A key assembly and a liquid heating container 70 provided by an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 10, a first aspect embodiment of the present invention provides a key assembly, which includes a circuit board 30, a switch member 40 electrically connected to the circuit board 30, and a key 10 disposed above the switch member 40, the key 10 being capable of being pressed down to activate the switch member 40, the key 10 including a light-transmissive key cover 130, a key support 140, and a display device 150 disposed between the light-transmissive key cover 130 and the key support 140; the key holder 140 is provided with a first buckle 110, the circuit board 30 is provided with a jack 310, and the first buckle 110 passes through the jack 310 and is connected with the surface of the circuit board 30 away from the switch element 40 in a buckling manner under the condition that the key 10 is not pressed.
In the key assembly provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the key 10 can be pressed down to trigger the switch element 40 on the circuit board 30, so as to implement the corresponding function. The display device 150 is disposed inside the key 10, and the content displayed by the display device 150 is displayed by using the light-transmissive key cover 130, so that the key 10 has a display function and occupies a small space without configuring an additional installation space for the display device 150. In addition, the first buckle 110 is disposed on the key holder 140, so that the first buckle 110 passes through the insertion hole 310 of the circuit board 30, and when the key 10 is not pressed, the first buckle 110 can be buckled on the back surface of the circuit board 30, that is, the surface of the circuit board 30 facing away from the switch element 40, so as to fix the key 10 on the circuit board 30. On one hand, the structure is simple, the installation is stable, and the key 10 can be prevented from being easily separated from the circuit board 30; on the other hand, the back surface of the circuit board 30 may have a large space, which provides a sufficient moving space for the first buckle 110 to deform and displace to release the buckling state, thereby facilitating the detachment of the key 10 and facilitating the subsequent maintenance and replacement of the key 10.
In specific applications, when the key 10 needs to be pulled down, the circuit board 30 can be detached first, so that the first buckle 110 touching the back surface of the circuit board 30 is convenient to release the buckling state, and then the key 10 is pulled down. The key 10 can be directly pulled upwards without disassembling the circuit board 30, so that the first buckle 110 is deformed and displaced to release the buckling state. Compared with the scheme that the key 10 is fixed in the inner ring 510 of the encoder 50 and the structure in the inner ring 510 is complex and compact in the related art, the key 10 is limited on the circuit board 30 in the embodiment, and a corresponding connecting structure is not required to be arranged on the inner ring 510 to prevent the key 10 from being separated, so that the structure is simple, the dismounting is convenient, even if the key support 140 is inserted into the inner ring 510, the process of pulling out the inner ring 510 is smoother, and the probability of scratching or wearing the inner ring 510 can be reduced.
The transparent key cover 130 may be transparent or translucent. The light-transmissive button cover 130 may be made entirely of a light-transmissive material, or may be made of a light-transmissive material in one portion and an opaque material in another portion. As long as the content displayed by the display device 150 can be displayed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the key assembly further includes a return spring 20, the return spring 20 is disposed between the key holder 140 and the circuit board 30 in a pressed manner, the key holder 140 can press the return spring 20 to move downward to trigger the switch element 40, and the key holder 140 can also be reset under the elastic force of the return spring 20 and drive the first latch 110 to latch on the surface of the circuit board 30 away from the switch element 40.
In these embodiments, a spring is disposed between the key holder 140 and the circuit board 30, which is beneficial to improve the pressing feeling of the user and ensure that the key 10 can be reset. Moreover, the first latch 110 is advantageously stably fastened to the surface of the circuit board 30 away from the switch element 40 by the elastic force of the return spring 20, thereby ensuring the installation stability of the key 10.
In some embodiments, the number of the first fasteners 110 is multiple and is circumferentially spaced around the central axis of the key 10. The key 10 can be stably fixed on the circuit board 30 and cannot easily fall off from the circuit board 30. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the number of the first hooks 110 is three, and the number of the first hooks 110 in fig. 7 to 9 is also three.

Moreover, since the display device 150 is directly fixed on the transparent button cover 130, it is also beneficial to ensure the relative positions of the display device 150 and the transparent button cover 130, so as to ensure that the content displayed by the display device 150 can be fully shown, and avoid the influence on the display effect caused by shielding a part of the display device 150.
In a specific embodiment, one of the light-transmissive button cover 130 and the outer sidewall of the display device 150 is provided with a third catch 133, and the other is provided with a third catching groove 151 to be fitted with the third catch 133. The transparent key cover 130 and the display device 150 are connected in a clamping manner, and the assembly is convenient and firm. Moreover, the third clip 133 or the third clipping groove 151 is disposed on the outer sidewall of the display device 150, which does not affect the content displayed on the top of the display device 150, thereby ensuring the display effect.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 7, the third catch 133 is disposed on the light-transmissive button cover 130, and the third catch groove 151 is disposed on the display device 150. The light transmissive key cover 130 includes a top cover and a shroud extending downwardly from an edge of the top cover, at least a portion of the display device 150 being surrounded by the shroud.
Further, the third latch 133 includes a cantilevered latch portion, and a movable gap is formed between the latch portion and an inner sidewall of the surrounding plate. That is, the latch portion can be close to or far from the enclosing plate, which is beneficial to enable the display device 150 to extrude the latch portion to be inserted into the enclosing plate, and then the latch portion extrudes the display device 150 under the effect of the resilience force of the cantilever, thereby improving the installation firmness of the display device 150.
Or further, the third buckle 133 is a limiting convex rib arranged on the inner side wall of the enclosing plate. Simple structure and convenient processing.
In another specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the third latch 133 is disposed on the light-transmissive button cover 130, but the third catching groove 151 is not disposed on the display device 150. But directly at the bottom edge of the display device 150 by the third catch 133.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, a support rib 134 extending in the height direction of the key 10 may be provided on the inner side wall of the enclosure, and the support rib 134 presses the outer side wall of the display device 150. Fastening display device 150 in the bounding wall through brace rod 134, improving display device 150's installation firmness, avoiding display device 150 level to rock, avoid display device 150 to drop.
