1026 installed on the partition display and/or the partition device 1012 acquires an entering image or video of goods and persons in the partition 1013 and transmits the entering image or video to a partition control unit 1019 arranged in the control device.
Further, the visual capturing device 1026 may be one or more known cameras, etc. for capturing various image information such as images or videos through the cameras and transmitting the information to the partition control unit 1019 when a person enters the partition 1013 or the weight of the goods changes.
In one embodiment, a partition positioning device is provided for performing partition positioning detection on persons entering and exiting each partition. Specifically, each compartment 1013 has a compartment positioning device (including an rf activator 1014 and an rf antenna 1015) disposed therein. The two can be installed separately, for example: the rf activator 1014 is mounted on the shelf at a location on the carrier frame 1011 that does not interfere with the placement of the items and the mounting of other structural components, such as the back of the carrier frame 1011, not visible to personnel, but only to the maintenance personnel of the shelf equipment. The antenna 1015 may be installed in front of each section of the shelf at any one or more positions capable of collecting radio frequency signals, such as: on the dividers of each section in front of the shelves, and/or on the bottom and/or top of each section of the shelves, etc. The partition positioning device utilizes a partition positioning technology to identify the identity of the person entering or approaching the partition 1013, and can identify whether the person entering the partition 1013 is a purchaser/shopper or a worker/manager, such as a supermarket watch keeper, to perform a normal shopping process or a loading/returning process, respectively. The identification may be by RFID or the like carried by the person entering partition 1013 to determine/identify the person identity information. Once the identification information of the identified person is sent to the interactive control module 1022 provided in the control device.
In one embodiment, a multi-functional shelf is mounted to each of the sections of the shelf for holding items. Specifically, the storage plate for storing goods in the front area of the shelf is provided with a multifunctional layer plate 1016 which is detachably arranged on the bearing frame of the shelf. The multi-function deck 1016 is also divided into each corresponding section/area 1013 by the dividing means 1012, or in each section 1013, the multi-function deck 1016 is mounted in front of the shelf. The multi-function deck 1016 is removably mounted to the load-bearing frame of the shelf. The height of the space between each two multi-functional shelves 1016 can be adjusted according to the actual situation, for example, the height of goods placed on each multi-functional shelf, etc. can be adjusted by the staff in the supermarket.
In one embodiment, a weight sensor is disposed on a bottom plate of the multi-functional layer plate and connected to the weight collection unit. Specifically, the weight sensor 1017 is integrally mounted on the bottom plate 1016 of the multi-functional laminate at a position where it senses a change in weight of the goods. The multifunctional layer plate 1016 is integrally provided with a weight sensor 1017 which is connected with the control device to control the goods disinfection device and the state indicating device which respond and prompt, the weight sensors 1017 are respectively arranged on the multifunctional layer plate, for example, the weight sensors 1017 are in a group of two and are arranged in the direction vertical to the long axis direction of the multifunctional layer plate 1016, and one or more groups of weight sensors 1017 can be arranged in each multifunctional layer plate 1016. The weight sensor 1017 senses a weight change of goods placed on the multi-functional layer plate 1016, transmits the sensed signal to the weight collection unit 1018, and transmits goods pick/release behavior information recognized by the weight collection unit 1018 through the sensed signal to the control device, so that the control device receives the information and controls the multi-functional layer plate 1016 and output devices installed in each section to which the control device is connected to perform corresponding response and prompt.
Further, the weight sensor 1017 may be integrally installed on the surface of the multi-function shelf 1016 on which the goods are placed on the uppermost layer of the bottom thereof, and when sensing a change in weight of the goods placed on the multi-function shelf 1016, transmits a sensing signal to the weight collection unit 1018 connected thereto to identify a goods pick/place behavior or an abnormal situation, and may alarm an abnormal state (output device 1027, divisional status display light 1025 and/or indication status device 1023 in cooperation with an alarm).
Further, the weight collection unit 1018 connected to the weight sensor 1017 may be a packaged integrated circuit board having a plurality of interfaces, which may be connected to one or more weight sensors 1017 on one or more multi-functional layers 1016, collect the sensing signal of the weight change transmitted from the weight sensor 1017 and transmit the sensing signal to a partition control unit 1019 provided in the control device. For example, the weight collection unit 1018 collects a sensing signal of the weight change sensed by the weight sensor 1017, obtains data of the weight change, and transmits the data to the partition control unit 1019.
Further, one or more storage devices 1020 can be removably mounted and/or removably positioned on the uppermost level of the bottom panel of the multi-function tier 1016. Each of the storage units 1020 collectively stores the same kind of goods. And a smart display tag 10232 for people to view is arranged in front of each storage device 1020. Further, the storage device 1020 is placed on the weight sensor 1017 installed on the uppermost layer of the bottom plate of the multifunctional layer plate 1016 through a force transmission structure and used for placing articles/goods in a classified mode; the weight sensor 1017 senses a change in weight of the goods in the storage unit 1020 and transmits a sensing signal to the weight collection unit 1018 to identify a goods taking/placing behavior, even an abnormal state such as overweight, weight gain, etc. Further, the storage unit 1020 has an adjustable shape and size, i.e., adjusted according to actual needs.
Furthermore, the weights of different goods, namely goods, can be corresponded to the quality guarantee periods of the goods, so that the shelf can track the quality guarantee periods of the remaining goods in the position area where the storage device 1020 is located at any time, and can prompt the management/working personnel in a supermarket scene to the information of the goods adjacent to the quality guarantee periods, so that the goods can be processed in time.
The control means comprise an interactive control module 1022 connecting said goods sterilization means 1021 and said status indication means 1023, and a zone control unit 1019 corresponding to one or more zones. When no person identity information or goods taking/releasing behavior information exists, the interaction control module 1022 controls the goods disinfection device 1021 to disinfect goods in the multifunctional layer plate or the partition; when there is personal identity information or goods getting/passing behavior information, the interaction control module 1022 controls the goods sterilizing device 1021 to stop the goods sterilization.
In one embodiment, the multi-function shelf 1016 is provided with a goods sterilization device 1021, and the goods sterilization device 1021 is connected with an interactive control module 1022 provided in the control device and controlled by the interactive control module 1022. The control is, for example: according to the information detected by the detection function of the buyer position detection positioning module (RFID) (one example of the present invention may be that the partition positioning device 1015 connected with the partition positioning control unit 1014 completes detection), when there is no buyer in the shopping partition, the goods disinfection device 1021 disinfects the goods in the multi-functional shelf 1016 or partition 1013 by ultraviolet ray, ozone, or other non-contact methods, and when the buyer position detection positioning module detects that a person approaches the shopping partition 1013, the intelligent goods disinfection device 1021 can automatically stop disinfection of the goods, or prohibit the goods from disinfection. Wherein the length of the disinfection time can be preset/set/predetermined according to actual needs and other conditions.
In one embodiment, the multi-function layer 1016 has a status indicator 1023 mounted thereon. Status indication device 1023 may include, for example, status indicator lights 10231 and a smart display tag 10232.
Further, the status indicator 10231 is installed on any location of the multi-function laminate where attention or visibility can be gained, such as the side or inside of the middle floor layer of the multi-function laminate facing a person but visible by, for example, shoppers, attendants, etc., and can be alerted with different colors or flashing frequencies; and the smart display tags 10232 are mounted on the top, personnel facing side of the floor of the multi-function laminate or other location that is clearly visible to personnel and in front of the same type of centrally located items in each compartment.
Further, the status indicator 10231 may include LED lights, arranged in a LED strip or sheet, or other lighting devices. This LED lamp area/lamp piece or other light emitting equipment can show the different states of the light indication of different colours, even cooperate different flicker frequency to indicate different states, specifically for example: green is in normal state, yellow is simultaneously flickered to show that a plurality of persons enter the state, and red is in abnormal pause state. One particular embodiment for application in an unmanned smart supermarket scenario includes the display of different colors by LED strips/tiles or other lighting devices to indicate that the corresponding shopping partition 1013 or multi-function shelf 1016 or storage 1020 is in a different state, such as: when the partition 1013 or shelf 1016 or storage 1020 is in a normal state, the light bar displays green to remind the purchaser of normal shopping; when multiple persons enter the bay 1013 or the shelves 1016 or storage 1020 (e.g., multiple persons crowd a bay, multiple persons pick up items near a storage, multiple persons pick up items near the same multi-function shelf, etc.), the light bar displays a yellow color to alert the purchaser that confusion, errors, multiple persons purchasing, etc. may occur; when an anomaly occurs in a section 1013 or shelf 1016 or storage 1020, the light bar displays a red color to alert the purchaser that the section 1013 or shelf 1016 or storage 1020 has been locked, suspend service, and also notify the supermarket of administrative attendants. It is similar to the bay status display light 1025 and can also indicate the status of each multi-function bay 1016 in the same bay as an auxiliary indication bay status of the bay status display light 1025 when the status indicator lights 10231 indicating the respective bay 1016 are all the same color. Similarly, an alarm may be associated with the zone status display light 1025 and/or the output device when an abnormal change is reported.
Further, the smart display tag 10232 may display the state of the article/article and article information of the corresponding location of installation. The system comprises electronic ink screens, LED screens, LCD screens and other electronic display screens, and the like, and is used for displaying the name, the number, the unit price, the total price and/or other interactive information and the like of corresponding goods in real time.
In one embodiment, the interactive control module 1022 and the partition control unit 1019 may be independently installed on the carrying frame 1011, or may be integrated into a device such as the control device, or may be combined with the control function of the control device to be referred to as the "control device", and installed on the carrying frame 1011 at a position that does not interfere with the installation of the goods and other structural settings, such as the back of the carrying frame 1011 of the shelf. The interactive control module 1022 and the partition control unit 1019 installed in a separate manner are shown in fig. 2, for example.
Further, the interactive control module 1022 may be connected to the status indication means 1023 and the goods sterilization means 1021 on the multi-function shelf 1016, control the presentation and display of the status indication means 1023 according to the status and the sterilization means 1021 to turn on or off the sterilization, respectively, and disable the start of the sterilization when a person is in the bay.
Further, the partition control unit 1019 may include a PC (mainly a mini-host), or other computer or processor, or the like. Which is connected to the weight collection unit 1018, the interactive control module 1022, the zone location device 1015, and the zone location control unit 1014 in the zone 1013, and receives and processes data to control various interactive functions in the zone 1013. In an example of an application scenario of the smart unmanned supermarket, the partition control unit 1019 can be connected to a central control unit of the smart unmanned supermarket, upload data and receive instructions. One partition control unit 1019 can control at least one or more partitions 1013.
Further, the control device may be a central control unit that is responsible for signal transmission and control of the unmanned vending system of the entire unmanned vending field, that is, the intelligent shelf of the present embodiment may be controlled, or a gate system that enters and exits the entire unmanned vending field may be controlled, such as the system of embodiment 3. The signal transmission and reception of the whole unmanned sales ground can be realized through a wired or wireless communication network and/or through short-range or long-range communication.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following description will explain the implementation of the gate system of the present invention with reference to the schematic structural composition diagram shown in fig. 4.

The shopping containing device taking and placing unit is used for identifying the shopping containing device in the antenna range through communication with the RFID tag pre-installed on the shopping basket. The shopping container is moved out of the range of the antenna, the RFID communication is disconnected, and the unit judges that the shopping container is taken out. And the shopping accommodating device is put back, the shopping accommodating device taking and placing unit recognizes that the new RFID tag enters the range of the antenna, and the tag ID is correct, so that the shopping accommodating device is judged to be put back.
Further, approach control: the system is released after identifying personnel information through technologies such as face identification and the like at the entrance of the approach passage. And the plurality of RFID labels are arranged in different directions of the shopping accommodating device so as to improve the identification capability of the buyer position detection and positioning module on the RFID labels.
Thus, the embodiment realizes automatic control of taking and returning of shopping tools such as shopping containing devices and the like without human intervention.
More specifically, with reference to fig. 3 and 4, the gate body, the passageway isolation device and the shopping accommodation device pick-and-place unit; the gate body is connected with the channel isolation device to form an entrance channel and an exit channel; the shopping accommodating device taking and placing unit is arranged between the entrance passage and the exit passage.
In one embodiment of the utility model, a gate system having a shopping container includes at least: the gate comprises a gate body 1, a channel isolation device 2 and a shopping accommodating device taking and placing unit 3; the gate body 1 is connected with the channel isolation device 2 to form an entrance channel and an exit channel; the shopping accommodation device pick-and-place unit 3 is arranged at the position of the passage isolation device 2 which is close to the entrance passage and the exit passage.
Wherein, every two gate bodies 1 are connected with two ends of a channel isolation device 2 to form a channel, such as an entrance channel or an exit channel. Specifically, the shopping container pick-and-place unit 3 is equipped with an RFID (radio frequency identification) identification module including an activator, an antenna and a control chip. The shopping basket is pre-equipped with the RFID tag, and the RFID tag is bound with the shopping basket information. The shopping containing device taking and placing unit identifies the shopping basket in the antenna range through communication with the RFID tag pre-installed on the shopping basket. When the shopping basket is moved out of the range of the antenna, the RFID communication is disconnected, and the unit judges that the shopping basket is taken out. The shopping basket is put back into the unit, the unit recognizes that a new RFID tag enters the range of the antenna, and the tag ID is correct, and the shopping basket is judged to be put back.
Further, the system also has a damming body 4 and a central control unit (which may be arranged inside the system gate theme 1, not shown in the figures). The blocking body 4 is formed by two openable opposite doors which can stretch or rotate along a shaft connected with the gate machine body 1, is arranged at two ends of the entrance passage and the exit passage and forms an entrance and an exit of the passages to control personnel to enter and exit.
When entering, an identification device (such as a face identification device) arranged on an entrance barrier 4 of an entrance passage acquires personnel information and controls the barrier to open and release; the central control unit receives the state that the recognized personnel sent by the shopping containing device taking and placing unit 3 take the shopping containing device and the ID of the shopping containing device, and controls the exit barrier 4 of the entrance passage to open the passing entrance after binding the personnel information and the ID of the shopping containing device.
When the person leaves the house, the identification equipment arranged on the entrance barrier 4 of the leaving channel identifies, and controls the barrier 4 to open and pass after checking that the personnel information and the corresponding consumption and settlement information are correct; the central control unit receives the state of the shopping containing device and the ID of the shopping containing device, which are sent by the shopping containing device taking and placing unit 3 and are put back by the identified personnel, checks the personnel information and the state, and controls the exit barrier of the exit passage to open and release after the personnel information and the state are checked and the correct putting back is determined.
Further, a display unit 5 is included. The system can perform buyer approach control by the following modes: the system identifies the information of the buyer at the entrance of the entrance passage by technologies such as face identification and the like and then releases the buyer. The shopping containing device taking and placing unit identifies that the buyer correctly takes out the shopping basket, after the information of the buyer and the ID of the taken shopping basket are bound, the exit of the entrance passage is controlled to be released, and the buyer carries the shopping basket to enter the entrance successfully. Otherwise, the exit is kept closed, and the system reminds the buyer to take the shopping basket correctly through the display unit 5. Similarly, the system may control the purchaser's presence by: the system identifies and checks the consumption and settlement information of personnel in the field at the entrance of the field exit channel, and the personnel are released to enter the field exit channel after the field exit condition is met. The shopping containing device taking and placing unit 3 identifies whether a shopping basket is placed, checks the shopping ID and the information of the bound personnel, judges that the personnel returns the shopping basket after the information is correct, achieves the releasing condition and controls the outlet to release. Otherwise, the outlet is kept closed, and the system reminds the personnel to return the shopping basket correctly through the display unit 5.
The power of the RFID antenna of the shopping containing device taking and placing unit 3 can be set, the antenna identification range is adjusted, and the range of the working area of the unit is changed. The working area can be enlarged by adding the antenna, so that more shopping baskets can be processed. And the plurality of RFID tags are arranged in different directions of the shopping basket so as to improve the identification capability of the buyer position detection and positioning module on the RFID tags.
Further, the central control unit, as shown in fig. 3, implements overall control as a control device, including control of the gate system in addition to the racks. The gate system is applied to the unmanned intelligent supermarket with the goods shelf in the embodiments 1 and 2, and overall management and control are achieved.

Claims (15)

1. A shelf based on zone location, comprising:
the front area of the shelf is divided into at least one or more subareas by a separating device, and a subarea positioning device for carrying out subarea positioning detection on personnel entering and exiting each subarea is arranged;
a multifunctional laminate for placing goods is arranged in each subarea of the shelf;
the weight sensor is arranged on the bottom plate of the multifunctional laminate and connected with the weighing and collecting unit;
and the control device is arranged on the goods shelf and connected with the multifunctional laminate, the weighing and collecting unit and the partition positioning device.
2. The pallet of claim 1,
when the partition positioning device carries out partition positioning detection, the identity information of the person entering or approaching a certain partition, which is detected, is transmitted to the control device;
the weight sensor can sense the weight change of goods placed on the multifunctional laminate, transmit the sensed signal to the weighing and collecting unit, and transmit the goods taking/releasing behavior information identified by the weighing and collecting unit through the sensed signal to the control device;
and the control device receives the personnel identity information and/or the goods taking/releasing behavior information and controls the multifunctional laminate, one or more partitions and the output device arranged in each partition connected with the control device to perform corresponding response and prompt.
3. The pallet of claim 2,
the multifunctional laminate comprises:
is detachably mounted on the bearing frame of the goods shelf;
the weight sensor is arranged on the bottom plate of the multifunctional laminate in an integrated manner and can sense the weight change of goods;
the goods disinfection device and the state indicating device which are connected with each other and controlled by the control device to respond and prompt are respectively arranged on the multifunctional laminate;
the output device includes:
an interactive partitioned display and/or an interactive partitioned voice device installed in each of the partitions;
the control device includes:
the interactive control module is connected with the goods disinfection device and the state indicating device, and the partition control unit corresponds to one or more partitions;
when no personnel identity information or goods taking/releasing behavior information exists, the interactive control module controls the goods disinfection device to disinfect goods in the multifunctional laminate or the partition;
when the identity information of personnel or the goods taking/releasing behavior information exists, the interactive control module controls the goods disinfection device to stop the goods disinfection;
the interaction control module controls the state display of the state indicating device;
the partition control unit is connected with and controls the partition display to display the related information and state of the partition goods or controls the partition voice equipment to output the related information and state of the partition goods.
4. The pallet of claim 3,
the goods sterilizing apparatus includes: a scanning ultraviolet disinfection lamp and/or a spray disinfection hole;
the goods disinfection device is arranged at any position of one side of the lower surface, the upper surface and/or the outer side of the bottom plate of the multifunctional laminate facing to the personnel, and the goods disinfection device can disinfect all goods placed on the multifunctional laminate;
the status indicating device includes: status indicator lights and smart display tags;
the state indicator lamp is arranged at any position on the multifunctional laminate, which can be observed and does not obstruct the placement of goods, and the state of the goods on the multifunctional laminate is prompted by adopting different colors and/or flashing frequencies;
each intelligent display label is arranged on the upper surface or the lower surface of the bottom plate of the multifunctional laminate, faces one side of a person and is positioned in front of the goods of the same type which are centrally placed in each subarea;
the subarea positioning device is arranged at a position capable of carrying out subarea positioning detection on one or more subareas in front of the shelf.

the different states include an alarm state.

the bearing frame is compatible with a universal supermarket shelf, wherein the weighing acquisition unit, the partition control unit, the interaction control module, the partition positioning device and the partition display are all arranged at invisible positions on the bearing frame of the shelf;

the partition device is a metal side net or a metal fence or a transparent side plate and is arranged on two sides of each partition;

and/or the subarea positioning devices are provided with one or more subarea positioning devices, each subarea positioning device comprises a rough positioning acquisition device and a precise positioning acquisition device, and the rough positioning acquisition device and the precise positioning acquisition device are arranged on the horizontal coordinate shelf and/or any part with a physical structure around the shelf in a non-overlapping mode.
11. A gate system having a shopping containment device, comprising:
the gate comprises a gate body, a channel isolation device and a shopping accommodating device taking and placing unit;
the gate body is connected with the channel isolation device to form an entrance channel and an exit channel;
the shopping accommodating device taking and placing unit is arranged between the entrance passage and the exit passage.
