As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a positioning tool 100 provided in an embodiment of the present application is used for a cigarette filter forming machine, the cigarette filter forming machine includes a rubber roller 200 and a roller seat 300 which are coaxially disposed, the rubber roller 200 is provided with an installation circular hole 210, a clamping table 220 is provided on a circumferential wall of the installation circular hole 210, the clamping table 220 is provided with a first circular hole 230 which is coaxial with the installation circular hole 210, the roller seat 300 is inserted into the installation circular hole 210, an end wall of the roller seat 300 is fixedly connected with an end wall of the clamping table 220, a gap is provided between an outer circumferential wall of the roller seat 300 and a hole wall of the installation circular hole 210, the roller seat 300 is provided with a second circular hole 310, and the positioning tool 100 includes: a first positioning cylinder 110 and a second positioning cylinder 120 fixedly connected in sequence along the axial direction of the positioning tool 100, wherein the first positioning cylinder 110 and the second positioning cylinder 120 are coaxial, the diameter of the first positioning cylinder 110 is equal to that of the first circular hole 230, and the diameter of the second positioning cylinder 120 is equal to that of the second circular hole 310; the first positioning cylinder 110 is inserted into the first circular hole 230, and the second positioning cylinder 120 is inserted into the second circular hole 310. The first positioning column 110 and the second positioning column 120 which are coaxially arranged are used as installation tools to ensure the coaxiality and the installation gap between the rubber roller 200 and the roller seat 300, so that the quality of the cigarette filter stick is ensured.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the diameter of the first positioning cylinder 110 is the same as that of the first circular hole 230, including a slight gap caused by machining errors between the first positioning cylinder 110 and the first circular hole 230. In one embodiment, at least two second threaded holes 112 are further disposed on the end wall of the first positioning cylinder 110, the at least two second threaded holes 112 are uniformly distributed on the end wall of the first positioning cylinder 110 along the circumferential direction of the first positioning cylinder 110, and the second threaded holes 112 at least penetrate through the end wall of the side of the first positioning cylinder 110 away from the second positioning cylinder 120. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the second threaded hole 112 may be a through threaded hole or a non-through threaded hole, preferably a non-through threaded hole in the embodiment of the present application, and the other end of the second threaded hole 112 does not extend through the end surface of the first positioning cylinder 110 on the side close to the second positioning cylinder 120.
