The applicant found that the steel push plate 7 may damage the paper tube 11 or even the cake, not only because the difference in hardness between the push plate 7 and the paper tube 11 is large, but also because the top end of the push plate 7 is protruded and the contact area between the paper tube 11 and the push plate 7 is small. In order to avoid the instability of the process of pushing the spinning cake and avoid the situation that the paper tube 11 is damaged by the pushing plate 7 and the spinning cake is damaged by collision, the embodiment provides the spinning device. Please refer to fig. 1 to 3. The wire pushing device comprises a support frame 1 and a wire pushing plate 7.
Wherein the support 1 has opposite first and second ends 2, 3. The first end 2 is adapted to be connected to a support plane 10 for supporting the wire pushing device on the support plane 10. The wire pushing plate 7 is arranged at the second end 3 of the support frame 1, and the wire pushing plate 7 is fixedly connected with the support frame 1. The hardness of the wire pushing plate 7 is lower than that of the support frame 1. The wire pushing plate 7 has a wire pushing surface 8 for contacting the paper tube 11, and the wire pushing surface 8 is a curved surface. The paper tube 11 may be placed on the spindle 12, and the paper tube 11 in this embodiment may be an elbow paper tube.
The wire pushing device provided by the embodiment is provided with the support frame 1 as a support, the wire pushing plate 7 is fixedly connected to the second end 3 of the support frame 1, and the hardness of the wire pushing plate 7 is lower than that of the support frame 1, so that the hardness difference between the wire pushing plate 7 and the paper tube 11 can be reduced, and the paper tube 11 is prevented from being damaged by jacking or bumping a wire cake. In addition, the wire pushing surface 8 of the wire pushing plate 7 is a curved surface, so that the contact area between the wire pushing plate 7 and the paper tube 11 can be increased, the paper tube 11 is prevented from being damaged by pushing or the spinning cake is prevented from being damaged by collision, and the spinning cake pushing process is more stable.
In the present embodiment, the support frame 1 is made of metal to ensure the stability of the entire wire pushing device. Preferably, the support frame 1 is made of steel. In order to avoid damaging the paper tube 11 or damaging the spinning cake, the material of the wire pushing plate 7 is plastic or rubber. For example, the wire pushing plate 7 may be a soft rubber plate so that it does not cause damage to the paper tube 11 or the cake.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the curve of the yarn pushing surface 8 is the same as the curve of the outer surface of the paper tube 11. That is, the wire pushing surface 8 is an arc surface, and the diameter of the arc surface is equal to the diameter of the outer surface of the paper tube 11 or slightly larger than the diameter of the outer surface of the paper tube 11, so as to be in contact with the outer surface of the paper tube 11.
In the present embodiment, the push wire plate 7 is located on one side of the support frame 1 in the first direction X. In the second direction Y, the wire pushing surface 8 is located at the top of the wire pushing plate 7, and the wire pushing surface 8 is higher than the support frame 1. Wherein the first direction X and the second direction Y are perpendicular. Specifically, in fig. 2, the first direction X is a horizontal direction, and the second direction Y is a vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the supporting frame 1 may include a first frame body 4 at the first end 2 and a second frame body 5 at the second end 3. The first frame 4 and the second frame 5 may be connected by a connection portion 6. Wherein, first support body 4 and second support body 5 extend along second direction Y, and connecting portion 6 extends along first direction X. The first frame body 4 and the supporting plane 10 at the first end 2 may be connected by various connection methods, or the first frame body 4 and the supporting plane 10 may be integrally formed. In another embodiment, the first frame body 4 and the supporting plane 10 are detachably connected, so that the wire pushing device can be flexibly mounted or dismounted,
preferably, the first frame 4 has a rectangular shape. The width of the second frame 5 is gradually reduced in a direction from the first end 2 to the second end 3. In the present embodiment, the width is a dimension in the third direction Z. Wherein the third direction Z is a direction perpendicular to both the first direction X and the second direction Y, i.e., a horizontal direction in fig. 1 and 3, or a direction perpendicular to the paper surface in fig. 2.
In the present embodiment, the push plate 7 and the second frame 5 are attached to each other, and the top surface of the second frame 5 is lower than the push surface 8. The binding surfaces of the push wire plate 7 and the second frame body 5 extend along the second direction Y, so that the push wire plate 7 and the support frame 1 can be better fixed together. The width of the push plate 7 gradually decreases in the direction from the first end 2 to the second end 3. The wire pushing plate 7 has two side surfaces adjacent to the wire pushing surface 8 and a bottom surface opposite to the wire pushing surface 8, and the two side surfaces and the bottom surface have the same shape as the two sides and the long side of the isosceles trapezoid.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the wire pushing device may further include a connecting member 9 for fixing the support frame 1 and the wire pushing plate 7. At least two connecting pieces 9 are used for fixedly connecting the support frame 1 and the wire pushing plate 7. In other embodiments, the supporting frame 1 and the wire pushing plate 7 may be connected by other connection methods such as gluing, welding, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
In the present embodiment, the connector 9 may be a screw, but the connector 9 may have another structure such as a bolt. Preferably, the number of connecting pieces 9 is two. The two connecting members 9 are arranged in the width direction of the push plate 7, and the distances from the two connecting members 9 to the edge of the push plate 7 are equal, i.e., in the third direction Z, the two connecting members 9 are symmetrical with respect to the center of the push plate 7.
Specifically, the wire pushing plate 7 is provided with two first through holes, the support frame 1 is provided with two second through holes, the first through holes and the second through holes extend along the first direction X, and the first through holes and the second through holes are used for accommodating the connecting pieces 9. The first through holes and the second through holes correspond to each other one by one. The first through hole and the second through hole can be light holes or threaded holes, and the corresponding structures of the first through hole and the second through hole are selected according to the specific structure of the connecting piece 9.
Preferably, the use of the push plate 7 may be periodically checked to check whether the paper tube 11 and the push plate 7 are worn. If the paper tube 11 is worn, the wire pushing plate 7 with lower hardness can be replaced; if the push plate 7 is worn, the push plate 7 can be replaced with a new one.
