Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
Furthermore, the drawings are merely schematic illustrations of embodiments of the utility model, which are not necessarily drawn to scale. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities.
The present exemplary embodiment first provides a tissue box. Referring to fig. 1, the tissue carton may comprise: a housing 100, the housing 100 having a top portion and a bottom portion opposite the top portion, the bottom portion configured to allow a paper extraction to be introduced into the interior of the housing 100, the top portion being provided with an opening 200, the opening 200 configured to allow the paper extraction to be extracted; an elastic strip 600 having both ends of the elastic strip 600 connected to both inner walls of the case 100, the elastic strip 600 being configured to apply a biasing force to the paper extraction biased toward the opening 200 when the paper extraction is introduced into the inside of the case 100; and a support 300, the support 300 being mounted to the outside of the case 100, the support 300 being configured to support a desired item.
It is understood that the interior of the housing 100 is hollow and should accommodate the size of a typical paper extraction. The stacked papers are placed into the box from the bottom of the box and the elastic strip 600 is pulled underneath the bottom most paper, thereby providing an upward lift, i.e., a biasing force that biases all papers toward the opening 200, by the pulling force of the elastic strip 600 itself. So that the topmost tissue remains close to the opening 200 for easy extraction while the stacked tissue is thinned for sheet-by-sheet extraction.
In addition, the desired object may be any object that can be supported, such as not only a mobile phone or a tablet, but also a photo or a small fan.
It should also be understood that the supporting member 300 may be not only fixed but also adjustable, such as a height-adjustable supporting plate, and the specific implementation form is not limited to any specific form as long as it can provide the supporting function for the mobile phone and other objects.
It should also be understood that both ends of the elastic strip 600 can be connected to both inner walls of the casing 100 through the connection members 500, or both ends of the elastic strip 600 can be directly fixed to both inner walls of the casing 100, for example, both ends of the elastic strip 600 can be directly fixed to both inner walls of the casing 100 by gluing or welding. Therefore, the connection manner between the two ends of the elastic strip 600 and the two inner walls of the casing 100 is not particularly limited as long as the upward lifting of the paper extraction can be realized. In addition, the connection positions between both ends of the elastic band 600 and both side inner walls of the case 100 may be positions of the middle and upper portions of the side walls.
With the tissue box, on one hand, articles such as mobile phones and the like can be supported by the support piece 300 while tissues are accommodated; on the other hand, the elastic strip 600 provides upward lift to the paper extraction, so that the paper extraction of the upper layer is always close to the opening 200 to facilitate the extraction of the paper extraction.
Next, the respective parts of the above-described tissue cassette in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the bottom portion of the housing 100 is an open structure or a removable structure. It should be understood that the bottom portion of the housing 100 is an open structure, which means that the housing 100 is not provided with a bottom. The bottom of the housing 100 is a detachable structure, which means that the bottom of the housing 100 can be a cover, either a sliding cover or a flip cover, or a completely detached cover. So as to facilitate the placement of the paper extraction.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, both ends of the elastic strip 600 are connected to both inner walls of the case 100 by the connection members 500. It should be understood that the connection member 500 may be in a snap-fit type or a hook type to connect the two ends of the elastic strip 600 with the inner walls of the two sides of the casing 100, or may be in a screw structure to fix the two ends of the elastic strip 600 on the inner walls of the two sides of the casing 100 by screws.
Illustratively, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the connector 500 includes a U-shaped connector 510 fixedly coupled to both inner walls of the housing 100, and a movable connector 520 fastened to both ends of the U-shaped connector 510 and the elastic strip 600. It should be understood that the U-shaped connecting member 510 forms a through hole with the inner wall, the movable connecting member 520 may be a ring-shaped structure with a break, the end portions of the movable connecting member 520 and the elastic strip 600 are sleeved together through the break, the U-shaped connecting member 510 is sleeved in the ring-shaped structure through the break, and the movable connecting member 520 is also sleeved in the through hole formed by the U-shaped connecting member 510 and the inner wall. Thereby not only connecting the two ends of the elastic strip 600 with the inner walls of the two sides of the casing 100, but also leaving a certain moving space, and being beneficial to the assembly of the paper extraction box.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the supporter 300 is installed on the top of the case 100, and the supporter 300 includes a first support plate 310 and a second support plate 320 lower than the first support plate 310, the second support plate 320 being spaced apart from the first support plate 310 in a direction toward the edge. It is understood that an object to be supported, such as a mobile phone tablet, may be placed between the first support plate 310 and the second support plate 320, and the object is supported by the first support plate 310, the second support plate 320 and the top surface of the housing 100. Moreover, because the lower second supporting plate 320 is closer to the edge, when supporting, the inclined direction of the mobile phone tablet and other articles is the direction of the opening 200, so that the mobile phone tablet and other articles are not easily blocked by the paper extraction when being viewed, and the paper extraction box is not easily tilted.
Illustratively, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the first support plate 310 and the second support plate 320 are integrally mounted with the housing 100. It is to be understood that the production of the paper extraction box is facilitated and the operation of re-installation is saved by the integrated installation of the first and second support plates 310 and 320 with the housing 100.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the supporter 300 is an L-shaped supporting plate 330, an end surface of one arm of the L-shaped supporting plate 330 is connected to a bottom end of the outside of the sidewall of the case 100, and the other arm of the L-shaped supporting plate 330 is disposed vertically upward. It should be understood that an object to be supported, such as a mobile phone tablet, can be placed between an arm of the L-shaped support plate 330 and a side wall connected to the L-shaped support plate 330, that is, the L-shaped support plate 330 and the side wall can jointly support the object.
Illustratively, in one embodiment, the connection of the L-shaped support plate 330 to the bottom end of the outer side of the sidewall of the housing 100 is a pivoting connection. It should be understood that the L-shaped support plate 330 can be folded and erected and received on the side wall of the casing 100 when the article is not required to be supported by the rotational connection of the L-shaped support plate 330 with the outer side of the side wall of the casing 100, thereby saving the use space of the paper extraction box.
In one embodiment, referring to the illustration in fig. 2, the elastic strip 600 is an elastic band. It should be understood that the elastic rubber band may be a closed-loop elliptical structure, two ends of the elastic rubber band may be hooked to the inner walls of the two sides by hook connectors, and the two ends of the elastic rubber band may be glued to the inner walls of the two sides by glue or the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4 with reference to the drawings, the bottom end portion of at least one of the two sidewalls of the case 100, which are not connected to both ends of the elastic strip 600, is provided with two spaced grooves 400. It should be understood that, when a paper extraction is to be placed in the paper extraction box, the elastic strip 600 may be pulled out of the side wall of the paper extraction box and hung on the bottom side plate formed between the two grooves 400, so that the paper extraction box is not easily blocked by the elastic strip 600 when a paper extraction is placed in, and the placement of the paper extraction box is easier, and after a paper extraction is placed in the paper extraction box, the elastic strip 600 is taken off from the bottom side plate formed between the two grooves 400 and placed back into the casing 100, so that the elastic strip 600 plays a role of lifting the paper extraction box.
