4. An animal estrus inducing device according to claim 1 wherein each of said clips includes first and second opposing faces, said first face facing the other of said clips, said weight being disposed on said second face.
5. An animal estrus inducing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein said weight is provided in a plurality of numbers, said weights being spaced apart.
6. An animal estrus inducing device according to claim 1 wherein both of said holding portions are movable towards and away from each other.
7. An animal estrus inducing device according to claim 1 wherein the weight on both of the gripping portions are symmetrically disposed about the connecting portion.
8. An animal estrus inducing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the gripping portion and the connecting portion form an inverted U-shaped structure.
9. An animal estrus inducing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein said connecting portion is provided with a handle.
10. An animal estrus inducing apparatus as claimed in claim 9 wherein said handle is located on a side of said connecting portion adjacent said clip portion.
